Drink Enough Water

As you become dehydrated, the skin can begin to look old and tired. To stay properly hydrated, it is suggested you should drink at least half of your body weight in ounces daily.
Get Plenty of Sleep
Getting enough sleep is vital to keeping your skin beautiful. Far more than I like to admit, I am guilty of shorting myself on sleep. Even worse, I think others notice when I am completely exhausted from my lack of sleep; exhaustion shows in the skin on my face. When you do not get enough sleep, not only are you tired all day, but everyone can see it. It is advised that the average adult should get six to eight hours of sleep each night. It is time to begin prioritizing your sleep. While you may already have a bedtime for your children, it may be time to consider having one for yourself as well.
Wearing sunscreen plays in important role in keeping your skin healthy. Deciding not to wear sunscreen can cause damage, sunspots, and even other issues with your skin. It is best to wear sunscreen that it is at least 15 SPF. Dermatologists recommend that there is no limit to the amount of sunscreen you can apply daily. Consider applying every time before you walk out the door.
Wear a Hat While Outside
Wearing a hat outside is vital in keeping the sun off your face. Remember, it is the sun which can cause aging and wrinkles for the entire body, especially the face. Before you head outside, it may be time for you to begin wearing a hat.
