3 Exercises That Keep Women Fit and Fabulous

Women might have it a little tougher than men. Not in everything, but when it comes to staying fit, men may just have the upperhand. With their naturally higher testosterone levels and naturally lower body fat percentages, it is slightly easier for men to drop a few pounds. For a lot of women, it is a struggle. For Love Handles

Love handles are the worst. They are what so many of us delicately named “the muffin top” in order to make it sound less threatening. Then stick to ab exercises that work the entire abdominal region, from top to bottom and side to side. For the Glutes

What women is actually satisfied with their derriere? This is a problem spot for most women, whether it be too small or too big. In order to work the gluteal muscles, stick to the basics. For the Chest

The chest is a sensitive area for women. Most of a woman’s chest is made of fat, but just underneath is a layer of muscle. Push ups work the entire chest region and even the shoulders. The fly, when done with small handheld weights, targets the chest specifically and strengthens every muscle in the area.
