There are a lot of sayings regarding facial expressions. It is pretty obvious that some people never seem to find any happiness in anything they do, or so it seems by the look on their faces. Probably everyone has had experiences with a variety of different kinds of people. Most have had the misery of dealing with someone who seems to never be able to find pleasure in anything that's taking place. Others appear to be happy all of the time regardless of the circumstances. Those who smile more may have much more on their side than simply looking happy.
It Can Create Better Workers
Everyone has likely seen the cartoon movie about those seven dwarves who whistle while they work. It is not at all a bad idea. When people smile and are happy, they tend to view their jobs as more enjoyable. They undertake tasks with greater enthusiasm. They also may be more creative, possibly because they are more open to ideas regarding problem solving. All of this makes more productive workers. Those who smile are considered to be better candidates for promotions at work. They are a great influence on other workers.
It Can Make Them Appear More Attractive

They are also seen as more empathetic to others. People who smile seem to relate to those who have shortcomings. They may be considered to have more humane qualities.
