Drink more water. When you’re constantly on the go, it’s easy to justify drinking beverages like coffee and sodas all day long. After all, that little caffeine kick keeps you going! Instead, try carrying around a bottle of water. This will keep you hydrated which will increase your energy without the caffeine. It will also help you feel full and will flush toxins out of your body. Though this switch might seem difficult at first, you will quickly feel the benefits and will be feeling better than ever.
Use your time wisely. When you’re already slammed with a full schedule, using the available time that you do have is really important. When you have a minute on the weekends or on a random night off, cook some healthy meals and stick them in the freezer. Whip up a smoothie for the next morning’s breakfast.
