I have always had an interest in helping people. The field of chiropractic has always been part of my life, since being adjusted for the first time at four months old. Chiropractic became the career choice for me in high school after seeing many benefits, both personal and to my family members. I am originally from Iowa, where the Field of Dreams movie was filmed. I am an avid cyclist and sports enthusiast. I obtained my undergraduate studies degree in Biology from the University of Northern Iowa (the same university that Arizona Cardinal players David Johnson and Kurt Warner attended). I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa. Graduating in 2014, I moved to Tucson in November of 2014. I enjoy sports and cycling in my spare time.
Dr. Patricia Pellegrino was born and raised on Long Island, Wantagh, New York.
Dr. Pellegrino started her healthcare journey as a Medical Assistant, that wasn’t enough involvement in the patient’s care, so after a year of that she went back to school to become a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. Moved to Colorado where she lived and worked for 16 years and met the chiropractor that addressed her health needs that were dismissed by the Medical community for 5 yrs. After regaining her health again through chiropractic care she wanted to do the same for others. With her Chiropractors guidance she enrolled in Logan University in Chesterfield MO and started her chiropractic journey. Dr. Pellegrino graduated in 2008, completed all her board exams in 2009. While in school she was also introduced to Oriental Medicine of Acupuncture and also developed an interest in nutrition. She earned her Diplomat in Acupuncture 2016 and Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Human Performance – Sports and Fitness Nutrition Degree 2014.
While on her Chiropractic journey Dr. Pellegrino learned many techniques to address issues like: back pain: upper, mid and lower; sciatica, headaches and Migraine headaches and more. After the 12 blistery winters of Missouri, Arizona seemed to be the warmer comfy environment to move to and live a healthier life.
When Dr. Pellegrino is not adjusting patients she enjoys hiking, photography and reading.
