I’d appreciate if I was able to just get a chiropractic adjustment without being force-fed political indoctrination from Dr. Taylor. If he had any self awareness he’d take the hints that I’m not interested in his political beliefs. Since he moved to the Webster clinic I’ve gone out of my way to avoid him. Everyone at the joint has been so wonderful. From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted by the most accommodating receptionist. Using a key tag, you sign right in with no wait. My issues were caused by sleeping wrong and resulted in upper arm & neck pain. Dr. Heaven and Dr. Taylor have done a wonderful job adjusting my neck and back and have made the arm pain reduce and increased my range of motion. They listen to my explanation of pain and have performed adjustments best suited to my needs. I’ve left many times elated by the relief they’ve given me. I’m very thankful to have received such excellent treatment and that it’s an affordable healthcare option that costs approximately $15 a session or less.

Highly recommend the Joint-Webster. Dr Taylor and Dr Heavenly are Amazing at healing the body. They are very professional and kind. They are great at listening to your concerns so be sure to speak up at what's bothering your body. Not only do I feel immediate relief, the relief continues to get better over time. Therfore I recommend investing in a package or monthly membership, because it's best to get multiple treatments in order to fix any issues. I appreciate they do not pressure you into making these purchases, instead letting the treatments speak for themselves when deciding how you want to invest in your body. I find it the least stressful to park closer to the bank and not by Torchy's. Also the front desk administrators are great and will take care of any questions and concerns. Overall this institution is a great and affordable investment for chiropractic therapy.

Dr. Taylor and Dr. Heaven are both excellent chiropractors at this clinic (I'm unsure if there are others who work here, as they are the only two I've met). I greatly appreciate all their help with my chronic neck and back pain, which had become excruciatingly painful and almost debilitating by the time I finally decided to seek out chiropractic care a couple months ago. While I do still experiencing some pain, it is nothing like how it used to be. This issue is so much more manageable for me now, which has drastically improved my overall quality of life. I highly recommend this clinic--and really, any chiropractic care in general--to anyone experiencing chronic pain. This type of care gets much closer to addressing the root cause of chronic pain problems compared to mainstream, conventional medicine (the latter of which typically relies almost solely on pharmaceutical interventions, which does almost nothing to address the root cause of the issue). Also, the front desk employees here are also always very friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful clinic all around!

Been going here off and on for a bit now. Finally decided to get one of their monthly plans to buckle down to get my lower back pain resolved. After about 2 months now my pain has basically become non existent. I highly recommend them, Heaven is by far my favorite person to do my work but all are great. Absolutely outstanding adjustment. Dr. Taylor was right to the point and got everything just right! I can resist sometimes, and maybe my hips or neck can be difficult for MOST chiropractors to adjust. Not this guy! He hit them all, and they all moved properly. I need frequent adjustments. LOTS of work injuries and I’m old. My meager pension does not allow me many visits at my chiropractor of 25 years. $70 a treatment is hard to come by. Along came The Joint. No bells. No whistles just a rather quick overall basic adjustment. No therapies. No treatments. Just an adjustment. But it can cost me as little as $10 a treatment. I bought the monthly plan that gives me 1 each week and $10 for any extra sessions. I know what I’m getting and that generally enough. Going this frequently should mean I’ll stay adjusted for longer. And if I need more involved treatment I can always stop by my old chiropractor. Ask for Dr Taylor.

Do not sign up for a wellness plan! I was already suspicious about coming here as I knew my issue wasn’t something they could fix but tried anyways. I was told (i have a witness that came with me) that as long as I come in by 9/30, they could cancel the autopay I didn’t realize I was on. So I do just that, and THEN they tell me that because I’m on a wellness plan, there’s nothing that can be done until the time passes. And even then, they MIGHT be able to escalate it to actually give me a refund for the second month. You can bet I will definitely be calling my bank to dispute a fraud charge as well as corporate first thing Monday morning!

I came to the office with a pinched nerve in my lower back. The pain was bad enough that I could barely walk. Dr. Pellow examined and adjusted me. She made me feel comfortable with this being my first chiropractic experience. After a week of adjustments, the pain is almost nonexistent. Even after the first adjustment, I could stand up straight, when I couldn't before. I definitely recommend this office.

I’ve been to quite a few chiropractors over the years, these guys HANDS down Leave me feeling the best. Mark and Adam are who I go to and theyve been helping me for a solid 6 months now.. they care of my lower back and help rehab my shoulder! 70 a month , 4 vists. It’s perfect for me. If you have never been to a chiropractor then let it be known that I am talking to you and I am on a mission of mercy. If you have back pain or have never even been to a chiropractor you need to go you might think you are at 100% Health but let me tell you. I was injured at one time and I went to a chiropractor to cure me or give me a relief from my injury, And I walked out the same session better than what I thought was 100%. We learn to deal with pain or ignore pain sometimes we get used to it you might think you’re 100% but trust me sometimes you’re not even though you feel like you are. Dr. Laurent Work with me for two sessions both sessions were progressive as far as pain relief. I am able to go to work now I had to leave work early Because of the pain I was in. If you have never been to a chiropractor trust me it is the most bang for the buck it is the least evasive and because of that it is the most efficient. Just like if you have a problem with a vehicle you don’t automatically do an overhaul. There was one time I had ruptured disc where professionals told me they needed to operate. They wanted me to have an operation I just gave myself time to cure and I went to a chiropractor and rehabilitation. I feel no pain whatsoever! Think about what I just said they wanted to operate and I put my trust in the least invasive and should be the first step always! I have a membership with a joint chiropractor and I will have them take care of my back and joints. I will no longer be in active in my health I will be proactive I’m so glad I have a membership and it will increase the quality of my life I will move better and be more pain free. Already two sessions and both times it was an increase in pain relief! Also if you were taking any pain relief as far as medication and have never seen a chiropractor shame on you! Do not become complacent in simply taking medicine to mask the pain you need true relief have them take a look at you let Their understanding of anatomy and knowledge in the chiropractic sciences to bring you to true pain free relief! When I was waiting for my session I even had a conversation with another client he told me his success stories that he experience going to the joint chiropractic office. I want you to understand something this is not a paid advertisement I am speaking for my true experience if you have never been to a chiropractor please go to the joint chiropractic office. They have helped me and they will help you I am good enough to go back to work and I will keep going! Before I forget to mention I have a friend, a high school buddy who told me about the joint chiropractic office he goes all the time he has a membership like I do now he has injuries from sports and swimming. They have always improved his health and he remains pain free because of them. Anyone reading this I wish you the best I hope you give them a try and I hope you live a pain free more mobile life! I love this location, it is always very clean , the staff are amazing and the Doctors really care about helping your body feel the best it can. I have had severe hip pain for over a decade that I have been seeking a non drug solution for, all MD’s want to do is prescribe meds or tell you it’s in your head.. Dr. Pellow was the one able to figure out that my pelvis and pubic bone were massively out of alignment and the adjustment was completely non invasive. I have been pain free for the first time since my oldest son was born in 2008. Every Doctor that I have seen here though has been wonderful and incredibly patient.

I highly recommend this place! I’ve been regular once a week for about 6 years, originally started out @ location on 646 how once discovered gatebrook off of Bay Area - that’s less than 5 minutes from home. Even if I’m not in pain, I feel the once a week schedule keeps maintenance in check and prevents any potential pain from turning major. My go to doctors are Dr. Laurents & Dr. Brown (I enjoy sundays) but I’ve seen Dr. Pellow on a Friday/Saturday and she impressed me as well. I’ve got to say you could go in every time and try out different doctor or you could go in & wait for the one you prefer. I love that after initial visit, every time it’s like 5 or 10 minutes. Doctors become friends and keep up with life not just basic adjustment. The doctors have regular days and if on a monthly plan, it’s only $10/visit once you’ve used up your 4. I love I can just scan my key tag to check in. Give the joint a try, wonderful caring people that can fix the aches/pains. Definitely worth the money

I just love getting adjustments almost every week here, have a monthly plan. The staff and doctors are always welcoming, personable, caring. I started coming because of my shoulder injury close to a year ago, which still causes occasional pain, but the Joint chiropractic helps me keep that at bay. Since then I’ve had few other health issues, one of them was hiking accident injuring my knee and ankle. Treatments here sped up healing process tremendously and with time helped me recover 100% from that incident. Also I feel like I get so much more here than just adjustments! Both Dr. Brown and Dr. Laurents always listen to what’s troubling me, teach me about my condition if I want to learn, and send me off feeling uplifted for the day...so when you read that it’s a wellness clinic, that’s what it really is. Dr. Laurents, one of the Chiropractors here, is amazing. I've been to a few separate chiropractors and they've always got the job done. The very first time I came to this office I was suffering from so much vertigo that I could barely sit up without the room spinning. But after my first appointment not only has my vertigo almost completely gone away but my body feels 10 times more relaxed than it did before coming in. And for that I am thankful for Dr. Flores for not only helping me but for listening to me and what my issues were and making such a difference that I’m able to drive again after just 3 sessions! I have seen and felt the difference in my body and I haven’t had any severe vertigo episodes since! Definitely recommend coming here to get adjusted and for any severe vertigo suffers this has me back to normal.

So I started going to the joint back in December of 2019, and immediately realized that Dr. Taylor is one of the best chiropractors around. I have cerebral palsy, so as a result, my muscles are tighter than a normal person's. That causes a lot of chiropractor a lot of grief, and many of them adjust me incorrectly, causing more harm than good. But Dr. Taylor is very good at what he does, and I always leave their feeling better than when I went in. He readjusts if you have any complaints. I would highly recommend him. One of the best chiropractors I've ever had.

I loved my adjustment but it was literally 45 seconds long. Not even an exaggeration. I felt like I was just another patient and he didn’t get to know me and my neck condition and it was just a quick neck and back crack. The Chiropractor was very informative regarding my at the time issues (moderate pain in my upper right back accompanied by mild tenderness in my neck). The pain in my back was my primary concern; however, the chiropractor seemed to focus a lot more on my neck. Immediately after the adjustment of my neck, I was in the worst pain. She assured me that with a heated cloth on my neck throughout the day and following day, that I would begin to feel better. I followed her order along with other suggestions. Since my visit, I've had extremely increasing pain in my neck accompanied by consistent headaches ranging from each area of my head except from the frontal area. It is extremely uncomfortable to sit in a couch, drive, and unfortunately to sleep at night. I am being optimistic and hoping that this pain would clear up in a few days, but it has continued a week following the visit. It was suggested that I return for sessions in the future; however, I am disappointed and have developed a fear to see another chiropractor due to this visit. The only positive gain I have from this visit is the patient education.

I enjoy The Joint and it’s done wonders for my back. My only criticism is new patients are taken back before existing membership patients. I’ve gotten used to getting in and out, which is important for me during the day because of my job. When they take a new patient and there is only 1 chiropractor, it backs the lobby up for as long as 30 min. If I wanted to wait in a long line, I could just as well go to a ton of other independent clinics trying to compete. I’m sure there is an efficient way to improve this.

I finally decided to go to The Joint because I was having severe and debilitating back pain. So bad that I was crying my eyes out the day before. When I came there, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and when I went back the chiropractor was nice enough to tell me everything I needed to know, as well as asking me about where I was feeling the pain. The session was quick, but I 100% feel a difference in my back. I cannot wait to go back! If you are looking for a safe alternative to relieving back pain, I suggest you go to these guys.

The customer service is always on point from the front desk to the last table! I'm always greeted with a big smile and a "hello" when I walk in. Once I check in, the staff assistant always finds a way to use my name. I walk in feeling tense with neck and lower back pain and knee issues. I walk out feeling like a new person. An hour after that, my enegy level is up and I am a happy personal trainer/fitness instructor! Thank you for being effective and affordable.

Mr. Brown was great. Overall great experience. I went for back pain. They educated me on what may cause the problem and how i can prevent it. Through out the adjustment he was explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Will definitely be back!
