I find that I spend a lot of time exercising my brain while trying to come up with excuses to get out of my actual physical exercise. And I don't think I am alone with that. Many people I speak to find little joy in their fitness routine and they openly admit to looking for as many excuses to get out of it themselves. Work Controls Your Life
It doesn't matter if you have a very demanding job or if you have some very demanding days at your job, there are still some simple ways to find the time to exercise. If you can't hit the gym over your lunch hour, choose to take a brisk walk while on a phone call. Or head into work a little bit earlier and cut your lunch break in half so that you can fit in that early evening jog after work.

Dealing with toddlers, young children, teens, your spouse, and even your aging parents can chew up every extra minute of your day, can't it? And it can be hard to sneak away for some much-needed exercise when so many are counting on you. So, why don't you just bring them with? Plan some family bike rides and walks or get everyone involved with some online workout videos.

You can't control the weather and you shouldn't let the weather control you! Avoid those surprises that keep you from working out by paying attention to your local community's daily and weekly forecasts. Then plan accordingly. This may mean that you will need to bring your workout indoors or that you will need to schedule your exercise at different times during the day than what you are normally used to.
