I heard nothing but good things about Dr. Green my good buddy Chad had come down here. We’re working up at the Amazon facility in Geiger Heights and he got down here and had a nice adjustment from Dr. Green yesterday. I came in today really bad pain in my fingers maybe a pinched nerve or something and Dr. Green snapped me right up. My fingers are moving just fine now I can do all the micro work that I need to do there at Amazon. Dr. Green is the best I’ve ever had in Spokane as far as chiropractic doctor go come in and see him. Scam artists. I was a patient here for several months, and while the older doctor was excellent, everything declined after his retirement. The doctors who took over injured me on multiple occasions during treatment, to the point that I stopped going altogether. I had four unused visits remaining for the month, yet no one ever reached out to remind me or discuss my account. What really exposed their business practices was the cancellation policy. Apparently, the only way to cancel is in person. I was out of town and missed the deadline by just two days, so they charged me for another month anyway. When I questioned why I had a balance despite not using my previous month's visits, the receptionist's response was essentially, "You can still use the four visits since you already paid for them." That's completely beside the point. I wasn't looking to prepay for services I no longer wanted or trusted—I was trying to cancel after being injured by their providers. The entire experience felt less like patient care and more like a subscription trap. Between the decline in quality, the injuries I sustained, and the inflexible, customer-unfriendly billing practices, I cannot recommend this office to anyone. There are far better providers who value both your health and your business.

The fact that they will push a multiple month minimum contract on people with a purposefully complicated way to cancel should tell you everything you need to know about this predatory practice. I have used and believed in chiropractic care for over 20 years, but would recommend for you to go to any chiropractor other than this place. I had a small muscle stiffness for about 2-3 weeks, was hesitant thinking I could just fix everything myself, but decided to visit anyway, they got me in really quick very flexible schedule, within 15 minutes my stiffness went away!! i should have known better than to make the visit after the very simple receptionist tried to schedule me an appointment for 15 minutes out from the time i called. if i could leave zero stars i would. when people say that chiropractors are a scam it’s because they went to Joint Chiropractic. not only did the doctor make it a point that i’ve gained too much weight in pregnancy (30 pounds in 5 months) but i left there feeling worse that when i came. still in pain, didn’t do anything but crack my back a little bit, i could have done that at home myself over a kitchen chair. he wanted to say i need to set up 2 appointments a week???? SCAM! did absolutely nothing to help my sciatic pain. just pay the money to go to a real reputable chiropractor and not a lock-in-contract monthly punch card quack.

I’m not sure how they have 5 star reviews. I walked in super sore. They got me right back. The chiropractor never introduced himself or asked me any questions. He started right into his exam. I tried to tell him where I was sore and he made no attempt to listen. I explained it after he finished and he said he couldn’t do anything else because it could hurt me. Thanks for nothing.

I felt overlooked and hurried during my visit. I wanted to express that I was experiencing a different type of pain than usual. The waiting room was empty, and I could have easily waited until they were better prepared for me. When I entered, I provided my name and then my phone number, after which they told me I could go straight back. I’m uncertain about my actions, aside from requesting that my neck not be adjusted. Ultimately, it is my body, and I should have a say in its treatment. I sincerely hope that my next visit will be more positive than this one. My previous two visits were satisfactory, and my experience in another town was excellent. Perhaps the physician was simply having an off day, and I remain optimistic that my next appointment will be much improved.

I love the convenience of walk- in appointments, and most of the time, I'm in and out in less than 10 min. The adjustment really does depend on the doctor. I've had some really good experiences and bad experiences. Highly recommend Dr. Start! He's very friendly, knowledgeable, and does a really good job with the whole adjustment! Dr. Miller, I would give 2 stars. He was very unprofessional; didn't introduce himself, didn't ask me why I came in, and after the adjustment when I mentioned I still had some pain, he just said "you can come back tomorrow"...

Be careful when signing up for their packages. When I signed up I specifically asked the person helping me if I could cancel after the first month. She said yes at the time, but when I attempted to cancel I was told I agreed to a 2 month contract. Also, you get what you pay for. Lots of walk-ins at once can make for busy and rushed chiropractors. It only took one very hurried adjustment to set me back at square one.

I appreciate the quick in and out, no appointment required setup. There are a few different Chiros that rotate in and out, each does things a little differently but they all get the job done and you leave feeling better than when you walked in. Great place it’s in and out and they do take walk ins. Having some issues with lower lumbar and sciatica I have had about 4 adjustments and I feel better. Just remember to ice after? and they do accept HSA and A reasonable price for the adjustments. You do have the option for an automatic payment, which gets you about four adjustments a month plus a few free ones if you need a little bit more help! I do recommend if you are having any joint problems. They explained the issue and explained why it’s happening gave me a few tips on stretching!

Being that it is a Walk-in only, I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes at most to be seen. The staff is upbeat and friendly. They are very professional and it's very detailed about on getting to the root of the problem when filling out The paperwork. First off I would like to say Kasey behind the front desk is more welcoming than a newborn baby!! She's not just there for a job, she conversates like she's a family friend. And as far as Dr Montgomery and Dr Stark these guys are studs. I've been to more chiropractors and doctors then I can list off. Nobody has had the touch and knowledge that these two have. At first I was skeptical of Dr Montgomery because I've went to Dr Stark previously and he's been the only one that I found that has worked out for me. And then one day I went to Dr Montgomery because there was an unfortunate accident that Dr Stark had been in. And let me tell you what I was just as satisfied with Dr Montgomery as I was with Dr Stark. Dr. Sterling made sure to let me know what the whole process would entail, easing any and all anxiety and then walk me through the process every step of the way taking the time to explain what he was doing and why.. I’ve been in constant pain in my hip because of a car accident almost 4 years ago. However today when I got off the table I felt like I did when I was about 20 years younger. The chiropractic movement Dr. Sterling did released the pain and inescapable pain in my hip almost immediately. I will continue to go. I suggest anybody who has not to do so, it is amazing. I was just passing through on a trip and stopped to get adjusted. Nothing was that far off, but the chiropractor here was very thorough and adjusted all types of things that I didn’t realize we’re off. I was very impressed! Dr. Troy has great bedside manner and is very skilled at identifying the specific joint or vertebrae that is out of alignment. I would absolutely get adjusted by Dr. Troy again!

Thank you thank you thank you thank you to the front desk ladies and Dr. Start for taking the time to consult me and help me from feeling so frazzled from having a bad experience with another chiropractor from a different business (natural health center of medical lake). The ladies made sure I was taken care of and Dr. Start really took the time with me By going over why I am having prolonged soreness in my ear (from an ear adjustment done by another chiro) and assured me nothing is wrong with the way my body is healing. Dr. Start took the time to listen to me in frazzle (due to my other chiropractor making me feel like something was wrong with me for still going through a healing process), educating me on what I should do next, and going over my body/neck/back to really evaluate what is prolonging my healing process - and he found why! The other chiro (from a different business) didn’t even do a full body evaluation on me. Although I am still overwhelmed by my prior experience from another Chiro (from a different business) I will absolutely be coming back to the joint for future adjustments that are needed - after I heal from this one lol.

After yoga one afternoon I decided I needed a little extra self care and happened upon Joint Chiropractic. I will say that first, I was met with the beautiful smile of Ms. Sara, the Receptionist, absolutely adorable :) Then I met my first Chiropractor, Eric. He was warm, patient and attentive. He suggested a treatment plan for me and gifted me with a few extra appts bc (truth..) My body really needed it. I started feeling relief after that appt. Then I came back the following week and met Jason. He's new to the area Spokane...so show him some love...he was wonderful. He took extra time (not that Eric didn't), and got into my psyche a bit...which is why I'm writing a review. Im pretty type A and I appreciated that he got into the nitty gritty of my personality type and then provided care. It helped me release into the process and find even more relief. Idk if this would help anyone, but I'm finding that on my journey of self care I appreciate those who express their experiences, success and failures. I will say though, for me, they are a success! I’ve been to chiropractors all over from Washington to Texas. Dr Jason is in the top two ever. His attention to detail, his caring and kind manners can’t be beat. He’s a southern boy and it shows. In just three visits I have more range of motion than I have in years of this chronic illness. He’s getting places to move with his gentle manipulation techniques that haven’t moved in years. He is gentle and has a level of compassion I’ve not experienced in quite awhile. His techniques are unlike any I’ve seen yet. I will keep coming back and will gladly and patiently wait to see him and only him.

Absolutely miracle workers. I was referred to Dr. Smart by my wife, and after two ER trips and a weekend without sleep, I decided to get the “witch doctor” a shot. It was well worth it. Extremely affordable initial fee, we both agreed I needed a follow up session today. I’m back home and I’m walking around normal, something I haven’t done in 4 days. No more pain, just soreness. I've been to a lot of chiropractors in the last 30 years I've even worked for a couple and I'm best friends with a really great 1 in Montana. Just a couple days after I moved to Spokane I find myself facing an impingement in the joint between my shoulder blades I've never been in so much pain. I was referred to the joint by my boss and I think the doctors in the front desk Employees are absolutely the best. From what I understand the doctors and the employees are shared between several branches and the setup that you have for care the doctors and the people who take care of us are absolutely amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Been to Joints all over the U.S./this is one of the good ones. Doc Eric takes his time to adjust you to what you need, not just the same for every person. If I could change one thing it would be the parking situation (small lot, odd angles, cars whipping in from both sides of lot, one way streets). ‘Course that’s not the fault of the staff.

Thanks for great a chiropractic visit at an affordable price! Highly recommend for convenient, caring , and professional care. I found the whole process of coming in to be easy, and I feel relief from my first visit. So I’ll be back! They do recommend their membership, but it’s suggested for improvement, especially with chronic conditions. They don’t use scare tactics to pressure you into signing up for continued care, as I have experienced with a different place in the past. A place I tried years ago tried to scare me into a plan that was 1000’s of dollars.. which I couldn’t afford anyway. So the whole experience was terrible. When you’ve been through experiences with several different types places over the years you tend to know what works for you , and what doesn’t. So..I say give Joint Chiropractic a chance if you’ve been feeling out of alignment and want quick, friendly, affective, and affordable care.

I love that this is a walk-in clinic. In addition to location and availability, it’s very convenient and the staff is wonderful. I give 4/5 simply because I do not feel the doctor is able to be as thorough in his adjustments, but I think that’s simply because of the amount of patients that are seen.

I have been going for about a month or so now and they always do a fabulous job. They are so friendly and very precise on the amount of pressure that is needed. I had a huge issue with my neck and hips after having my son and going through a year of pain and within just a couple weeks the pain was gone. I have used chiropractic care for over 20 years in 4 different states however today visiting this establishment I had the absolute worst care. The doctor gave horrible and dangerous advise and the whole time he acted like a used car salesman pushing for me and my wife to buy packages for many visits. I understand and it is not the first time after a adjustment I have been sore but this man hurt me and my wife with his adjustments. I emailed the manager and he flat out called me and my wife a liar. I would not take or recommend this place to my worst enemy much less someone who wants actual relief!!
