If you’re in a pinch and need a chiropractor, the Joint is a great option. Their initial fee was very reasonable and the chiropractor took the time to listen to me and treat my issues. His adjustments were productive and I could walk a little more upright after my appointment. Their hours are awesome for the 9-5 worker who needs after 5 or Saturday appointments. Honestly it felt rushed, I added on my forms the pain in my wrist and arm they only focused on my back I had to remind the dr, why have me fill out a form where I'm having issues if they're not going to look over it. Once I had to pay they try to get me onto a wellness plan without explaining that there's no obligation my wife had to ask if we could just pay for the single visit only. I'd recommend letting the customer know their options first. As in you're welcomed to pay for the first visit only or we can also offer you this treatment plan to avoid confusion. Will not return.

This place is the WORST!!! The one thing that is supposed be the good thing about this place (convenience), is not. I went in today at 1:05 with my pregnant wife who is having back pain. I have been there and also had a terrible experience, but my wife was a new customer. And even though no one was in the store, and the chiropractor was sitting up front shooting the breeze with the receptionist, we were told that we had to be there by 1 (5 minutes earlier) or come back 2 hours later. We live a half hour away, so I let her know my wife was pregnant and if there was any way we could just get a quick adjustment and she said no, it's policy. Really? No one is there, an adjustment takes no more than 5 minutes at this place. I went there for myself a few months back. They push HARD to get you to buy their monthly subscription. I got it for one month, and was only able to make it in one time. The time I made it there were 6 people in front of me and one chiropractor working. I waited over an hour to get an adjustment. And when I got back there it was 2 cracks and out. I then went to cancel and had to say no to 3 other subscriptions they offered. It was a complete pain. In theory would it be great to have somewhere where you could go get an adjustment when needed for $40? Sure. In practice it is an awful place I wouldn't send my worst enemy. Not convenient. Have to say no to all their sales tactics. Chiropractors aren't overly nice. Front desk is not nice or helpful at all. One giant room with 3 tables so your getting adjusted next to someone else (when they actually have more than one chiropractor). There is just not a single redeeming quality about this place. I will not be back, and I would not recommend this place. Find any other chiropractor in the valley.

I signed up for a promo of 4 visits for $79 in 05/24. After the 4 visits unbeknownst to me, they have billed me monthly beginning 06/24. On 01/01/25, my account was billed as a renewal and I was notified by my bank. They were actually closed that day. So I called on 01/03/25 and was told that they would not refund me for the renewal on 01/01/25. I reported the charge of fraud to my bank which they then told me about the monthly billings. I used an hsa card so I didn’t realize it could be recurring, lesson learned. The rep at the bank also told me that she was very aware of the joint chiropractic, that the bank deals with claims about them a lot. Beware to all who use this company, honestly is not followed in my opinion!

Front desk lady is pushy and passive aggressive if you don’t immediately sign up for the wellness plan. When canceling she is impatient and pushy as well. It’s like she never got training on customer service or on sales. The actual chiropractors are nice, but unfortunately I would never recommend the joint due to the predatory nature of the front desk lady and her attitude.

Having a brother who is a chiropractor I was skeptical about a chain store chiropractor over concerns of patient doctor relationships and quality of care. This place is awesome though. Went fairly consistently for 9 weeks or so and never walked out wishing I hadn’t gotten admitted that day. And only started because of back pain from sleeping on my mattress wrong. Never a bad reason to see a chiropractor!

1st time was nice and people were nice. however the 2nd time had different chiropractor and asked him to be careful that i had shoulder repair and a plate in neck well it caused me great pain when he pushed down on shoulders, didnt have a note on computer from first visit of the plate nor the back plate husband had was a very uncomfortable visit and wont go back.

I went with my daughter to this office and paid for her to have an Adjustment. To say I was unimpressed is an understatement. The front office women was very unprofessional and rude. The chiropractor was awkward and the adjustment was mediocre. This is very much a one size fits all clinic and not at all customized to the patient. My other daughter works at a chiropractic office in American Fork and was talking about laser therapy and the front receptionist said “are you seriously trying to sell her on another service while in our office?” It was ridiculous. Then, they tried to pressure her to buy a package and when my daughter said she needed to talk to her husband, she rudely said “you do? Well, you won’t get the same deal if you don’t buy now.” The companies that have to pressure you to buy now to get the deal are the ones that can’t keep your business otherwise. I would not recommend. Go somewhere else.

It was super awkward... The lady up front was super sweet. The chiropractor himself was apparently stressed over having two new clients before his lunch. After hearing him mention it a second time, and feeling like less of a patient and more like an inconvenience, I got up and left. These kind of conversations should be made when the doors are closed and not in front of the people you are trying to help. It's very awkward and unprofessional.

Was intending to cancel my wife’s subscription and was pushed to postpone. I had explicitly asked the receptionist if we could cancel during the postponement of the subscription and she said yes. I come back 2 months later to ensure that the subscription didn’t renew. I come to find that when you decide to postpone you are still charged another month if you try and cancel after postponing. This was not told to me by the receptionist that offered to postpone my subscription when I initially wanted to cancel. Had i known there was going to be a fee I wouldn’t have postponed at all. I didn’t want to pay another month. The solutions I was given were to pay 1 more month and use it, or pay the month and not come back without using it. Angrily I chose the latter as I have no desire to ever return to this place. A predatory and ridiculous policy to scrape more money from you.

Unique Business model. Everything is in one room. Plan on an hour for your first visit. They were very busy Saturday afternoon. They are one of the only options in the valley on weekends. They don't take insurance. They offer a monthly subscription plans and buying a bundle of appointments for a cheaper rate. They had one option listed as 20 visits for $495 went is a unhread price for chiropractor appointments. Standard prices $49.

I had never been to a chiropractor before. I went in for really bad shoulder pain. The adjustments made to my body helped me continue working. Simple little adjustments taking a few minutes have already started to ease some pain and restore motion. I have been only three times out of my 6 scheduled appointments. We live 45 minutes away from Logan so we absolutely love the convenience of dropping in for a back adjustment any time we are in Logan shopping. No appointment needed. This is especially nice when you are in pain and want an adjustment asap. Their hours are later and open on Saturdays which most other chiropractic practices are not so again, very convenient! The staff is great, the pricing is reasonable and we are happy customers!!

I had an SI joint sprain that just didn't want to heal. I finally went to The Joint Chiropractic and after only a week, my back pain was under control and my headaches, which I would get on a regular basis (3-5 times a week), were gone. This was about 5 months ago. I still have no back pain, my headaches are pretty much non-existent, and I can stand up much straighter, which helps me feel taller.

I have been to a few different chiropractors over the years but this is the first one that actually took the time to talk with me and explain things. I have been in pain for years because I couldn't afford chiropractic care and am so happy I found these guys. Super affordable with options for everyone. The adjustments were quick and a plan to help me was quickly set up as well as being easy to understand. I would definitely recommend The Joint Chiropractic to my friends and family.

It's really hard to give a fair review after just one visit for a place of this nature, and for a newbie to Chiropractic care, so grain of salt! Overall, I'm pleased with my visit. The people were friendly, and dealt with my undoubtedly annoying comments with perfect professional friendly attitude. I wasn't happy with the idea of marketing calls and texts, so wouldn't sign the privacy policy at first. The receptionist finally found a checkbox on get computer to opt me out though, and assured me the doctor would be able to check the box as promised too, which helped. My pain is definitely not gone, but I didn't really expect to be in one visit, so I'm not mad. I was surprised to find out that 1)I am apparently locked into 2 months (I bought the wellness plan), and can only make changes after that 60 days, and 2) The plan is recurring unless I stop it. I didn't feel at ALL informed about that until I was in the middle of payment paperwork, so that was annoying. I *think* she also said that extra visits are a very reduced price when using that plan, but I wasn't totally sure I understood right. I have time to find out later though, so didn't ask (they were busy). I got a free cold/heat pack, which looks really nice, so that's a sweet bonus! All in all, I feel good about The Joint so far!

I've been going to them for about 3 months. I've had all 3 of them work on my body. They all have different techniques but are also equally great. I keep telling my coworkers about going to see joint chiropractic. It's very inexpensive. Go when you want within opening hours. I'm really glad I went to them. My hip and mid back are finally loosening up. I've gone to others chiropractors. Spent an hour with them and would leave feeling the same. I hope you all give Joint Chiropractic at least a chance. You won't be disappointed.

Two weeks ago, I called to see if they had an opening and how long the first exam takes, I got an answering machine. I hung up with plans to call the next day, and immediately got a text saying for the fastest response, text what I was inquiring about. So I sent a text and never got a reply back. I came in another time before this and the receptionist said they were super busy. Still no response. I get if you’re busy. But really? Edit, I came in a third time and said I was a new patient. She responded that they didn’t take new patients after 6:15. I looked at my phone and it was 6:08. I asked how long a new patient exam was and she said it was 15 for the paperwork and 20 for the exam and I again looked at my phone. So it would be 6:45 when we could be done? She said yeah. Then she went and asked the doc. He said to come back tomorrow.... there wasn’t even one other person on the Joint. Honestly, I can’t understand why other people aren’t having these same issues? This was actually the fourth time I’ve been in since the opened... I’ve looked up other chiropractors who are double the cost, but the whole idea was cheap and any time.... so far that has not been the case.

I was very skeptical about how getting my back adjusted frequently would help my chronic back pain, but i was talked into signing up for a plan “just to give it a shot,” and I’m so glad i did. It has helped so much. It has honestly been so worth it and I’m so glad i signed up. The folks in Logan are tremendous people and made signing up more than worth it. It’s so well run and such a simple, easy and inexpensive way to reduce back pain. If you’re on the fence, try it. It will be worth it.

Very disappointed in the service I received today. I bought a pack of 10 appointments after hurting my back skiing this last winter. The main reason I am dissapointed in the service is because I have now had 6 of my 10 appointments fulfilled, and not ONCE has my appointment lasted longer than 10 minutes. The design of this place seems to be to get people in and out as quickly as possible without addressing your needs. Today’s appointment lasted FIVE MINUTES... don’t waste your money like I did, go find a massage therapist or a chiropractor that is willing to take the time needed to find and fix your problems.
