I’ve been going to The Joint now for 2years and do not plan on stopping. It’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in my life. It’s been life changing for me. Its helped me with anxiety and lower back aches and had been a life savor for those rare mornings when I wake up with a pinched nerve in my neck. Dr. Scott is very knowledgeable and really takes his time to make sure he adjusts your full body. He is one of the tougher doctors but if you tell him to go gentle he will ????
My daughter has been going to him for 2 years as well and he has been able to help her with her ADHD and constipation as well as menstrual cycle pain. 10/10 recommend the Joint!!

I have been a long time chiropractic patient, when we moved to Arizona, we needed to find a new chiropractor. After moving, I was in bad shape needing both of my hips replaced and in constant back, neck and shoulder pain. After some research, we found The Joint and after talking to other patients, they recommended Dr. Tyler. He began to treat me, I gradually improved!
After my hip replacement he continued treatment and two years later, I'm feeling MUCH better, my lower back and leg pain are gone and my neck and upper spine are much better! We have already referred some friends here!
Also the front desk staff is awesome, we've even become friends with them!

Absolutely love the care that I get here! Kind, compassionate, skilled, intuitive, and experienced chiropractic care that keeps me in alignment and my muscles moving at their optimum.
Also love that you can walk in without an appointment, you do have to wait most times but it is worth it!
The front desk staff are friendly, caring and do their best to keep[ the flow going. They clean the waiting room during any down time and engage with patients in conversations when able (not too busy).
Special kudos to Dr. Tyler, Dr. Nicole, Elaine and Maria for being so awesome and making us feel so welcome and cared about every time we come!

So mad! Signed in at 12:15. Clerk said 1 hour wait. Came back at 1:05, she said two in front of me. Then one of the “two’ was a family of 4. Still another person or another “family” was ahead. I walked out. This has happened to me before, I won’t be back to this location.

After making an appointment for noon, I arrived just ahead of time then sat in the lobby for 20+ minutes waiting to be seen by a doctor who would decide (I was told) how my visit would be covered since they do not accept Medicare. In the 20 + minute wait, at least 12 other patients came and went. It seems they are not concerned with building the practice up as they already have more patients that they can handle. I left.

The Joint has been a huge blessing to me and to my whole family. For 15 years I've suffered from migraine like discomfort due to muscular, hormonal and skeletal imbalances. It was a challenge keeping up with chiropractic adjustments because they simply were not within the budget. The Joint offers a great rate so my whole family can budget going regularly, as well as additionally if needed.
We have found doctors we resonate with and over time, get adventurous and try someone new. It's beautiful the way each doctor expresses their craft. I like that I can get to know different doctors and their style and see whoever I need in that moment. And having access to all locations is great for any day, any doctor and while out of town. I really like that all doctors have different skills but are all very qualified practitioners.
I'm so grateful to the doctors and certainly to the wellness coordinators at the front desk who know me when I walk in. There's nothing more comforting than a friendly, familiar face. These people, wellness coordinators and doctors alike, get so busy at times that I fell like they do not have a very easy job at times. But they are ALWAYS still friendly! I feel they take great care in finding just the right team and it truly makes a difference.
In a world where people are being told to fear others, which is so sad, we need people and places like The Joint Chiropractic specifically the Surprise, AZ locations, because they help us remember our wellness comes as much from an adjustment as it does a smile and human connection. I have degenerated disc and one day it had a really bad flare up and I needed help quick! The Joint popped up on my maps and I'm so glad it did. I went to a Spine Doctor in October of 2021. He said my sciatic nerve was being pinched and ordered 6 weeks of Physical Therapy. After Physical Therapy was finished there was no improvement. A friend recommended The Joint Chiropractic. I signed up and within 1 month I felt improvement and eventually no more pain. I will continue my visit routine for the rest of my life. I am 81 now.

Dr. Nicole fixes my back. Usually cracks my back to get rid of headaches that I have. She is very gentle and treats me and my sister well. She sometimes works on my back and does flicking motions to help with some of my problems. You should go to The Joint and see her!

They are great, but there is always a long wait time. It would be nice to look into the online check in process like Great Clips offers. You can see where you are in line and not have to be waiting on a waiting room for an hour.

I have tried since June to get out of a contract. It was Suggest I put on hold until Sept. and if I decide to cancel then, I would be able to. I got charged for July, which I thought was on hiatus, could not get that handled. I did not get charged in Aug. Then I was charged again in Sept. I finally disputed with my credit card company.\I threw away all my info because I thought we were done. DO NOT EVER SIGN A MONTHLY, IT IS A HASSLE NOT WORTH THE TIME.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER THEM TO ANYONE.

I would not go back here again. I pulled my a muscle playing pickle ball and on my visit when I got adjusted on my side it hurt so bad after what he did andnow have a fractured L5. I had no issues before I came to this place. I was better at first until the person was so hard on my side.

I signed up on their monthly plan over 5 years ago where I get 4 visit a month. I play golf 4 days a week and would not be able to without my weekly visits. All of the chiropractors are excellent. My favorite is Doctor Rich as he seems to know exactly the adjustment I require. As my issues are in their computer system my adjustment usually only takes 5 minutes.
Open 7 days a week without appointment requirements make it easy to get immediate attention.

I've had chronic back pain for most of my adult life. I've seen other chiropractors before, but due to cost, etc. I wasn't able to stick with a good maintenance plan... until I found The Joint. All the practitioners are great, but I cannot say enough about DR. TYLER! He is not only highly skilled in the adjustments he performs, but he is exceptional in reading each patient's body. I had a monthly plan and had brought both my daughters in for an alignment being told that I would get a free visits per kid after my contract ended. Once I went into use my free adjustment they told me that it was a referral which is very confusing because when I signed up I got a free adjustment to gift to someone and my mother-in-law definitely was able to use it. Confused as to when this changed and why they didn’t honor what I was told. If I choose to do a monthly plan again it definitely won’t be worth the Joint

During my stay here at my vacation property for two weeks, my upper left back was giving me the worst constant pain ever. Not knowing where to go as I was here alone, I decided not to go to the emergency and get strong pain medications! I seeked out to see if there was a walk in chiropractor. I was bedridden for two days, I scouted the internet and was in so much pain driving to the clinic that I was desperate to find somebody to help. Sunday's first treatment, felt relief and came back: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday as I had to fly back to Canada on Thursday. After two treatments I was back on my feet and off any painkillers. It was like "magic" and I was back to my original self. I believe that because my body was under some stress and I was so busy working at a computer that I failed to keep it in alignment. The key to taking care of ourselves is to seek the experts in body care and to go more frequent so we don't let it get out of hand!! The reason I am and will recommend this office is that it has worked for me in my desperate need and I believe it will work for others that experience pain in their bodies. Super nice and caring staff and I was thoroughly very impressed with their treatment while away in the United States.

This year I spent most of my time in my recliner and put on 10-12 pounds, which did not help my back problems. A neighbor of mine told me I should come see her chiropractor and see if it helps. Maintenance mostly.Following a minor stroke from which I fully recoverd. I took up swimming,biking and jogging/walking; all components of a triathlon. I was a bit sore at first, so I thought regular chiropractic care would help me prepare for my first triathlon,

I have had chronic neck problems a lot of my adult life, and driving a truck and tend to slouch which pulls on my neck and gives me severe headaches to where I thought something major was wrong.
