Americans spend more than half their time sitting. And it’s slowly killing us. Dr. Pat Kolwaite of The Joint Chiropractic - Memphis joins WREG-TV to address the issue that our bodies are built for movement, not excessive sitting. He describes what causes sitting disease and ways to prevent the problem. Using a jelly donut and bricks, he illustrates what happens to our bodies when we sit for too long.
