This was our very first visit and it was thorough! Dr. Don was so gentle with his testing and treatment. First visit is $27 unless you're military, then you get a discount. They give you a recommendation of appointments per month based on diagnosis. They have monthly maintenance plan that is renewed automatically for you. Cambreigh at the front desk is so sweet. She is very helpful at explaining everything to you. The great thing is, your monthly visits are good at any location across the country. If you're on vacation you can still get adjusted.

The worst Joint experience I’ve ever had. I saw Dr Chance today. He was hurried and aggressive. I asked him not to tilt my chin when adjusting my neck because that usually doesn’t work for me. I love the ease and low cost of visiting The Joint Chiropractic. The flexibility of their walk-in model of care fits perfectly with my schedule. I like that it doesn’t have to go through any insurance approval processes, and that the cost per visit with my care package is lower than I would’ve ever imagined. I especially love seeing Dr. Carlee at the Conway location. Dr. Carlee brought me a life changing level of pain relief almost instantly, which I’ve been able to maintain with follow up visits over the past several months now. My only regret is that I didn’t find Dr. Carlee sooner. She’s a wonderfully kind and compassionate healthcare provider, and I truly feel like she’s rooting for me and for my health. She’s a great listener, and always explains everything she’s doing and why she’s doing it, which I appreciate tremendously. I was honestly skeptical and a little anxious about trying chiropractic given the high level of pain I’d been in for years with little relief, but Dr. Carlee quickly gained my trust while putting both my fears and my pain at ease. Made an appointment for 2 new patient visits for my wife and I. During the hour we waited, we saw a total of about 5 patients get brought back, and 5 people get told that the wait would be at least an hour, so they left. Of the people that did get brought back we only heard the chiros trying to sell them on the monthly plans. Not one time did we hear discussion of actual issues. After an hour of waiting (keep in mind, we had an appointment) we left.

I was very hopeful upon booking my appointment with this clinic based on the reviews. I however was highly mistaken, once arriving I met by a gentleman Dr who seemed nice at first. I explained to him that I had been seen by chiropractors in the past and I was highly against the "activators" (metal adjustment device) being used during my adjustment. He assured me he knew how to use them and if I would give it a chance he would change my mind about them. Reluctantly I agreed. I most definitely should not have. I woke up the next morning and more pain and discomfort than I arrived with along with bruising on my neck and back from where the activator had been used. Highly disappointed does not begin to explain how I feel. And being pressured by a doctor was not appreciated.

If it back's hurting, and it's not major, it's a great service. And a fair price if you're going to go back more than twice a month. If you have something major, or are going to be using insurance, Go find a regular chiropractic office. But for maintenance, and normal adjustments, this can't be beat. I've already recommended it to a few people, and will be going back again. Dr Chance, is wonderful on the back and lower body. Can't ever remember the other doctor's name. Starts with an M (Morrison I think), is great on the shoulders and ribs. They have a third doctor, but I have not used her yet. So can't make a comment.

I’ve been to The Joints from Louisiana to Texas, and while most I’ve visited are good, this one in Conway is the best I’ve visited. I have an issue in my mid back T-12 causing pain, diarrhea and constipation for which I sought relief. After hundreds of dollars, weekly visits and discount offers to purchase a year’s subscription to a healthy spine maintenance plan, (I refused to purchase) I CONTINUE to have an issue with the T-12. In addition, subsequent to the final “adjustment” with my muscles tense and cold, the chiropractor twisted my neck and popped a single vertebrae. This has resulted in a sore spot on the side of my neck in the C-3 area. The C-3 is related to the healthy function of the thyroid gland which affects body weight, metabolism and baldness. I looked it up. Since that adjustment four months ago, I have gained 20 pounds and lost about 1/3 of my hair volume. I am tired and lethargic (I have always been thin and active). The next day my jaw started popping when I bite and chew. My left ear has sharp pains inside and the left side of my face has pain to the touch in the jaw. I have never felt worse in my life. Spinal health is so important for well being and comfort. Trust someone who cares about helping you become pain free than making money. Honestly, I would say to anyone seeking chiropractic care to look for a provider who is more interested in seeing you healthy and pain free than signing you up for a new “chiropractic lifestyle regimen.” It’s hard to find in our present, greedy money loving society but if you are diligently seeking you will find it. There are still chiropractors who can adjust your spine and free the pinched nerves with 2 or 3 adjustments. And, of course, they can manipulate the vertebrae to pinch nerves just as well. The joint doesn’t have to be your last stop! I am still looking. I hope you find relief! UPDATE: Doing the same thing over again expecting a different result is the definition of insanity. I won’t be back. I was reading somewhere that the Doctors are newly graduated from college. I guess they have student loan debt, therefore they push the “membership?” Only my best guess. THIRD UPDATE: I now have a lump on the front of my throat and difficulty swallowing. When I lie down I feel pain at the base of my skull. I have difficulty going to sleep because I am in pain. Massage discovered huge knotted muscle lumps on both sides of my neck. These people don’t know what they are doing. CAUTION! Beware the rock star—read the profiles. SECOND UPDATE: The condition with my neck and base of my head is deteriorating. I now awaken daily with severe headache. Please have someone in you practice contact me. Otherwise I will call this week to seek assistance. YET ANOTHER UPDATE: I found deep tissue massage quite effective. The right person and pressure will manipulate vertebrae into alignment once the muscles are relaxed. In addition, YouTube has some audios of Tibetan Bowls for resetting the Vegas Nerve as well as Parasympathetic Nerves. Headphones or earbuds can be used to fall asleep and it absolutely works to relieve pain! Chirp is not the best all end all.

I have been seeing Dr. Carlee for a few months now. I came in initially with rib and shoulder pain that was almost unbearable. After continuing to come back for regular adjustments I’ve noticed a tremendous improvement in my range of motion, and my muscles feel more relaxed. I love that they see me quickly but also are attentive to my needs. I never feel rushed and can ask as many questions as I’d like. I also like that they are simply providing me a service rather than trying to sell me a “life style” compared to other local chiropractors. They do a great job. Partially slipped a disk at work, and instead of surgery or going to a PT, I looked for a chiropractor in my area. Joint did an awesome job with my injury, after discussing how i did it, and the details of the pain, we got a plan started. They're pricing isn't bad at all, and they know what they're doing. 10/10 will be coming back if I ever feel stiff or end up hurting myself again.

This was my 2nd visit to The Joint Chiropractic. I have dealt with pain in my upper back for about 3 years. After 2 visits, my back hasn't felt this good in YEARS! If you don't have a chiropractor, or if you don't feel you are getting proper care at your current chiropractor, go see The Joint! They are running a deal right now. $29 for initial visit, a monthly treatment plan of 4 visits for $69, and new patients get 3 visits free. To sum it up, you pay a little less than $100 and get 8 adjustments in the first month.

I have been using the The Joint Chiropractic Conway location for a few months now. I love the flexibility and convenience of just being able to walk in without an appointment time if needed. The providers I have seen so far have all been really good at communicating with me to make sure my adjustments go well. They also take the time to offer tips if needed on stretches. Their prices(especially for the monthly autodraft plans) are amazing if you are someone who finds you need weekly visits for a while! The quality of the service has exceeded my expectations!

My first visit was abit strange, at times I felt like I was on a gameshow or buying a car because of the push for the deals and sale of their monthly membership. That pressure mixed with how one of the Chiropractors there made me feel abit anxious due to their VERY scattered communication style. Besides that another Chiropractor I had do my adjustments was very professional, relaxed and answered questions I had about my back well. They have helped my joints feel at ease and have allowed my back better potential to heal which I do feel! Besides sales pushiness they are well trained and know what they're doing. So 3 stars!

Miss Christina at front desk is so pleasant and answered my questions straight away without varnish when I called her. I have never been to a chiropractor before and was a little nervous at first. The staff are all very kind and friendly and make you feel welcome. The receptionists up front are very helpful with questions and always have a great attitude. They even gave me a free ice pack on one of my visits which had been very helpful with pain management and prevention. The chiropractors there are great and they don’t try to push you into buying things unnecessarily. They will let you know what is going on and give tips on how to prevent or lessen future pain. Dr. Stice is very friendly and helpful. He tends to use a little more pressure which I prefer because it helps alleviate the pain in my back and neck for longer periods of time. I came there with some pretty significant sciatic pain and after the first two visits I noticed a dramatic change to the point where it is barley noticeable and gets better every day.

I had heard of The Joint from a friend and was so excited to see that Conway was getting one! I had never been to a chiropractor before, so I was a little nervous. But the whole team here made me feel at home and comfortable. The facility was very clean and inviting and it's in a really good location if you want ice cream afterwards! If you want to know what to expect: you'll walk in and fill out some forms regarding medical history and where you feel pain, you'll wait to get called back, have a little consultation with the chiropractor, show him your range of motion, and go through the adjustment process! I was surprised to get a little goody bag too for being one of the first clients to visit! The chiropractor was extremely friendly and let me know exactly what he was doing every step of the way. He answered all of my questions and even showed me some stretches I could do at home to help. The adjustment itself felt AMAZING. I was scared it would hurt, but it felt so relieving. I sat up feeling slightly dazed but very relaxed. He will help guide you through your breathing and will let you know what you need to do and how you should do it. The pop noises are also very satisfying. Afterwards, he will talk you through your options for continued treatment. I plan to go back very soon for more adjustments to help with pain and posture! :)
