Lunch. It's the meal at the busiest time of day for many people. We're usually at work or in the middle of a day full of tasks when we need to sit down and consume this meal. For many, lunch is a time to grab something quick and keep going. They don't have time to cook and plan it out and make sure it's healthy. And this leads to a lot of fast food, convenience snacks, and unhealthy lunch choices. Luckily, it doesn't have to be one or the other. Veggie Wrap
The great thing about veggie wraps is that you can make them ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator.
