Lack of Time

Start scheduling your workouts, doctor appointments, and family time in your calendar and learn to say "no" more often to those things that don't fill your heart or bring any benefit to your life.
Lack of Knowledge
If you are like me and you don't know where to start or how to do something, you may just end up not doing it at all. When in doubt, ask for help. Ask the trainer at the gym how to work the machine you have had your eyes on, talk to your chiropractor about healthy lifestyle tips, or get online and watch some videos on how to start a new fitness routine safely. The information is out there, you just need to ask!
Lack of Money
Lack of money can be a serious issue for so many people, but when it comes to your health, there is always a way to make it work. Don't have enough money for a pricey gym? You don't need it! Exercising outdoors is free and many communities have modified outdoor fitness equipment scattered around town. And when it comes to shopping, there are plenty of ways to get the nutrition you need at an affordable price. Shop sales, freeze fruits and vegetables, or buy in bulk!
Beating the Obstacles in Your Life
When you are faced with a challenge that has the power to keep you from reaching your health and fitness goals, ask yourself what you need to do to overcome it, and then do exactly that! There is always a way to achieve what you set out to do. It may require some extra time and patience, but you can do it!
