This place is a scam like other reviews do very minimal back work with no result, dont sign up for the membership its a nightmare to cancel if you miss canceling you membership by 1 day they charge you and make you come back in a month on the exact date or you get charged again which I belive is against the new California's law that went into effect this year around membership cancelation. All the lady at the front says its are policy. Will just cancel my credit card. California's amended Automatic Renewal Law (Assembly Bill 2863) requires businesses to make membership cancellations as easy as signing up. If you enrolled online, you must be able to cancel online immediately with a simple click. Companies cannot obstruct or delay your cancellation.

I called to let them know. I was running about 10 minutes behind and all the online they have multiple appointments available before 1 PM the lady over the phone said that she couldn’t schedule me until after 3 PM when my appointment was at 12 and I should’ve been there by 12:10 PM…. I called them at 4:11 pm to check if I can go in because they were going to be closing at 5:00 pm. I did mention I’m a new patient and asked how much it’s going to be ? She told me the price so I asked when is the latest I can come , she said, they take their last patient before 4:50pm so I said I will try to be there by 4:40 pm and she said that would be fine. When I get there at 4:35 pm, nobody is there at the reception. I waited about 5 minutes before a guy came up and said that they don’t take new patients after 4:15 pm and I told him that I had called but he kept arguing that the staff that I spoke to has been working there for a long time and she would have told me that. So I explained I wouldn’t have driven here if she had told me that over the phone but he wasn’t willing to listen. I asked if I could speak to the lady to clarify this in front of him but apparently she was in the restroom and wasn’t available. I don’t know how they are as doctors but it was such a bad experience.

This is a franchise location that seems to be owned by Dr. Patrick, so unfortunately he is the main or only doctor at this location. His adjustments are extremely gentle, which could be great for my needs, but yhe adjustments are not effective and don't move the joints as needed. He is obsessed with pushing his idea of a good diet as if it is a miracle cure, so it is a bit of insult to injury when his adjustments don't even help. I am interested in seeing if there is a second doctor working here who may fit my needs. All the other joints in the IE and supposedly all the way to the beach, were bought as a franchise by a big company. Now, just about all other locations will be closed on Sunday as well and have the same office hours. The joint is now closed 50% of the days that many people can visit, if they have busy work weeks. Most of my work is out of town, so it only leaves Saturday to get in. Luckily, my work isn't constant so there are times I'm working from home or off and can visit during the week , but other people may not be so lucky. Today Sunday) is one of those times where I'm in a lot of pain, despite getting adjusted yesterday (my body is very temperamental) and have to go out of town stupid early Monday morning. Unfortunately, I don't have a better recommendation for chiropractic care, other than to see Dr. Carthron (the best Chiro I have found) in redlands or Dr. Anthony in rialto, if Dr. Patrick doesn't fit your adjustment needs. Independent chiropractors aren't any better, unless you happen to find one who does great for you and has a great schedule that fits yours.......been there, done that. I only buy the packages during black Friday, to get the best price and most flexible option, so I spend at least $1,000 per year with the joint. It is a love hate relationship. If your body and schedule are in better shape than mine, you may have less challenges and not be as irritated by the experience as I am.

Dr Patrick who works Mondays, Tuesdays and sometimes Wednesdays is my favorite doctor at this clinic. He really listens to patients concerns and solves my tmj, neck upper back and lower back pain. When I first came to The Joint, I was dealing with severe back pain. It hurt to bend over, even just putting on my shoes was a struggle. As someone who lifts weights regularly, not being able to squat or deadlift without pain was frustrating and limiting. After just a few sessions, I started noticing real improvement. I was able to lift moderate weight again with much less discomfort. Over time, the pain continued to decrease until it was completely gone — and it hasn’t come back since. The team at The Joint really helped me get back to doing what I love without pain. This is an amazing place. Service is quick and very effective. My back and neck are pretty much painless after maybe 4 visits. My only complaint is I was told on 3 occasions that exercise info would be emailed to me. Nothing came. I asked one gentleman and he said he didn't know how to send it but he would be sure it was taken care of. Still nothing. I would have given 5 stars if I'd have gotten the exercises.

I came here for an adjustment. I work out 5 times a week, 6”1 225 lbs and needed help with tension in my muscles and lower back. Unfortunately, my Dr was quit old and didn’t have the strength to adjust me properly. He had to use his entire body weight and practically jump on me to get me to move. No adjustment was done and all he did was end up hurting my collar bone from poor positioning and lack of strength.. Now, I’m in worse shape than before. Horrible experience and would never go back.

Oh my goodness! My neck feels amazing and the price is worth it. It’s super quick, like 2 mins at the most, you can walk in anytime, and you will feel amazing after. I highly recommend! The chiropractor had 35 yrs of experience and is just the nicest guy. I signed up for the month so I will update if necessary but honestly this place is great!

I recently visited The Joint at Sierra Lakes and had an outstanding experience thanks to Joanna. From the moment I walked in, Joanna was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and attentive. She answered all my questions, kept me informed throughout my visit, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The doctor , Dr Cole who worked on me was incredible. I came in with severe neck pain, barely able to turn my head to the right, radiating to my whole right side, which is especially challenging with four kids to keep up with. After my session, I felt an incredible weight lifted my neck pain was almost gone! The relief was so profound that I immediately signed up for their membership. I’m usually skeptical about trying out franchise places, especially when it comes to chiropractic but the doctor that worked on me was very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable letting him be able to adjust me and work on my neck pain. I highly recommend The Joint at Sierra Lakes for anyone needing chiropractic care. The joint chiropractor in Fontana Ca is a scam. Me and my wife signed up with their promotional offer for two months. When my wife went to cancel they offered to rather than cancel the membership put it on hold in case she changed her mind but that she would no longer be charged for the membership. Dr. G helped relieve my back pain. I had been going to another chiropractor at a different place, who was charging me a lot of money and making me get a chiropractic adjustment from him three times per week. This location is one of my favorites! Every time I walk in, Jasmine at the front desk greets me, and remembers my name! She is very knowledgeable when I ask questions. I was recommended to The Joint by my hair stylist and she wasn’t wrong. What attracted me most besides getting some good chiropractic treatment was the low initial exam and first treatment cost of $29! The cherry on top was the wellness plans they offer. I was able to get four visits for only $89, that’s four treatments for the price of three! Even better was the military discount they gave me. Fantastic. Thank you The Joint. Most of the chiropractors are good. A few that I have had are no longer with the company so it suck’s when you find one that can crack you right. It’s hard to make it every week for many people due to constraints. A carry over would be nice for an added incentive.

Joined a month ago, I especially appreciate Dr Amber Rhoe she is very informative and knows more than adjustments. Gives advice for supplements to aid with support in improving musculoskeletal pain and health. However everyone has been kind and welcoming when I visit even when I come in the last 10 minutes of the day. I came in since I've been having lower back pain. I asked the doctor if I can be provided with a work note and was told yes to ask the receptionist. I go to check out and before I could even ask for my work note, the receptionist began up selling me on continuing my visits I politely told him I wanted to think about purchasing the membership and would let him know if I would be moving forward another day. He rudely asked me "why not?" I reiterated that I would be thinking about it. He began to tell me my back issues would not be fixed with one visit and why I should purchase the membership. I asked for a work note and he declined. He said he couldn't give me one unless I got the membership as it's one of the "amenities" of the membership. I told him I just needed a note to show I was here on a work day. He refused to give me one. I've never been denied a work note from any medical/dental office before so this was a first. But what will be my last is coming here. Although the Doctor did a good job I cannot look past the receptionist's pushy and rude attitude and that's why I will not be coming back. 0/10.

UPDATE SEPTEMBER 13, 2024 IMPORTANT NEWS! I was heartbroken when I found out that the incredibly talented DR. AMBER RHOE was no longer at this facility, and could not find out any information from this office where she went, but through my own research, I was finally able to locate her at another “JOINT CHIROPRACTIC” facility which is located at 24119 Hemlock Ave., Moreno Valley, CA 92557! All I can say is that I’m very happy to have found her and I’m willing to drive the extra miles to see such an incredibly talented chiropractor as Dr. Amber Rhoe! Very clean office, in a great area with great parking! The pricing for chiropractic service is really a great deal. The customer service with the staff is outstanding! And Dr. Amber Rhoe is the best chiropractor I have every had in my life, she is really good at her job! She is compassionate, & dedicated to her job & patients!

Not here to help you, just scamming people while providing no help. They literally use exactly the same procedure every time you come. The goal is to crack you somehow to show that you “now” you adjusted. I used their service for 2 months and none of these “doctors” is there to help you. They don’t care what pain you have and where it’s coming from, so I feel like I wasted my time both on filling up numerous pages of paperwork, talking them or visiting this place in general. I had Chiropractic adjustments before and as others mentioned the whole adjustment should take more than couple minutes which is the case in here. And they tell you in the end - “I recommend to come twice a week” This makes me laugh… Coming from a person who couldn’t do anything and continuously fail to address their incompetence in the process. You can’t recommend anything as you haven’t done anything. So I was wondering maybe it’s just a location which partially was the case. After visiting other location I found out that this one is not corporate location, it’s a franchise which apparently is “lower level facility” (Coming from a doctor at other location). I definitely feel like I wasted my time and money trying this useless service! Wanna know how they have so many 5 star reviews..? They asking their patients to write a review for a “chance” to win couple extra visits… So patient who are already in pain and won’t receive any help are forced into fake Google review scheme. Pure comedy ? UPDATE: As you can see from a clinic response that they are saying that I was getting treatment in another clinic of this chain which is only proving my point. The therapists in this are so bad that can’t even adjust me, so I went to another location which ended up slightly better but still their treatment are rushed and total garbage! BEWARE THEY NOT HERE TO HELP YOU! I literally gave up on my 2 remaining visits because of how useless these therapists are!

My wife and I went here. Our experience wasn’t that great. Place is clean and nice inside. Just felt like we were pressured to start a membership here. Im sure the couple before us felt the same. The guy at the front desk sounded demanding and annoyed . We went to try it out and see if this chiropractor works best for us. The chiropractor himself didn’t seem to concern to help out the issue for why patients are there. I was surprised to see how fast people were in and out of there. To some this might be convenient to them. But I’ve been to two other different chiropractor’s before and you can tell when a chiropractor wants to help you out. With the others, I remember the chiropractor being concerned about the issue of pain and after the session was over giving advice for things that might help out. With this place “The Joint” the chiropractor seemed to have no concern on where the pain was coming from. Same questions and same procedures done over and over. It was like that for everyone. I wouldn’t recommend anyone here who needs to see a chiropractor. I only put 2 stars because how convenient it might be for others and the cleanliness. As far as trying to help clients out, this place is a no.

My experience at The Joint Chiropractic was an amazing one. Bryan at the front desk was super welcoming and handled my first time visit extremely smoothly. After filling out the paper work, Dr. Lucas called me back. He sat me down and we went over how I felt and went into details about how I’ve been feeling and what exactly could be causing my discomfort. We went through ranges of motion and he then adjusted me accordingly. The relief I instantly felt from each adjustment Dr. Lucas performed was indescribable. After the adjustment, Dr. Lucas discussed what steps we’d be taking to finding full relief with me and then I was walked back to the front desk. Bryan processed everything and sent me on my way. I feel better than I’ve felt in a very long time and I’m very excited to continue coming back and finding the back relief I’ve been looking for. The Joint Chiropractic offers quality services at times that are most convenient for their guests. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Although I'm not the patient, my mom is, I am happy with the way she has been treated by EVERYONE here, from Bryan and Mary working at the front desk, down to the multiple doctors we have seen. I love this place! As a busy working Mom I quit seeing a chiropractor because of the time commitment and hassle of making appointments. Then my pain came back and I found The Joint Chiropractic. What a blessing! They get me in and out quickly. I never need to make an appointment and pop in as my schedule allows. The staff is always friendly and every Dr. I’ve seen has been fantastic. My weekly adjustments are always thorough and painless. Pricing is on point too! Thank you Dr. Martinez for putting the spring back in my step and the ibuprofen back in my medicine cabinet.

The doctors at the clinic is good, but the front office staffs are horrible. My husband's back was hurting and we thought we give Joint Chiropractic a try. We bought a six visit package good for one year to start. After the second visit the doctor recommended he visit weekly until the problem is fixed. Due to the change in circumstances we wanted to join the monthly membership and was told by Mary and Christian that it is not possible until his package is used up. Upon further inquiries, Mary and Christian were unable to explain why a customer cannot have both package and membership, but they will contact corporate. The contract and advertising in the office doesn't state a customer can't have both plans. A month goes by and still no straight answer to our request so I asked the front office staff to provide me with the Corporate contact information and never received it. Once the clinic got our money we were at their mercy and discretion. Initially, Mary and Christian were nice until we had a question they can't answer and they were incompetent to direct us to someone who can answer our question. A product without good customer service is a poor product.
