This review is for the Cataldo Square location. Following is a synopsis of an email sent to their general Admin:
I had a bad experience with your front desk admin, Hannah. I overheard that the office would be closed on Saturdays until further notice. I was not otherwise informed about the office closure situation, and there were no signs posted. I asked about the possibility of carrying over one appointment to the following month to account for the closure, since I live 30 miles south-west of town (Cataldo is the closest location). Without hearing my full request, Hannah interrupted by telling me that it was not an option. I asked to speak to an office manager who might have the ability to override, she denied me access to anyone, until finally belligerently telling me that a remote manager would get with me within seven days, yet I tried to point out to her that I only had four days to use one more appointment, yet they were closed two of those days and I was out of town the other two.
Hannah apparently called a “team lead” and flat out lied three times as I stood right in front of her, aghast at her blatant lies– for all in the office to hear. She told the “team lead” that I said "I have a life" and "unwilling to drive to another location" and said that I “threatened to post on every social media site”. None of those were true. Although I did say that if I had to fill out their in-house complaint form then wait seven days for a response, then I might as well exert the same effort to simply post a Google review – not EVERY social media site... On the other two items, I stated no such thing. Hannah flat out lied. And she dared to tell me she was using a “figure of speech” when I confronted her.
Needless to say, I cancelled upon the first opportunity to do so.

I love the convenience of walking to appointments and most of the time I'm in and out in less than 10 min. The adjustment does depend on the doctor. I've had some really good experiences and bad experiences.
Highly recommend Dr. Start! He's very friendly, and knowledgeable and does a really good job with the whole adjustment!
Dr. Miller, I would give 2 stars. He was very unprofessional; didn't introduce himself, didn't ask me why I came in, and after the adjustment when I mentioned I still had some pain, he just said "You can come back tomorrow"

I appreciate the quick in and out; no appointment is required to set it up. There are a few different Chiros that rotate in and out; each does things a little differently, but they all get the job done, and you leave feeling better than when you walked in. Front desk girls are always nice and approachable. There is not a ton of sales/sign-up pressure. Just walk in, get fixed right up, and carry on with your life.

I was first here because of shoulder pain that was huge to the point of having trouble sleeping. The pain has not gone yet but is considerably reduced. Dr. Start has been great, everyone is very welcoming through the whole clinic. Dr. Jason was great as well, however changing doctors during a treatment series can be very challenging and could lead to further worse pain after a visit.

Dr. Jason Troy is such a magnificent chiropractor-He has skills NO other chiropractor that I have been to has demonstrated. He has helped me through EDS issues. I was hurting all day! Since I have been coming 2x a week, I am pretty pain free! Both doctors explain what they are are doing and give advice and recommendations that can help lessen the frequency of the pain! The receptionists all are nice, informative, and keep a clean and organized lobby!

After just one adjustment I went from a level 8 on the pain scale down to a level 3 by the following morning after the adjustment. I was a bit skeptical of the business model, walk-in type of service, but I am now really glad that I didn't let my usual skepticism stand in the way of receiving excellent care!!!!

I've been to chiropractors off and on since my teen years; feeling my best after periods of regular adjustments brought on by necessity... headaches, neck, and shoulder pain. However due to the relatively recent and limited chiropractic care in the military health system, my out-of-pocket cost meant I'd always quit when I was feeling better.
Fast forward to about 5 years ago, when approaching retirement age, I "found" The Joint Chiropractic. Their membership plan allows me to afford regular, focused chiropractic care. Because we live fulltime in a motorhome, I've visited Joints all over the U.S. while traveling. And I enjoy the extra savings and recognition of the military discount. I value my membership so much that I don't plan to ever give it up.

I sought chiropractic care due to constant upper back pain, massage only offered temporary relief. When I first came to The Joint, my pain levels were high, between a 7 and a 9. After a few months of care, my pain levels are down to between a 3 and 4. My overall mood is improved because I am no longer in constant pain. I definitely would recommend The Joint!

After whiplash over a decade ago, I have dealt with neck problems and tightening causing nerves to be pinched. I am a new patient with The Joint Chiropractic. My work limits me on days/ times that I can actually schedule an appointment. Being able to just walk in - be greeted by friendly faces AND while out of state, I was able to easily access a location while on vacation in Arizona - is great. Also affordable so it no longer makes sense for me to even utilize my insurance by going to my "in network provider". Now I can go by my schedule and not the Doctor's.
