Foods That Work to Eliminate Belly Fat

Belly fat is annoying, unhealthy, unattractive and incredibly persistent. If you have ever been down this road, you know it starts out great and then quickly tapers off.

To really win the battle, focus on foods that work

The game is to find ways to keep them on your table and in demand, loading them into your shopping cart and upping their appeal with savory ways to serve them.

Newsmax tell us watermelon juice can cut belly fat without reducing muscle mass. Drink two glasses per day. Think watermelon juice over ice, served with mint leaves.

Drink green tea to increase the body’s ability to burn fats. Drink at least four cups daily. Think iced green tea or a soothing cup in the afternoon.

Eat tomatoes. Nutrition found women who drank eight ounces of tomato juice daily for eight weeks dropped almost an inch from their waist without dieting. Think spicy gazpacho soup or a sassy salsa.

Also eat high quality protein eggs, and blueberries. Pack some hard boiled eggs and blueberries along for afternoon snacks.

Next, opt for all of the healthy fat foods
