They don’t take insurance, but they are very affordable, accept walk-ins and you can register online easily. I was traveling out of town and needed an adjustment yesterday because I couldn’t sleep due to severe back pain. They adjusted me and I slept for six hours last night without back pain. Hoping for a longer sleep tonight after a second adjustment today.

Dr. Riley, Dr. David and Dr. Tyler are great! Highly recommend. I am a very active person and tend to hike and run and work out a lot, so chiropractic care keeps me functioning optimally for outdoor recreation in Alaska. It also offsets posture slumps from working at a computer. I go here for routine adjustments to stay healthy and aligned. Every time I walk out of the Joint, I feel more youthful, confident, and relaxed. I love that I don’t have to deal with insurance and can walk in without an appointment, and the office hours are convenient. The pricing is actually less than most insurance copays if you take advantage of the packages or memberships.

I am so happy that I bought the package for the joint because traveling it has been amazing. I was delighted to find out there were two centers here in Anchorage, Alaska and the one I went to today was amazing both the front desk person, Erica and the Chiropractic doctor were fantastic. The doctor’s treatment was very helpful. I love that the various doctors I have seen use a variety of techniques and this time I was given an exercise, which is proving to be very helpful. Monday I went for a consultation and adjustment at The Joint Chiropractic. My experience was very pleasant and educational after my adjustment I felt pretty good but the next day I felt even better. This was my first time visiting The Joint. As a first time patient I was able to get an appointment immediately and the inprocess was quick. The doctor did a good evaluation to best treat my injury. An adjustment followed and magic happened. The doctor gave me some exercises and stretches to help as well. After leaving I felt so much better.

I was terrified of chiropractors because the sound of popping bones made me think something would break. My husband talked me into this visit after he had a pleasant experience. Erica at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. I believe the man who cared for me today was named Tyler (I apologize if I’m wrong). He was very thorough with hearing what problems I dealt with and examined me to determine what he’d work on today. I couldn’t have imagined my first time experience being this wonderful. I walked out feeling lots of relief from the pressure and discomfort I was having in my back. I’d highly recommend visiting and signing up for their wellness plan. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience my husband and I had at your joiny chiropractor clinic on [8 March 25]. We visited for a chiropractic session and encountered an issue that I believe warrants your attention. During our session with the chiropractor, the receptionist allowed other patients to enter the room while we were still discussing our personal health concerns. This compromised our privacy and left us unable to fully communicate our issues with the chiropractor due to the presence of other patients. We understand that your clinic may have been busy, but it is crucial that each patient is given the privacy and attention needed to discuss their health concerns without interruption. This experience was quite discomforting and prevented us from asking further questions about our body pain issues. We value the professional services provided at your joint chiropractor, and we hope that steps can be taken to ensure that patient privacy is maintained during consultations in the future. Everyone deserves the opportunity to discuss their health concerns confidentially and without the presence of other patients. I hope she will not allow other people or patients when someone is already busy with the chiropractor.

Awesome place, I love the plans they offer and the staff was kind and welcoming as soon as I walked in. I left this place feeling 10x times better then when I walked in. Doc is a master of his craft, in addition he was friendly, informative, and most of all honest. He didn't feed me some story about how I'm going to be fixed in one visit. Just had the most pointless adjustment today. I’m on Christmas vacation and the lady wasn’t strong enough to pop my back at all. Every time I’ve been adjusted I have no back pain and leave happy. Big disappointment to walk out of a chiropractor still stiff after an adjustment. Didn’t catch her name but avoid the blonde doctor. I will not be coming back to the anchorage location.

A truly magical place! The people are wonderful. The doctors listens very closely, and are very kind hearted. The girl at the front is also very cheerful and helpful. I had a backpacking accident that ended up misaligning my hips and gave me intense knee pain for over a year. Physical therapy could not resolve the pain. I also had a mysterious numbing and tingling of the extremities. The doctor was able to resolve both issues within a few visits. Now I can walk normal, and I have strength back in my hands.

It's convenient as a walk-in. However, their opening times can be unpredictable as it's dependent on the availability of the chiropractors. So they can show open online but they are actually closed cause a chiropractor is unavailable. This is rare but it happens. Otherwise, they are good.

My husband signed me up for a consultation after seeing an advertisement for a welcome special for $29. Atmosphere is very welcoming! Ladies at the front are sweet and helpful. Dr. Morgan is amazing! After 2 pregnancies, a back injury, and daily wear - a few weekly adjustments is just what I needed. Easy plans for visits as you need or monthly. Definitely recommend a visit.

I joined their monthly membership because I thought I would be able to come as often I had needed as my issues were intermittent. Everybody was super friendly when I signed up and I was told there was a 2 month mandatory period in the membership. Great! Then the problems started. Often when I shower up, they would be closed during posted hours. I would try to come at lunch, but I guess they'd be out to lunch. I'm not exactly sure if this was why they weren't there or if they were having staffing issues. Apart from that, when I did get seen, I did not get the relief I got from my previous and now current chiropractor. It was more like they went through the motions and if it didn't crack or get the adjustment, oh well, better luck next time. So I stopped going. I didn't hear anything from them for months. Just recently they started reaching out to me via text messages demanding payment for services I never received. I said no and that they need to cancel my membership. I explained that I want getting relief and more often than not, when I did show up, nobody was there. They refuse to cancel my membership and insist I come in to cancel it. I've wasted enough time with these clowns. I strongly recommend getting ripped in by this particular clinic. They don't deliver on what they promise and come after you when you wise up and move on. Zero stars.

If you are looking for a great chiropractic Dr and office. They dont do sales they adjust, no pitch. And they do offer plans if you're interested, or pay as you go. Everyone is so kind. Also they do not do insurance either, but is totally afforable. If you hurt or just need an adjustment do yourself a favor, give them a try.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I was a bit on the fence considering it is the first in anchorage. But from the 1st visit to the 16th the staff and doctors are helpful, knowledgeable and bring a bright vibe to the location. I would recommend going to them, their prices are the best cuz I really don't want to use insurance, that's just a hassle and money that none of us alaskan have at the moment. But with a monthly 1 time charge and I can come in on my own time...yea makes me want to actually go to the doctor to have care to my back. I'm a Millennial if that puts this into perspective.

I didn't have full range of motion in my neck and could barely walk (severe back/hip pain) when I first entered The Joint Chiropractic, Anchorage. The doctors there have taken very good care of me. I was scared to go to the chiropractor because I have had rheumatoid arthritis since I was 5 ( in my 30s now). I was worried I would be too delicate. But they have more than one method to help you get to where you need to be. I'm glad I finally went because it was definitely the best decision, having my mobility back is wonderful.

I am in pain and went there. They had no sign saying they were closed. No message on their machine. The business hours were correct but nobody was there. I am out almost $60 in cab fare. Unprofessional. Right out the gate they do not care about their clients.

Not knowing what to except I jumped in. Had never been to a chiropractor before. So far after two sessions my experience has been great. I felt better after both appointments. It’s a walk in clinic but I have not waited more that 10 min to be seen. Quick affordable and works, what more can you ask for. I bought the monthly membership per day and plan to come back weekly.

I was first treated by Dr. Maye. He was knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. Really an asset, I felt. My second visit was with Dr. Peterson. I was again impressed with the care I received. I learned a great deal during that visit as well. The staff is welcoming and competent. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The price is equal to my copay amount, and with their plan I get more visits than my insurance would allow. A++!

The Dr was professional and friendly, but the receptionist was kind of rude. The Dr recommended buying a monthly package, I asked the receptionist if I could just pay for that visit and then later in the week when I come back start the monthly package and she told me no that I had to do it that day or I couldn’t get it. I said ok then I won’t get it, she continued talking about it so again I said I can’t do it today just let me pay for today so I can leave. After I left I received an e-mail front the company that plainly says I can sign up for packages anytime and get the same price offer so she lied and was rude about it. I won’t be going back
