The Joint opens retail chiropractic clinic in Roseville
The Joint Corp., a storefront chain that aims to sell chiropractic care to the masses, has opened a clinic in Roseville.
The new clinic at 8680 Sierra College Blvd. in the Renaissance Creek Center is the company's fourth in the Sacramento region.
The clinics are managed by franchisees Chris O'Neal, Rory O'Neal and Sean O'Neal, of Joint Ventures LLC. They want to open 36 locations in Northern California.
Licensed chiropractor Cory Barker will treat patients in the Renaissance Creek location. She received her doctor of chiropractic degree from Palmer College Chiropractic West.
The chiropractic chain is based in Scottsdale, Ariz. and headed by John Leonesio, who founded Massage Envy and turned it into a company with hundreds of locations and annual revenue of more than $300 million. He's applied the same growth strategy to chiropractic.
"The O'Neals have displayed an incredible business sense and possess an innate ability to fully develop their businesses both economically and strategically," Leonesio said in a news release.
A grand opening will be held at the new Roseville clinic on Aug. 1 from 3 to 5 p.m.
