The doctors deserve 5 stars, but the office staff have room for improvement. That's the 3 star rating. Today I asked what the wait time? I was told approximately 30 minutes. I told the office staff I would do an errand and return. I returned in approximately 20 minutes. I was told there was still time to wait to take a seat. We'll I sat down and waited for an additional 30+ minutes. Then I was told to go back. Some individuals that came after me saw the doctor before me. The doctor called an individual's name and he stated that I was there before him. The doctor had office staff person enter my information and took care of me. The staff person that check me when I first arrived wasn't at her station,must had been on break. I normally wouldn't complain, but this is the second time this has happened to me in the past month. I've a member for quite awhile and never had any issues. Hopefully things will improve. Doctor 5 ?

Don't bother! Apparently they don't have a front of office staff, so they don't accept new patients, even if they are scheduled for an appointment. They don't answer calls even if there is no one in the office. Then have the audacity to tell you to go to Swan and Grant location, as if I haven't wasted enough gas trusting they would keep their appointment. Just horrible customer service. And Joint front of office, don't bother responding with that AI response about connecting to correct. Yall lost that opportunity when you told me you arent accepting new patients (even if they were scheduled)

I have been seeing the fine Doctors at The Joint offices in Tucson and Yuma for a few months and am glad I signed up for the monthly rehab plan. At the beginning of treatment, I could barely walk or sometimes sit for very long and now I am in the final stage of recovery and most of the remaining pain is controllable with OTC Ibuprofen.

Wow! Super friendly and professional. Got in for a quick adjustment and signed up for the wellness plan 30 mins before closing time. Thank you for accommodating a late visit! I have been on a health journey since February 2025. Being consistent at the gym going about 4 times a week for months has been taking a little toll on my joints and upper back in particular. This one visit alone alleviated a lot of tension I have been holding in my neck and shoulders for some time now. I was ready to come back sooner rather than later but the affordable plans they offer made it a no-brainer. Dr. Dmytro Kubrak helped me ease into the process of adjustments after not having been to a chiropractor in over 10 years and made it an over all awesome experience! Visiting from Reno Nevada hurt my back lifting my luggage in car. My sister looked up chiropractors near us. One of the closest was The Joint. From the minute we walked in the Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Dr Sarah was awesome! Going over my medical history , treating my injury and interacting with my sister and brother-in-law she was so knowledgeable and it felt wonderful walking out pain free! I will say I was surprised and thankful. A customer gave me his slot since I was so slow due so many questions on my medical history on the application. I would’ve to come back on later time. I haven’t been to a chiropractor in many years due initially to an earlier lower back surgery that threw me out of the “heavenly adjustment” life mode as a result of my healing process. From the moment I stepped into The Joint Chiropractic clinic, I felt welcomed and cared for. The reception team made the check-in process simple and stress-free, given the pain I was in. The office itself was spotless, with comfortable seating and a calming atmosphere. I was amazed, as a new patient, that it only took 30 minutes for them to get me in to see Dr. Angela (I now call her “Angel”)! I came in with severe lower back pain—so bad I couldn’t bend over or stand fully straight. After just one adjustment, I felt an immediate improvement, with half the pain gone right away. I followed her advice to ice my back and do some gentle stretches, and by the next morning, I was feeling 75% better. During my second visit, I was thrilled to discover I could stand straight and even bend down to touch my toes without any pain. I'm now well on my way to a full recovery. With just a few more visits, I can already see my life and movement transforming for the better. Front desk staff are very friendly. Chiropractors are efficient and create an adjustments just for your needs. Sometimes. The wait can be long if one doctor is t that day (nearly 2 hours) but they allow you to check in and come back later, and will call you when your turn is coming up.

I am experiencing relief from the sharp headaches I was getting on a daily basis. So I appreciate the treatment. I also appreciate the staffs friendliness and addressing you by your first name, so you don't feel just like just another patient in line. My one reservation is the lack of chiropractors available. The majority of the time there is only one Chiropractor treating alot of patients. So they just do not have enough time to spend adjusting each of us patients with our unique problems.In my experiences, the average adjustment is 5 minutes, sometimes at the most 10 minutes. I had a great experience today. This was my seventh visit & I'm planning on going for another two months. If I could give anyone one reading this a bit of advice, you didn't get into this situation all at once, most of the time, so one visit won't fix you, most of the time. Whatever you do do not come here I’m sure any other place in Tucson will be a much much better option than this place although the chiropractors are nice. They are a bunch of crooked lying thieves and con artist they will tell you just about whatever they need just to get you to continue services with them. They suck you in with the really low prices at first then They will Tell you that you have all these things wrong with you and talk you in to paying the extra fee for a month and tell you that you can cancel whenever you would like then they take your debit card and put it on an auto pay arrangement So that when they take money out of your account, there is nothing you can do to stop it and just like I did you Will soon find out when you try to cancel services you can’t they told me that it was a two month minimum which they never mentioned in the beginning When they were lying telling me whatever just to get my money. If I would have known that, I cannot cancel before two months I would have never done business with them instead I was told that I can cancel as soon as I was ready to And all I had to do was call so I did a full month of services with them , which honestly was not too great then when it came time for me to cancel they pop this news up on me and basically steal another $80.00 out of my bank account against my will forcing me to Continue a service I do not need nor want they are nothing but a bunch of low down penny pinching shysters, please take heed to my advice and stay away from here. They will literally do anything just for a dollar, including lying to their customers having them to believe one thing, then turn around and get them tied up in a situation that they were not aware of I will be reporting them to BBB, because instead of lying to people, they should be letting their policy known from the beginning instead of lying leading you to believe it is a open ended contract and you can cancel when you would like just another small, crooked hustling criminal organization I am so glad that my Wife is with the law office of Zane‘s law and we will be doing whatever it takes to shed some light on what these thieves are doing to people so like I said before please, please for your own good stay clear of this place I mean if they can go to the extent to steal and lie from Their customers that tells me they really don’t care about the well-being of their customers, I wouldn’t want to trust them, putting their hands on you what will they do next dislocate something mess your spine up etc. then have all these little outlets and sneaky ways to get out of it and get away with it. It’s just best to stay away from these type of businesses and people they are very ugly people now with all that being said , God bless you all and have a beautiful day

Please save your money and avoid this location. I was charged for a full month with the expectation of visiting seven times, i was so happy and excited but ended up going only twice :( I received four emails about unexpected situations they had to close for two days! On the one Sunday they were open, there was only one doctor available, leading to a nearly three-hour wait. If you live nearby, I recommend driving to another location. This experience feels like fraud; multiple days close in a month are unacceptable. Please improve your service!

This applies to The Joint Chiropractic overall, not just the Valencia location The timeshare business model for medicine. The good:weekend hours, you can go to any of their clinics around the country, and you can walk in without an appointment. The rest, your initial consultation is more sales pitch for a subscription service than actual consultation. The subscription will automatically renew but cancellation requires an in person visit . Appointments are not available at all so walk in wait times are unpredictable and up to an hour or more. That makes it tough to live the rest of your day. After the initial visit the providers launch into a treatment that lasts 5-10 minutes at most. No discussing progress, asking questions, just cracking of bones and on to the next patient. And no third party insurance. I have the feeling that canceling this contract will not be easy.

Great customer service although the wait time said by the receptionist is rarely accurate. 15 minutes equals at least 30 but probably more. It gets frustrating.

While I used to love this location because of their Chiropractor Dr. Valerie, the wait to see her is over an hour, and she’s so busy that the adjustments are a quick 2 minute adjustment. The wait time alone is not ideal for a full time work, full time school, and full time Mom, like myself. I highly suggest you DO NOT sign their auto bill contract as it is very shady the way they go about it and they think they can cover it by saying “it was in the contract you signed”. If you want to cancel your contract, you have to do it 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE or you get charged another month!!! No where else have I ever encountered a booking process like this. Especially for a place you can’t even get the services done, due to long the extremely long wait, again, only to get a quick 2 minute adjustment. They do not bend in any way shape or form for you when it comes to billing. If you didn’t get adjusted because of wait times, well that’s on you and you’ll still be charged and lose your appts. They just want your money and don’t care about the service you did or DIDN'T GET!!! I will NEVER recommend this location!! Shame on you Joint Chiropractic for taking advantage of your customers like this!!

Very disappointed! I purchased a package before realizing that the wait is longer than an hour due to the fact that they didn’t have enough chiropractors on staff. So I did not have the time to wait . I also had surgery. Time went by and my package expired . They refused to give me a credit or extension. I no longer recommend The Joint chiropractic! After reading SEVERAL OF THE Unsatisfactory Reviews on google this location has been having problems with the wait time being 1.5 hours or more! It’s very unprofessional to continue to sell packages when they clearly can’t accommodate the patients! UPDATE! You do not get to change my experience with this establishment! I never received any emails! The reason why I walked out of your establishment several times is due to the Long wait!! This is most definitely not a convenient walk in clinic. If you valued me as a client you would refund the unused sessions that were not used due to the long wait times!! Best regards …

The Joint is excellent. The staff and Dr. Sarah are excellent! She knows what she is doing. I came in with lower back pain and within a week the pain reduced. The Joint is great for your day to day needs when it comes to chiropractics with a reasonable membership plan and even better rates for military members. I like all 3 chiropractors at the Valencia location in Tucson. Dr. Tish, Dr. Val, and Dr. Tal. I have some challenging needs, and I like how their skills complement each other, and how they work so well as a team. They have different approaches, but when something comes up that needs the approach another doctor uses, they consult, and I have had two of them use different techniques to help me at the same visit. I now use them as a team, and choose who to see based on what is going on in my body at a given time. I need all three of these amazing chiropractors, and am glad to have found a place where there are choices based on my needs. This is outstanding, customer centered service.

False. I didn’t get seen till 12pm. And found out it’s walk in first come first serve even if you have a “membership”. Because of the wait Ppl with membership cards were coming in and walking right back out like hot cakes. “Exam” if you want to call it that, consultation and adjustment lasted no longer then 15 minutes. 2) I was asked to observe the adjustments of other patients prior to being seen and I can tell you it’s a routine repeat verbatim process for everyone. Word for word was said to each person including myself. There was nothing personal about this visit. No X-rays nothing. You literally on a paper chart with an image of a body point out where you hurt. I can’t imagine each person was there for the same pain therefore adjustments should be different. 3) when my legs/ hips were adjusted I felt nothing. Hearing the table drop makes you think somethings actually happening. I can honestly say the only thing I was impressed by was the neck crack. My neck cracked like no other. However, although my son my mom and boyfriend are not even close to be a licensed chiropractor- they crack my back better, for free. This adjustment was extremely BASIC. If you come here please do not think you’re getting anything even close to the videos you watch on TikTok. I’ve seen videos of animals getting more done during an adjustment then you’d get here. Maybe it’s my fault for going the cheap rout and only paying $29 for my first visit, maybe I should have read more on this place so I knew it was very basic and not to expect too much. Very disappointed to even pay $29 for something I get every night at home for free. Again nothing against the staff. Will not be signing up for their packages and will not be going back to this buisness. Will be searching for another chiropractor business that will take X-rays and give me a PERSONALIZED adjustment and treatment.

Meh. The front desk ladies are nice and welcoming. The visit with the doctor was impersonal but I suppose the joint as a whole is designed to be that way. Get people in and out in under 15mins and push packages. My doctor didn’t listen to me at all. I told him twice I don’t like a certain maneuver because it’s ineffective and makes my pain worse but he insisted on doing it anyway. Telling me to ice my back if I have pain from the maneuver. The “just another number” feeling is the reason I won’t buy the packages. This place is fine if you’re in a pinch but I wouldn’t recommend if you want/need serious treatment.

I have chiari malformation Type 1 and I was hesitant to be treated by a chiropractor due to how serious the condition is, but after having a conversation with Dr Valerie, it changed my perspective and my fear became excitement. I walked in unable to move properly from head to toe as well as having neurological issues such as sudden vision loss, vertigo, sensitivity to smells etc. I have been seeing her a little over two months now and My life has changed for the better. I have been able to sleep better, the daily headaches I was having for months have faded and my vision issues have decreased. I am able to tie my shoes when that was impossible for me and I am only 30 years young. Dr. Valerie is an Amazing person who is not only gifted with such talent but also passionate about it and you can't beat that. I have to do a 45 min drive to get to her 2-3 times per week and I have 0 complains because The Joint at Valencia Rd is My Happy place♥️ and Dr. Valerie Is my Chiropractor. I must start by saying DR. VALERIE is the most heart warming, professional and considerate chiropractor I've EVER had the pleasure of being treated by. Her style and attention to detail is something I have never experienced, and has left me in a "shock and awe" to say the least. I started my journey with chiropractors before 2005. From Virgina, Texas, California, North Carolina, Colorado and now in Tucson Arizona. Let me tell you a little bit of my background. I joined the military in 1997 and just retired last year after 24 years of honorable service. My background rate (job) was very physical, so the obvious aches and pains of pulled muscles, fatigued back, tight hips, neck and stress say most of it! However, what I didn't know, was along the way of "Life-ing", we also go through other emotional pain and the big one, TRAUMA. From a disappointed pass in promotion, to the death of loved ones, I think maybe we don't really put it into perspective until it affects us individually. Being a military professional, we just have to keep it together, bottle it all up, because that's just what we have to do! It's not about ME, its about OTHERS. My SAILORS! Boy was I in for an "Awakening". Doctor Valerie utilized a method of Acupressure on me and before I knew what had happened, tears began to flow. This release to this day I can't explain, but it was definitely emotional first, physical second. In that moment I didn't even care who was around, and if I was being looked at oddly for crying like a little child, I could of cared less! I embraced the moment, reflected all that was in me, around me and felt a lightness throughout my body. For the 1st time in YEARS I could honestly say I didn't have any PAIN, anywhere! I encourage all of you that get an opportunity, or are on the fence of getting to the The Joint Chiropractor on Valencia, don't be! Editing to update experience, came to give this location another try and they have a sign on the door that only wellness plan members will be accepted due to staffing no cash paying single visit patients are allowed. What a joke Avoid this location at all costs. I was the first one there this morning and all because I didn't have a scan tag I got bumped to the 4th. I still have one more visit to use before my monthly runs out. Definitely will not be back. The reason to come in so early was to beat the crowd.

I was having sharp pain behind my left ear Lope intermittently for over 24 hours and googled possible causes. In chosing my options I decided to try finding an affordable Chiropractor near me. So grateful for the results. I felt an immediate relief, the pain was less sharp and farther apart. Since I was going out of town, I decided to get another treatment the following day. The checking was so easy to simply scan my membership card. I explained the pain was still there and she focused the treatment on my head and neck area. I found my relief. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Dr. Valerie is amazing. I have been to several chiropractors and so far Dr. Valerie has helped me with my issues ranging from migraines, back and hip pain. The doctor does very good work but do not go here if you're in a rush because she tends to talk to every patient for around 10 to 15 minutes 15 minutes so 3 people ahead of you turns into a 50 minute wait on some occasions.. She does mean well but should be a little bit more conscientious of people's time.

I've tried to go twice to this location and have been turned away because they book new clients and don't have any more availability for current patients. I don't think this is fair nor right. Due to this, I have missed out on those visits. Its my fault for not realizing the monthly visits don't roll over but what a waste of money. Very disappointing...not a happy customer at all.

Dr Valerie is amazing. Caring and knowledgeable she treats every client with the respect of a long term patient, even if she only spends 5 minutes with each one. I have had long term neck issues, and have followed her from location to location. Now she is at the Valencia location, I drive from midtown to her weekly.
