After that, follow-up visits are usually just five to 10 minutes. Because our doctors focus on the specific adjustments your body needs at each visit, care can be streamlined without losing its effectiveness. Your first visit includes a consultation, exam, clinical assessment, and adjustment with a licensed doctor of chiropractic.     Dr Bill is a caring and sincere guy. He wanted me to come too frequently for my schedule. My body was not responding to weekly visits and he wanted me to come up to 3 in one week. I only came to about half of the recommended visits that was written on a small square piece of paper I was handed by Dr. Bill after my initial assessment. My main dissatisfaction is that I had NO idea of an $89 per month charge until I saw it on two credit card billing statements and was very close to my 3rd monthly charge. I paid about $200 up front and thought that was it. My situation was very rushed that particular day due to other customers ar the same time. The person at the front desk said, "scroll down to authorize payment". If I am not mistaken, she even did the scrolling. When I called to complain months later, the person said the "contract" was sent to me. At that time, I checked my previous emails and found out that they did. I never opened it thinking it was junk mail. She said someone would review my concerns and call me back within 24 to 48 hours. No one ever did and i am unaware of anyone ever trying. I believe there should be a place to initial directly at the $89 monthly charge on the "contract" to avoid this from happening again. When I tried to cancel, they said it was their policy to come in to the store to do it. The only way to stop the $89 monthly charge, I had to sign something saying I had no problems with the contract. She said, "If you don't confirm that, you will be charged another $89 tomorrow". The Chiropractic process appears to be good, but I am dissatisfied with how my situation came about.

    Wow. First time ever seeing a chiropractor today! Instant results from a great team! The crunch I dreamed of after a year of bad neck cracking habits! My neck has been thrown out of whack for a couple years now, and I’ve been searching for a chiropractor for months, not knowing where to even start to find one to trust!     I have been seeing chiropractors on and off for more than 35 years; in fact, ever since a catastrophic mid back injury in 1988 left me paralyzed from the waist down for nearly a week. Back then, it was Dr. Stephen T. Eble, a chiropractor in Mount Kisco, NY, who’d fully restored my mobility, and in the nearly 40 years since then, I’ve been fortunate to find some truly exceptional practitioners of their branch of holistic medicine. Today at The Joint Chiropractic on Rte. 1 in Walpole, MA, I was lucky enough to be seen by another one of them. “Dr. Bill” saw me today for the first time in about a year — my wife and I have a Chiropractor nearby whom we see routinely, but who didn’t have any availability today, and I was badly in need of an adjustment, so I came to The Joint instead. If you’re unfamiliar with chiropractic, it utilizes a combination of medical science, technical skill, and the practitioner’s sensitivity and intuition to determine where an imbalance or misalignment exists, and to discern precisely how much pressure to apply and how best to apply it, in order to effectively correct the misalignment and restore the patient’s mobility. In other words, it’s both a science, a technique and an art. Dr. Bill is gifted at all three. In this case, my neck has been stiff and in pain ever since a car accident six years ago, and no other Chiropractor, or combination of Chiropractors, massage therapists and orthopedists have ever been able to completely relieve that discomfort or restore my range of motion. I would go for adjustments (and, as a retired massage therapist, massages) but it was as if none of them quite scratched the itch! Either before I left or within half an hour, I would be back to square one again. Today, Dr. Bill adjusted my entire spine and did an unusual release on both hips, before addressing my neck, when he did, the adjustment sounded like across between someone stomping on a Styrofoam cup and a tree snapping in the forest, and in an instant all of those years of pain and limited range of motion, were gone! I now have complete range of motion from left to right and without any discomfort whatsoever! This is one of my perhaps three most memorable chiropractic adjustments in 40 years and I am completely stunned!!! Simply amazing; I would gladly give him 10 stars if I could.

    Went to Dr Tim the past 2 weeks to start addressing a long history of limited range of motion due to pain. While twisting to my left mostly. Also lower back tightness. Dr Tim asked the questions necessary to understand the complaints we are trying to address. He explained the adjustments being done and checked on me after each adjustment. I will be continuing to go every week to see what kind of improvements it brings to my life. The sessions are pretty quick. 15 minutes or so. I do feel like i have already experienced some increased range of motion. Will definitely follow up with another review in a few weeks! Highly recommend giving this location a try!     This place is great. Just walk in no appt needed... Really! My life is so hectic and I can never make appt because I end up cancelling our changing them. I don't have that affordabilty or luxury of knowing where I will be or when. This gives the flexibility I need and no matter which Dr I see, as different as their technique is I end up with the same result...RELIEF!!! Every Dr I've seen has given me the relief I seek.     Having not been to chiropractor in probably a decade or more, and it was a one-and-done visit at that, I became interested again when I noticed my aches and pains were becoming more consistent and isolated in a few specific areas that a foam roller just can’t satisfy (hips and upper shoulders). Determined to remedy this, and to be honest, slightly overwhelmed with where to start, I figured “what’s the treatment/activity that I know I can’t do by myself?” I can stretch on my own, I can roll, I can apply heat/ice, if need be - but I can’t adjust my own bones. So, chiropractic care was the obvious first step. But that’s just the first step . . . what chiropractor is going to be convenient, available, cost effective and most importantly know what they’re doing as far as actual adjustments. Joint Chiropractic checks all those boxes. Laurie walked me through the patient experience, and how it’s on a walk-in basis, plus the variety of treatment packages (basically, how often you can come in at a discounted price). From there, it’s back to Dr. Bill, who has already peeked at your chart, knows where to focus, and gets right to work. It’s a very efficient process. By no means do I feel rushed, and I really appreciate how I’m in and out within 15 minutes - if that. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, but you wouldn’t know it most of the time because your wait time is minimal if you drop in during daytime hours. The treatment area is equally as clean and comfortable and the treatment tables have all the gears, pedals and adjustments to allow for Dr. Bill to work his magic. Highly recommend Joint Chiropractic in Walpole! Tell them I sent you!

    I’ve seen Dr Bill for a while, first at his private practice and now at The Joint. He’s exactly what you’d want in a chiropractor — kind, patient, knowledgeable. He explains everything to help you understand the physiology, including tips for after care, and has really helped me with some of my chronic spinal issues. I love the drop in format of the clinic — it’s so simple and easy and most days I’m in and out with 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

    The first time I visited The Joint Chiropractic in Walpole was June of this year. I was in Agony with my hip and was scheduled to hop a plane ✈️ for pickle ball camp that week.     I started seeing Dr. Bill when I had debilitating shoulder and neck pain. He created a treatment plan that allowed me to slowly gain mobility and diminish the pain.     This place is legit. Not sure how or why it works but it works! Treatment's with Dr Bill have greatly improved my quality of life. My range of motion has increased and my lower back pain has significantly diminished. If you suffer from back pain, seriously consider giving them a visit.     My wife was in such pain post pregnancy and suffering for months. We took the trip all the way from Rhode Island to The Joint because we knew this was the only place with the convenience of being seen right away. We saw Dr. Gina and she was a miracle from above.     I never being to a chiropractor office before , I suffer back pain, sciatica and sometimes tiredness on my shoulder . I was on instagram when the commercial pop in on my screen , I said to my self let give it a tried. So I did , didn’t regret it at all I become a patient right after my first appointment.     I’ve had back, hip and neck pain from years of sitting, as well as being in a vehicle accident. After my first visit and going over a plan with Dr. Bill, my pain has improved significantly! Also, I can come in any time and be out relatively quickly! I usually at least one time during the week on my lunch hour! Great service and great people!
