Awesome, I sing up online and had an appointment.... Not one of the "doctors" could put my ribs back in joint after a sports injury. Then I canceled my subscription before my billing date and they charged me anyways! The desk lady just said, they didn't see the email, so it doesn't count. So they charged me 89.00 after I canceled the membership before the billing date.! Wow no refund, but they told me I could use the 4 visit I paid for even though none of our doctors can help you..... I went in this morning with intense neck and jaw pain and limited motion. I had considered going to the emergency room over the weekend but decided to make an appointment with the chiropractor first to see if it would help and the relief I felt was instant. The doctor was super thorough and even did his best to ease my anxiety about being adjusted with lighthearted jokes. I felt instant relief as soon as I sat up and started crying immediately. I've been in a lot of pain the past 5 yrs nothing was working for me seriously. I am a bartender go go go on my feet always. I did my first appointment. STILL hust but could move a little better. Went out of town and couldn't come back as suggested and I paid the price for that. But today when I went in dr.daniel worked his magic on me and I mean MAGIC. Not only did he address the issues in my chart, but noticed a few other areas and treated them. I'm going back today to see him again. Came here for the first time after I had thrown my back out so bad I couldn’t stand up straight. They were open on a Saturday and got me in within an hour of calling. Dr. Taylor did a thorough evaluation before getting me on the table, and while it wasn’t comfortable because I was in so much pain, he was very gentle and made sure I was okay the whole time. By the time I left I was standing up straight and able to breathe again! He also gave me a follow up treatment plan, suggestions on stretches for my tight hamstrings, and a to-do list for when I got home. I’m still sore, but I’m walking upright! Super thankful I found this place!

Dr Daniel was simply the greatest chiropractor I’ve seen. Honestly I feel like it’s probably hard to be impressionable in the 7 minute session but he pulled it off. Not only addressed all my concerns but did it with actually funny jokes that actually helped loosen me up in order to be more effective. I usually go to the chakalov location. I’d avoid The Joint at all costs, I’ve been a member over 8 years. They have closed multiple locations in Portland, and have inconsistent hours. I made a trip to the Hazel Dell location this weekend from Portland, and they were unable to locate the package on my account, even though I had email confirmation of 10 visits. Wasted time, and the have refused to transfer my account from a location in the Seattle area. So anytime there is an issue, I have to deal with the Seattle location. Because if this I never get notifications for the clinic which I visit most frequently. Poor customer service.

Very impressed with how much they check in and care about your aftercare, even though there was only one doctor addressing all the walk-ins and the new clients. I didn’t feel rushed for my very first appointment. It was definitely a different experience than what I’ve been used to in the past, but I’m hoping that this can be a place that I can rely on to get my body back in shape Doctor was the one who did my adjustment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business. I went in to have my upper neck and upper back adjusted and the doctor also decided to adjust my lower back. Prior to leaving and all through this next week. I have been feeling excruciating pain in my lower back that was absolutely 100% not there prior. My right leg is now shorter than the left and I can barely bend over. I did not request for my lower back to be adjusted but what ahead with it because it was a doctors suggestion and now I am going to the hospital for x-rays. I absolutely do not recommend this business because they do not take the time to warm up your body or soft tissue or even do a proper examination. My entire Time there was a proximately 10 minutes which I now understand was in no way reasonable to evaluate what was going on with me and to make a proper diagnosis for treatment. Do not waste your time going here they move you through like cattle and they do not do a proper job with examining your condition. I do not want you to end up in my situation. I'm genuinely terrified that there is permanent damage in my lower back and spine. I deeply regret coming here. Now I have extreme pain that I did NOT go in with I see your reply down below, and it’s unfortunate I can’t respond to that, so I’ll just edit it here. No, they did not rectify the situation at all! I’m still in excruciating pain and getting more imaging done as we speak I will be escalating this to my attorneys because you guys also can look at my intake forms and see that I didn’t ask for those adjustments. So don’t respond thinking everything‘s OK. You guys already know you have a D minus with the Better Business Bureau and you have hurt a lot of people, so why do we have a real conversation instead of you just pedantically writing me back here because you know I can’t respond. And let me also just point out that Dr. Hannah his card because he plans on stabbing you in the back and taking his clients when he opens his new practice. You might wanna look into the quality of people you have in your clinic to begin with.

I’m so happy I discovered this place. I travel for a living so sticking with appointments in general can be tricky sometimes. joint chiropractic is great because you can literally go to any location across the country, no appointment needed. I particularly like this location however. Dr. Will by far has been the best to help alleviate TMJ pain I deal with. He’s very personable and easy to talk to. Dr. Seth as well is amazing I really like how friendly everyone is here. I always leave feeling better than I did walking in. For the most bang for your buck for chiropractic care, I would 10/10 recommend coming here!

The coordinator, Leah, is very warm & welcoming. She told me about a new package before I left & we had a short chat. I am an awkward person at the chiropractor. I admittingly feel weird about people touching me. I am currently wearing a wig due to hair loss after a surgery, so I have a fear it's going to fall off. I just went ahead & blurted out that information from the beginning. After seeing Dr. Seth, I felt taller & some of my pain had been alleviated. I have some mysterious issue with my back & legs. I'm not sure how to correct it, so when I feel pain coming on I go to The Joint (in whatever state I'm in). I have been to both in Vancouver now & am happy with how I am treated. Dr. Seth answered a lot of my questions & did not make me feel pressured to come multiple xs a month. I do agree that I should visit more often. It would probably spare me from feeling unnecessary pain. Thank you guys for taking care of my back!

My visit was beyond amazing went in feeling like a 3 walked out feeling like a 10 . And I think I can hear better lol best adjustment ever! I almost cried cuz of the relief my back and hip got. Walked in a new patient front desk was amazing help she got me back to a doc within 10/15min so easy, very smooth process. Be aware of what you sign with this business. A trusted person I know signed up for a wellness plan that deducted $236 per month from her bank account. She underwent surgery that precluded her from using the plan for three months. Unfortunately, she was under the impression she wasn't getting charged, and her plan was on hold. When she inquired about getting a refund for the unused months of service, "The Joint" didn't do the right thing in refunding her. She paid $708 dollars for no services rendered.

Scam artists that make more than enough money to replace their torn up beds. Canceled my account and they still charged me. Tried to talk with them and the Leah was unhelpful and told me nothing she can do even though she’s the one who was supposed to cancel my account. I was about to cancel my membership because I was dissatisfied with the location I signed up with. I searched online for nearby locations and found Dr. Maurice Tucker. I arrived in so much pain I could barely stand up straight. I really liked Dr. Tuckers approach because he listened to me before the adjustment. Instead of going straight to the obvious trouble spot, he began from the top then downward. I felt immediate relief but had to come back the following week for another adjustment. I feel so much better. I referred my sister to Dr Tucker. She was so tight and out of alignment that he put her on a treatment plan. She's doing so much better already. Dr. Tucker doesn't tell you to come in for the heck of it. If you see him and he's telling you to come back soon for additional adjustments - believe him because you need it.

Dr. Maurice is great! Recently I fell down hurting my neck and shoulder. After my injury I became stiff, having extreme neck pain that was so severe that I was unable to rotate my neck. It was Dr. Maurice that examined me and took the time to explain in detail the harm that was done. He diagnosed and worked to develop a plan of action towards recovery. After each treatment session I was able to rotate my neck better. Dr. Maurice was gentle and patient with me as I was in a lot of pain and could not move hardly. I am now pain free with no difficulties rotating and I have Dr. Maurice to thank. I highly recommend Dr. Maurice to any and everyone that needs pain relief and an adjustment.

I’ve been going to the joint since early on. My fave dr is Maurice. I have a hard time relaxing enough to be properly adjusted and Dr. Maurice makes me feel at ease. I had Dr. Tim assist me with my neck and back locked up. I have been getting chiropractic adjustments for more than 30 years. I had probably my worst experience in 30 years at The Joint in the slabtown office in Portland. I called the Hazel Dell location the next day to see if they operated in the same way. I'm very thankful to say that they do not. I got in and got treated in less time than I spent in the waiting room at the other location. The doctor was very warm and friendly and I felt very comfortable with him. I have since been back for an additional adjustment and plan to go again in the next few days. So far everyone I"be interacted with in this office has been wonderful. I am very glad that I tried a different location instead of just avoiding all The Joints offices after that experience in Portland.

Even though my medical insurance covers chiropractic 30+ adjustments a year, I have never found anyone nearly as good as Maurice. I’ve been getting adjustments for 25 years and this gentleman is one of the most smartest chiropractors when it comes to finding new ways to adjust someone’s spine that’s extremely tight from weightlifting or lots of traveling. I hope you will give this gentleman Maryse a try or any of the guys that work here are also extremely well trained at their job!!

I love the way that Dr. Jesse spends time with every client that comes in to talk to them really get a feel for where they’re coming from and where they want to go no matter how many people are waiting. He’s also very thorough when it comes to adjustments using a number of different techniques that I’ve seen in different doctors and he uses all of them. And he also works weekends which is great for when I’m working out of town for days a week.

I love the Salmon creek location! Leah at the front desk is amazing, I just love walking in and chatting with her, she’s someone I look forward to seeing each time I get adjusted ? My favorite chiro is Dr. Maurice Tucker, anytime I get to choose my Dr it’s going to be him, he’s caring and very effective (he’s always so stylish with his colored pants and super cool shoes! ?), I leave feeling fantastic! Recently I’ve also been adjusted by a new Chiro at this location when Dr. Tucker isn’t working, I cannot remember how to spell his name but he’s a medium built guy with short red hair, he has a warm personality and puts effort into getting to know you and really listening to whatever you might have going on with your spine, he’s great too! All this to say, I love this location and know no matter which Dr. Is working I’m going to get the expert care I need to feel better. Wait times here are usually minimal, but regardless, it’s always worth the wait! ?

I've always been nervous about chiropractors and put off going in for years. I finally went in after my neck and back pain got to be too much. Everyone was very kind and helped me feel more comfortable. After my first adjustment with Dr. Maurice I got back range of motion in my neck that had been limited due to pain. I go regularly now and my condition has improved a lot. I had thought pain was something I would just have to live with, but now I barely notice it in my daily life. Highly recommended!

I visit this location on my way out of town and sometimes on my way back from dropping my daughter, for I drive long hours and its easy for my legs and hips to be out of alignment. Dr. Tucker is very kind professional and personal. He always asks me about my daughter and for someone who doesn't get much time with her I appreciate his heartfelt inquiry, and his adjustments are awesome! who doesn't love a Dr. Tucker adjustment?.. really though? Who? Dr. Jesse at this location is good people, his smile you can see even through a mask and his personality is always positive and optimistic even when he's got a line out the door waiting to see him! Our girls Leah and Miki are some of our best wellness coordinators we got. Leah is always kind, professional and respectful. I went in today for my adjustment and when I walked into the office the receptionist there had asked me if I had my mask. I did not have a mask with me and I asked her if she had one. She said to me that they were out and said nothing more after that. I then asked her what should I do? In a rude manner she told me that I could go next-door to ask if they had a mask or I could go out and buy my own mask. After I went back out to my car and found the mask that I threw away I came back in and told her that since I was there I was going to get my adjustment but after I’m done I want to pull my contract and get a refund on the visits that I have not used. I told her that I did not like her attitude and that she was extremely rude. She then proceeded to tell me that I was under contract and I told her that if I knew that my contract came with the attitude I would have not gone there. It’s a shame really because today there were multiple customers and only one chiropractor in that whole office. I get that it’s busy but you need to keep the attitude at home or check it at the door. Update: Came to get my last adjustment and due to miscommunication I almost was not allowed my last adjustment that I paid for and had to get it approved from the doctor. Thank you for not making me waste my time again!

I threw out my lower back and I was absolutely desperate for relief. I came hobbling into The Joint like a little old lady, and I left walking like a normal human! I came back to him a few times and he completely fixed my back! The loss of one star is not for this particular location, but for the membership program in general. I love that The Joint is so much more affordable than any other chiro out there. However, they make cancelling the membership so much more time and effort than it needs to be. Also, nobody told me that I had to sign up for at least 2 months. I wish I would’ve just bought a package instead of the membership. Oh well, live and learn. I still love The Joint!

I am really have been impressed with how The Joint Chiropractic runs their business. I found the first one I went to on a road trip across the country. Thew my low back out packing up a Budget truck. In Minneapolis I stopped & they fixed me right up. I have been 2 times now to the one in Vancouver & am very happy with the service at the front desk & chiropractors. It’s nice to not be pressured into plans, weekly visits, and feeling like they are trying to scam you. I have always benefited from Chiropractor care. I’m thankful to have found this place!

I was told that I cancelled my monthly subscription in March, at the beginning of the lock downs, but am still getting charged. Same thing happened to my fiance and they told him that he physically had to walk in to cancel...during the shutdowns. Will not return. Do not recommend the headache.

I went in to there facility in January of 2020 and the got me to sign up for 2 months I was unaware that they would fo a recurring bill so now we are in october 2020 and they are still charging me I call last week told them to cancel and they charged me again and will not reimburse it's a total joke I dont recommend them to anybody

So let me tell you, I’ve been a hot mess since March when I lost my insurance and couldn’t afford 80$ each and every visit. Most places charge so much just for a simple single visit! I was recommended to visit The Joint by a friend of mine due to my lack of ability to afford the sky high visit prices at other places! With that they are offering a 29$ first app and then there after it’s 79$ a month for 4 visits anything after is only 10$. Either way you look at it it’s still cheaper than 50-80$ per visit anywhere else! (Keep in mind you must be committed for 2 months on this plan before you can cancel) Now I’ve already had X-rays and been seen by 3 prior clinics BEFORE coming to this place, so I already knew what I had going on. I was able to give him a decent amount of history on what I have going on and what issues have been worked on prior as well as exact location of the 2 troubled disks I have in my lower back. This clinic is a wellness clinic where they aid in pushing you toward being pain free and or close to it depending on your problems. Their walk-in clinic is convenient for those of us who sometimes mean to make it on time but things happen. I like not being refined to a specific time as life is busy, crazy and ever changing especially with having to do distance learning with my kiddo! This clinic style may not be for everyone but I assure you that you will be treated with the highest level of kindness and respect from the Team here! I’m so glad I decided to come in and have an adjustment here! The major issue I was having was solved today! I can now put pants on without pain! ? Thank you Leah for your wonderful customer service and Dr. Maurice for helping me move better!

Absolutely amazing. Worth every penny. I beat my body up a lot with 16 years in the military heavy lifting, running, backpacking, and snowboarding in the winter. I got used to my body hurting and just wrote it off as wear and tear with age. I’ve only had 4 adjustments So far- but all of the pain in my lower back is gone AND I have wayyyy better range of motion in my neck. I feel years younger not having constant back pain. This will definitely be a part of my personal wellness program long term to help me have a better quality of life. The best part is that I can drop in- get adjusted- and walk out in under 10 minutes without an appointment. Too easy!

Negative 1 star !! Waste of time !! Twice !! Chiropractic Place with No Chiropractor in the Office... Looking for a new Chiropractor, stopped in here thinking a "No appt " option could work. "Just pop in any branch, any day, anytime, 5 minute wait." Greeted at door with a big" Sorry, no Doctor in today. One will be here tomorrow from 10 - 3," then none again for next 4 days. Some random hand written calendar posted on door with most days showing "doctor-less". With pain in back, was not looking for these games. Actually went by following day at 2 PM, with another big "Sorry, Doctor is going to Lunch, then has several patients after that. You can always try another office." Pass !! No point even trying with these people, should just close this place down. Seeking a chiropractor? You've been warned, just find a real clinic ... seriously.

Today I went to see Dr. Tucker and he was amazing. I had been to joint before but was afraid to go back because of the experience I had. Dr. Martin is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. After my experience with this franchise's concept, I'm not sure why anyone would bother with traditional chiropractic offices ever again.
