Dr. Dapkus earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard in 1999, and brings more than 20 years of experience to the new Shorewood clinic. In addition to operating his own successful chiropractic clinic in Chicago for 14 years, Dr. Dapkus was also involved in aquatic rehabilitation – instructing and coaching a group of patients for competitive swimming and helping others to become physically stronger and more mobile. Through his work, Dr. Dapkus has received several honors including a recognition award for Continued Chiropractic Value and Support from the Chicago Police Department and a Heroic Action Award from the Chicago Park District.
