Water is key to a healthy life. And luckily, it’s fairly easy to adjust your consumption of good old H2O. Drink water before, during, and after every meal. Carry a water bottle with you as much as possible. Focus on adding more water to your diet and life, and you’ll be well on your way to better health.

Improve Sleeping Habits

You’re not getting enough sleep. If you are, then you are definitely in the minority. Unfortunately, most people don’t get enough rest and it’s literally killing us. Focus some time and energy on better sleeping habits. Go to bed on time. Stop playing on your phone for hours in the bed. Turn off the lights.
