If I could leave no stars I would. I went in because of the good reviews. I’m new to LA and don’t have a chiropractor here. I saw Dr. Kim and it was hands down the worst adjustment I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting them my entire adult life (I’m 54). It was rushed, sloppy ( he hurt my chest in one position, my leg kicked out in another because I wasn’t supported properly) and I left with new back pain I didn’t have when I arrived.
The whole thing was under ten minutes. Ridiculous. I want a refund.

I had a similar experience to an earlier post named Aria I believe. It seems like the joint expects you after freezing your account to remember to close or cancel the count and if they don't and they still don't see you or hear from you they continue for 5 months to charge my account $80. I went into the receptionist and she gave me an email to take it up with fortunately my bank is embarrassing me two of those months which is not really their job. But I have to email the person in charge to let them know that they never in person notified me of restarting the account to be charged $80 for 5 months I only discovered it because I don't use that card that often because I had fraud from another place and had to look into things. Fortunately so I'll keep you posted on what they do. I think they somewhat depend on you not signing your cancellation form and thinking that you'll just eat the money for the month that you didn't use but we'll see. Julia

I've had lower back pain and severe tightness for most of my adult life. It causes me severe headaches, sciatic nerve pain and overall extreme discomfort.Over the years, I've tried neuromuscular massage therapy, exercise, and acupuncture, amongst other treatments. I've found that weekly adjustments keeps my muscles and joints moving and no pain. It's amazing the difference I feel when I hit day 8 or 9 with no adjustment. I look at it as weekly maintenance that keeps my body loose and feeling good. Well worth it. Dr. Heredia is a lifesaver.

I've been coming to the Joint for well over a year, but today's visit was different because I was with Doctor Gordon and my goodness! He fixed my shoulder, which has been killing me for months, realigned my entire pelvis, in which my right leg was 2 inches shorter than my left beforehand, and aligned by C1 which was out of place as well as my C4 and C6. That was one of the most powerful, intense, incredible, valuable and life changing visits I have had.

My neck and back has been seriously out of whack for a number of years now. I took judo at the age of one, probably should not have. Ive been in three auto accidents in my adult life and I suffer from a ton of stress. Dr. Gordon at the joint chiropractic has helped to alleviate the stress and pain and discomfort in my back and neck. My neck has more range of motion and is no longer feeling as stiff. The Joint has saved my life. Chiropractic care before The Joint was so expensive, and I had to choose between having pain or being able to pay my bills. I have neck pain from 2 old car accidents and chiropractic care is the only thing that has helped. Also, by going to The Joint every week to get adjusted, I find that it prevents extreme injuries where I'm in so much pain I can't sleep or turn my head. Dr. Heredia is so great and knowledgeable. He's able to explain to me what is causing me pain, and gives me stretches and advise for how to make it better outside The Joint as well. I would definitely recommend The Joint to my friends.

Started seeing Dr. Heredia a few months ago. After needing Chiropractic for 20+ years and not ever getting life changing results to improve the quality of my life. As a dancer, my health is especially important to me. When I began experiencing vertigo, I sought help from several internists and specialty doctors and under went a battery of expensive tests. None of them were able to tell me what was wrong with me. When I came to Dr. Heredia last year he quickly determined the source of the problem cervicogenic vertigo due to a neck injury. My vertigo is almost completely gone now. I keep coming back to relieve stiffness and keep my range of motion. I am so grateful. Thank you Dr. Heredia!
