    The front desk lady was an absolute gem. Very kind, helpful, and respectful. Absolutely great customer service on her end. Kudos. Who is this chiropractor??? Forget his name because he’s that irrelevant. Old, grey hair, short. I am a 21 year old female student who paid a visit today because of back pain. This guy cracked my neck twice, my back once, then attempted my back once more and failed. My boyfriend can crack my back better. That’s not even the main point. The amount of pressure this guy put onto me to subscribe to his pyramid scheme was wildly unprofessional. I felt like he wasn’t gonna let me leave the establishment without me signing his subscription and paying $180 on the spot! $180 for what exactly?? They ask you for your place of work in the papers you have to sign. Is this so u can gauge how much money u can try and get out of people? This is laughable. This guy needs to rethink how he negotiates and does business. To put that amount of pressure on me to pay you and subscribe to your scheme? U that broke? Do better. Edit: I found a pic of him

    Dr. Filcheck is wonderful, he either has a perfect memory or he reads my chart before I arrive. Either way, I usually don't have to talk or remind him where my pain is or what worked well last time. He just seems to know, which is so lovely.     Loved it! Very friendly. But since my adjustments 3-4 days ago, I have developed a very sore swollen goose-egg on the bone at the base of my skull behind my ear. I thought I felt a tiny bone crack there when my neck was adjusted. Not sure if it's related.

    I love that I can walk in and walk out! No appointment needed. They offer monthly wellness programs, which was cheaper than what my copay would be. I came to The Joint and saw Dr. Morris. I was having pain when I was walking and bending over. He gave me an adjustment and we came up with a treatment plan. I was walking out feeling better than I was walking in.

    They were visibly upset when I didn't sign up for a monthly membership) Look the problem is that cracking bones won't correct the underlying muscular imbalance, as I found out through thorough research. I've tried bone crackers of all kinds. But until you realize that you need to work on proper stretches and muscle balancing excersises (available on you tube), you will keep paying for fairy tale bandaids like this one for as long as you have the money. It just won't do the trick. Cause bones being placed in the proper position won't correct the way your muscles act upon them. Now you know) Do the research, it's your body isn't it?

    I went in for the initial exam and adjustment. I’ve never felt less cared for by a chiropractor. The doctor I saw seemed purely interested with getting through the adjustment as quickly as possible. He was rough and aggressive with movements and pressure. He didn’t talk me through anything he was doing other than “your hips aren’t balanced.” He barely palpated any muscles and seemed almost careless in what he was adjusting, not feeling for a specific spot more of a grab and twist. I will not be going back.

    I can't begin to express how awesome my first experience was here. I went in because I have a pinched nerve that is causing severe pain and difficulty walking. I have been in and out of the multiple hospitals and seen multiple doctors in the last month and nobody has been able to help me get any kind of relief even with medication. I went in and had one session and the difference is amazing! Instantly I could walk a lot better. Today I woke up and was actually able to go to work. I'm still having some nerve pain but not near as bad as it was. Highly recommend. They were understanding and caring. The set up and check in process was fairly simple also and they have some great priced packages. I plan on continuing to go here.
