I can always count on feeling so much better than when I came in. Lorraine made all the "paperwork"a breeze. Later in the visit i would leave my phone behind. She actually texted someone who i had recently spoken with to inform them to tform me, that I had left my phone there. I’m traveling on a road trip from austin, tx to Bay Area, to Los Angeles (eventually back to austin). Here in Los Angeles, I saw Dr Kim. I’ve had an incredible experience with Dr. Kim. I had been struggling with neck and lower back pain due to bulges in my spine for years. After my initial treatment, I felt a genuine sense of recovery. I’ve tried various treatments, including acupuncture, dry needling, hyperbaric chambers, other chiropractors, and even hospitals, but none of them provided relief or improvement. My experience at The Joint Chiropractic (Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles) raises serious concerns regarding ADA compliance and complaint handling practices. During my visit, a staff member interrupted an active treatment to demand removal of my service dog, despite the treating chiropractor confirming the dog was permitted. The interaction included questioning and remarks inconsistent with federal access standards, including implications about where I was “from,” along with unprofessional conduct. The incident was documented on video and submitted to corporate with multiple follow-ups, yet no response has been provided. This lack of response and acknowledgment, combined with the nature of the incident, raises concerns about their business model, training, oversight, and adherence to basic patient rights. I plan to raise this issue and share the video on social media and with the board of chiropractic examiners. In response to your “apology” on here three months later after I waited to resolve this professionally and internally, you continue to show total unawareness and violation of ADA laws and CA laws. If the employee did not wish to be recorded, she could have stopped yelling and walk away instead of calling me “psycho”, further stereotyping me because I have a service dog. Please show me anywhere in the law that prevents my service dog, who must stay near me to assist, to be on carpet. Dr Kim approved his presence though I did not have to ask for permission, and he explained it to her but she also yelled at the doctor. Your employee was worried that the carpet may get dirty. Shame on you for justifying discriminatory and egregious behavior at your so-called medical facility and sending me a performative apology three months late.

I went here about 4 times the last few months at 245pm duringthe week. Either they open 5-10 minutes late or not open at all like today. This is the closest one to my work and I feel my time is wasted trying to come here on my way to work. There was a sign on the door that read lunch will be taken from 1pm to 130pm on weekends starting 12/13. I was here at 240 and the doors were locked on a Saturday. I give up. I'll just go to the other locations.

Its okay. I just wished the Doctor did more tbh. Im in that place for no longer than a minute and its quite annoying. I dont think he really cares to say the least. He does his "Job" and we leave. Whenever there is a "guest" doctor for the day, I am happy because they do so much more and I feel Like they ACTUALLY CARE. I understand its a business but Dr. Kim is extremely transactional and needs to do A LOT MORE so that the patients that do come actually feel like they are getting their moneys worth. Only doing this review because they kept asking so here it is.

I just relocated from VA and glad I tried this location based on the views. Dr. Kim was amazing and aligned areas I didn't even know I had bones in ?. He was very detailed with explaining my body positioning that was casuing my headaches on the right side. The front desk receptionist was friendly, checked my records, and got me checked in and to the back in less than 2 mins. I will definitely be back for my follow ups.

These guys are never opened anymore. I will drive over to find them closed randomly. So then I’ll drive out of my way to another location and I can’t get in. This has happened multiple times- may have to cancel my membership as I end up wasting so much time, cannot get seen, and my back still hurts. Businesses need to be more reliable than this.

I got a hairline fracture on my rib after going to this place. Which hurt like hell & messed my body up for a long time. I thought Dr Drew was such a good chiropractor because he adjusted me with so much force. I didn’t know he was literally slowly cracking my bone. You get what you pay for. They’re the cheapest for a reason. Wouldn’t refund me the less than $200 I spent there, because apparently rib fractures are a liability you assume when you sign their waiver… I guess we know why.

Dr. Kim. When he gives you and adjustment, it is the same every time and then the last adjustment he does it extremely fast and forceful, and yells something like Go Home, or All done. As he points to the door after his kung fu ending. Well, let me tell you what the reality of that is I went in because my lower back was having some pain and although we were able to solve that problem, the forcefulness of that final crack or one leg was bent you're laying on your side and your knee goes down and your shoulders go back to twist you, he did the last one so forcefully that it ripped the muscle in my butt That sits over the sciatic nerve Now, when you rip a muscle, it hurts and then when it's on top of your sciatic nerve well it's nothing but excruciating pain and I've been in excruciating pain for over two weeks now . I had to make a visit to the emergency room where they were able to diagnose and figure out what did happen. I'm currently taking some steroids to help heal the muscle faster but this is a long road and I've been out of work now for over two weeks because of what Dr. Kim has done. . So be careful when going to this clinic as the people that go on the weekend are fantastic. They are gentle. They listen to you. They're kind and they make sure to care about the way they manipulate you when you are in pain, which is the complete opposite of the person there Monday through Friday. I truly contemplated if I should leave this review, but to be honest, I hope no one goes through the pain that I have been going through the last two weeks and it's a pain like nothing I have ever felt as I've never ripped this muscle in my life nor have I done anything to come close to ripping this muscle Please be careful and choose your chiropractor well in 25 years of going to chiropractor this was the only time I've had a bad experience

There were many Saturdays when the office was scheduled to be open but was closed without notice. I would spend time traveling to this Joint Chiropractic location only to arrive and find it closed. Patients were often not informed in advance, leading to repeated inconvenience and wasted time. The adjustments were not great and often felt too rough. On a few Saturdays in 2025, care was provided by a substitute chiropractor, Dr. Mike, and those visits were noticeably better. The manager is very sweet and kind. However, due to the ongoing inconsistent hours of operation and the quality of the adjustments, I ultimately decided to cancel my treatment. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.

While some what friendly it is clear they want to sell you a memebership The whole adjustment took 5 minutes when even and it’s the same thing I do at least 3 times a day myself if chracic my back The issues I pointed out , while addressed were not at all really treated. I felt absolutely no different after leaving. He told me I need 8 more visits and then we take it from there. Ever good chiropractor tells u that u should max need 3 adjustments. Dr Kim clearly has a lot of experience but he goes very fast. As someone who met with him for my 2nd ever chiropractic appointment (my 1st appt was at a different location), I felt a little uneasy. He did not give me enough time to relax before adjusting. It was better the 2nd time I went to him, but people should be aware of that. I felt a lot better after going the 2nd time because I knew better what to expect, and I was able to relax a little faster.

Dr. Isaiah Gebara is one of the greatest to do chiropractic work. I’ve been to MANY chiros and have a lot of body damage to learn from. He knows exactly how to read my body and fix it. I was having DEBILITATING migraines. He fixed them in a month. I wasn’t living at all due to pain and he puts back on track. I plan on continuing care with Dr Isaiah for all of the foreseeable future because he truly does make my quality of life that much better.

Total Rip off It's like a gym membership that they say is easy to get out of but NOT I went there for one visit. They Chiropractor adjusted my back (very rough). They talked me into coming in for I believe 5 visits after that and the one month for 4 visits. I was in pain so I did it I went back home to Vegas and went to my regular Chiropractor and one visit and was fixed up. I called to cancel and they told me I couldn't that it was a two month minimum. They wouldn't even give me the number to the corporate office until I complete a cancellation form. Ridiculous

Had pretty debilitating back pain that came out of no where and was persistent. Didn't think chiropractors could actually fix anything wrong with you, but I was proven wrong. Within a few visits plus some regular stretching, I have little to no back pain now. I am an equestrian and need constant adjustments as I suffer from old riding injuries. I was in really serous pain in my back but after 4 weeks of twice weekly visits I am now down to maintenance weekly adjustments and my lower back pain is gone. It's a great clinic , very clean and the doctors are great. I went to a specialist Beverly Hills clinic and had exactly the same treatment for $120 except they used a massage gun first! I had a terrible experience at The Joint Chiropractic. From the very first visit, they were unprofessional—they didn’t even fill in my records, so the next chiropractor had no idea what was going on with me. They keep you trapped in this “you need 6 visits” nonsense, forcing you into unnecessary adjustments. On top of that, they use the same script for everyone, claiming your left leg is shorter than the right, which I’ve heard them say to all their patients. After three visits, I told them specifically not to touch my neck because of issues, and they ignored me, making things worse by messing up my upper back and neck. One chiropractor even jumped on me, unsuccessfully trying to crack my back. It was completely reckless and dangerous. If you’re looking to get injured, this is the place. They come off as total scammers with rehearsed speeches. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else.

I was hesitant of joining the joint, however, Dr. Isaiah is so welcoming, proficient and professional. I am surprised that he does not have his own practice to be honest. I was suffering from sever neck pain and I am now able turn my head without the discomfort or restriction. The maintenance that I have been doing has made the biggest difference in my physical health and well being and that is due to the talent from this particular doctor. Highly recommended!

To say this location is truly a wonderful place from the moment you walk in and the receptionist greets you to the chiropractors is an understatement. I love the joint in general as it is great that I can get the help I need anywhere I go but I’m so glad this location on Sunset is the closest to me. Worst experience On call they will tell you that it's a 30-45mins procedure, but when you reach there, they will waste your time by asking to fill form, which they don't even care, when you try to explain them your problem. Only 3 cracks of waist and neck, and you done in 1.5 minutes No listening to your problem. Just a waste of time

Very dirty office. Visible filth in the water cooler. The Chiropractic table I laid on was visibly rusty. The bathroom was very dirty with visible filth all over the sink and toilet and soap dispensers. Came in for a $29 assessment and won't be returning for another adjustment. Brought my MRI results from a previous injury at their request and the doctor didn't even look at them before adjusting me. Nothing bad happened from the adjustment but the office is not somewhere I would go for medical treatment. They tried to sell me on their monthly plan of adjustments and I said no and left. Receptionist was nice. Doctor was a bit hard to understand.

Isaiah is amazing! As a reoccurring patient, he has a great memory, shows much attention to detail and has a cool personality. My health has improved drastically over the last year! Dr Henisha main location is in Hollywood. However, he made a few visits to MDR near my home location and I was able to experience his adjustments. Very gentle but highly effective style. Great place, super friendly staff. Dr. Alex is amazing!! I was very nervous because I had a pretty bad experience with another practitioner beforehand (not at any of Joint locations) , but dr. Alex performed the adjustments taking into consideration my acute lower back pain and was answering all my questions ( and I had a lot ). Worst adjustment I’ve ever had. Went to Dr Kim at the sunset location. Literally done in 5 min now my upper back hurts and I went in for my neck. Wish I had done more research. NOTE: in response to your comment below, I did email you, no one responded. I was in added pain on top of what I went in for, for another week and had to go to a different dr. Because of that visit.

The whole team at this location was fantastic. There was a bit of a wait but Lorraine was so sweet about keeping me updated and letting me run a quick errand next door and not lose my place. Dr. Jack was very thorough and spent time understanding my issues and then resolved them quickly, including one maneuver that resolved my headache instantly and a great neck technique to loosen up my stuck vertebrae. Ok so I had this pain for over a week and I was doing mind over matter until my mind was expanding from the pain. I had gone to to the Joint in Idaho over 8 years ago and I had a phenomenal experience so I thought what the hell I am going and hope that they will be able to help me. I saw Dr. Jack and he asked me questions so he could eliminate any other issues, he tried many ways to alleviate my pain to no avail as I was so tight, he asked me about a towel decompression and I said I have had it done, he took a towel and put it around my neck, pulled it up and omg all of a sudden every bone in my spine was released, my body finally felt like it was breathing, the pain I had for the week was suddenly gone! Well almost as the muscle has Memory and he said that the pain in this particular area would be better in a few hours and he was absolutely right. I am writing this 10 hours later and I’m feeling absolutely wonderful… thank you thank you I truly am grateful for your help!!!

I have severe issues in my upper thoracic area, shoulders, and neck. I also was a chiropractic assistant for many years so I've been with several different chiropractors and I really know what's effective for me at this point. Doctor Kim is one of the most effective chiropractors I've ever had. There has been many, many, doctors who have been unable to adjust my upper thoracic because of my scar tissue and extreme stiffness and pain and I'm talking years of trying different chiropractors as this started at 19 and I am now 40 years old. Ive been driving 20 mins to a The Joint chiropractor that I like but who definitely has problems adjusting me effectively on days my back and neck are super stiff. I stopped going to the Joint Hollywood because the previous doctor retired. I am so so happy I came back to try Dr. Kim. As a HUGE skeptic and a chiropractic elitist (jk lol) I am very happy with his friendly bedside manner and most of all, I love his adjustments. Highly recommended!!!!

Great place. Clean. Simple neck, upper back, mid back, lower back adjustments have been super by both chiropractors. Stress relieving. Pain reliving. Have two pinched nerves that after five visits are gone and I can feel my right hand fingers again. Lower back finally stable so I can go for walks and lift right leg to get into car. Super Quick. No appointment needed. Nearby. Free Parking. (Bonus in LA) Have been to Palmer School chiropractors off and on for years due to sports injuries. Trust them. Good for pain relief and spine alignment. The doctors have slightly different techniques to achieve similar results. Had a stiff neck this morning and muscle spasm due to standing too much at work. Went and in three minutes out of pain and motion returning. It’s like going to a gas station. Get your adjustment. And your done. No bells and whistles. Just adjustments. Have already recommended.

A waste of 29$. Person working in the front doesn’t care what you are there for. Just gives you 20 sheets of paper to fill out where you fill out your personal info repeatedly 50 times. Please go digital, we’re in 2021. The doctor doesn’t do much but touch your back a bit, crack it 3 times and just tells you to return for more sessions. My back actually felt worse after the “adjustment”. Save yourself the 29$, the consultation, examination and adjustment is definitely not worth it.

I’ve been going to The Joint for a few years, so it’s about time I left them a compliment. I had an adjustment today with Dr. Jack that corrected subluxations deep in my occipitals that no one has ever done on me before! Every chiropractor is good and it feels like they truly care about their patients. I’ve never been up-sold a single thing the entire time I’ve been going there. Great adjustments, caring people, locations everywhere, no appointments necessary— drop-ins are fine, and super reasonably priced?! Easy 5 stars! Thank you.

Had stiffness and soreness a from long flight. Clean facility but the Chiropractor was very bad. He suggested a starvation diet. No thank you! Get to know your patient’s history and don’t suggest dangerous diets - I asked if he meant intermittent fasting. Nope! Without asking my history or if I had food issues he suggested that a starvation diet yields quick results. I’ll stick with a healthy diet and exercise. I have lost a lot of weight recently and won’t take unsolicited advice from anyone that is not my doctor. Inexpensive but poor service. I hope young women don’t starve themselves at his prompt.

The team at the Joint is amazing! From the front desk all the way to the back of the team of doctors. They listen to your concerns and get to the root of the problem. I was hesitant at first but after my first session to several I'm starting to feel like myself again. I have less headaches and pain now. I highly recommend this office and company. The Joint Chiropractic at 7121 Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood is a lifesaver. I'm very active senior with an athletic background and to be able to drop in for an adjustment is just about as convenient as one would want. All of the Chiropractors there are professional and very competent. Dr. Drew is my favorite though. As a former professional athlete, he knows the "athletic body" if you will. Having been in the pro sports training rooms, Dr. Drews approach is one that I can relate to and am very pleased with.

Incredible chiropractor!!! Aside from how friendly and pleasant the office environment is, the most important thing is I’m very difficult to adjust due to my unique cervical injury. I really like the way they do plans so I can get into the chiropractor regularly at an affordable rate. I've always been treated well by the staff and doctors. I also use other offices when traveling and appreciate being able to access care in other states as well.

By FAR the best chiropractor I've had the opportunity to get treatment by. I schedule my weekend around this guy. I get pretty stiff throughout the week and by the week's end I could use some help. Being a taller and bigger fella than some, my body doesn't always adjust easily, but this guy finds a way to adjust me in a gentle way, giving me some much needed relief! My husband & I have been coming to see Dr. Schott at the Joint for almost a year. My body feels looser and I don’t have as much middle back pain as I did before I started my regular weekly adjustments here. Recently, I had the privilege of being treated by the Clinical Director, Dr. Fenton and it was next level good! He really customized my adjustments and listened to my body. Incredibly professional operation. Easy access to great chiropractic care. I walked in with a pinched nerve so bad I was nauseous. After my adjustment my condition improved little by little throughout the day. Four hours later I was hiking 10 dogs. Now let's talk price... UNBEATABLE. $30!!! I purchased a membership which will bring the cost of my visits down by nearly 1/2 for the first month with new member perks. Even at just the regular visit cost the pricing is unbelievable. Adding regular Chiro to my care wasnt possible before I found the Joint. Even looking up locations to hit on my upcoming domestic travel.

The various locations supply various doctors. Therefor, you’re lucky if you find one that is capable of connecting energetically and listening and then executing the adjustments according to your own needs. Finding a Chiropracter that’s right for your is important and it’s hit and miss (with mostly misses) only docs that work for me are in West Hollywood and only works Sunday/Monday. Sant Monica- which by the time I get down there from Hollywood and drive back I need an adjustment again ?- also, a lot of rotation. So yeah, if you’re a long time, experienced person with Chiropractic-be aware your favorite doctor may or may bot be nearby or even still with the company after a few months. My HUGE Recs are for Dr. Wong, Dr.C-woman, and Dr. B in WeHo. They are up-to-date on procedures and understand energy balancing and connectivity there in more than others I have dealt with and I’ve seen probably about six or seven different doctors at this company.

I went to this place to get an adjustment, the young chiropractor is not doing it as gentle as in other locations. My neck started to hurt after that, felt dizzy and I got a headache 4 days in a row, couldn't move my neck without pain, not coming back to this location again. Worst experience I've ever had with a chiropractor. Of course they try to up sell. I called them asking what to do to get better. They said supervisor will call me back but nobody ever called. I understand where most good reviews come from, sometimes they give free ice packs if you write a review or check in from Yelp. UPDATE: don't be fooled by their response, they didn't reach out to me after that.

The primary chiropractor, Dr. Schott, who is here during the week is fantastic! If I was only reviewing him, I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, I’m only giving 3 stars for the sometimes lengthy wait times. This location is getting too big for what they can manage. New patients take a minimum of 20 minutes and they do not accept appointments, so it’s first come first serve. Frequently has wait times of 30 minutes or more.

Professional, laidback environment, the two front desk staff that I’ve met have been pleasant, helpful and down to earth. I have been coming here for a while now and love the doctors. I have had some back and neck issues my whole life and many places I've gone have been hit or miss. This place keeps good notes so no matter who I see the care quality is the same. Today I came in because I did something to my back over the weekend that made it hard to walk without pain and I was fixed in a matter of seconds. I also appreciate that the monthly plan is super affordable and there is no pressure for up sales on anything. Love this place. Update 9/27/19 still great! Consistantly awesome.

Had a neck injury 20 years ago and an accident 10 years ago that came back to haunt me. Woke up with a super stiff neck one random morning. With a few treatments I was feeling much better. After a torturous month of back pain, I decided it was time to take it seriously. The Joint REALLY helped me with my pain. After a month, I am only feeling a light to medium discomfort at times. The doctor in this location genuinely cares about his clients. He is an excellent professional and I we built trust very shortly. I highly recommend this location. Even though it is in West Hollywood, it is not as busy as people would assume. On this Saturday at 12:30 I had to wait just five minutes to be able to see him.

I wish could give a higher rating than 5 stars!! I love the business model and the quick productive service. I went in there with a lower back injury and after the assessment there was a quick plan of action to fix my back. Within 2 weeks my back was fixed and fully adjusted. Every time I go into The Joint I leave feeling more relaxed and for some amazing reason a little taller. I wish I could explain that feeling. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I am always excited to go in there for a quick adjustment and then go about my day. 5 stars and I still keep going in even though my back is fixed.

Love the Joint! Really nice doctors and staff. Crazy how they can remember me and my injury details so well amongst all the patients! The only issue is sometimes it gets busy and there is only one doctor is on site. I wish they could have more doctors on site during busy hours to help each other out with the flow. I absolutely LOVE The Joint! At first I was extremely skeptical about chiropractors (due to some previous experiences), but this place and the faculty is absolutely amazing. I came in unable to touch my toes (which I’ve always been able to do) and I couldn’t stand on one leg due to the excruciating pain that I would get. Within a couple weeks I was back to touching my toes and putting on pants like a normal person. They are truly gifted!!! I would highly recommend!!!!

Two words dr GORDON KERNES !!!!! The best chiropractor by faaaaaaaar. I’m a severe case and went to at list 20 different chiropractors in LA (not kidding for real) and let me tell you don’t waste your time, Gordon is simply the best. If I could get only $1 for each time the chiropractors told me “oh gosh you’re so stiff I cannot adjustment you.. go home and stretch” Gordon was able to adjust me every time I went to him in the first try !!! Dr Gordon also has a special tool ( no-one has ) to pull you neck and it helped me so much.!! I wanna personally thank you for the amazing work and obviously you’ll see more. I lost chiropractic coverage when I switched insurance and this place has saved me from so much pain - both physically and financially. Dr. V is great! He knew how to specifically target my trouble spots and help adjust them back into alignment - which is so much better than just a general adjustment. Dr. Kernes is fantastic! He took away my chronic back pain and was so helpful I sent my mom to him because of her chronic headaches, and he’s helped her as well. We both experienced immediate relief after the first visit. Had a great experience every time I came to get an adjustment here- both Drs are excellent chiropractors! Being a military spouse, chiropractic isn't covered by my healthcare so price is always a factor. I got to have 7 treatments for the price of an initial visit at other chiropractic offices! This place is fantastic. I have had hip pain for 10 years that had never been given the attention it needed. And then Dr. Heredia came to my rescue. My dad is a chiropractor on the east coast, so I was looking for a good one out here. I can't believe that there is a neighborhood chiropractic office that I can walk to and get the kind of adjustments and help that I get at The Joint! I love this location. All of my chiropractic experiences have been great. My favorite chiropractor is Dr. Benjamin Heredia. He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He has always listened and answered my questions with care. I've been seeing him for a while now and he is always able to get those really stuck areas of my neck and back. I always leave feeling so much better and with my spine very straight. I also noticed after several visits that my bones started holding the adjustments for longer periods of time making my visits less frequent. He is definitely one of the best chiropractors that has ever worked on me and I have tried many. I have had neck injuries in the past and he has helped me get the natural curvature back in my neck. I have so much less pain now and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Dr Heredia and just this Joint location in general. Total life changer. Especially if you are extremely active like me.

The joint Chiropractic is affordable and super efficient. Appointments take less than a half hour and the doctors are beyond qualified and actually care about your body's progress. I like to see Dr.Benjamin Heredia because he's the most consistent and careful with my small frame. Thanks the joint!

This place is awesome. First, the idea of having a franchise which caters to Chiropractics is brilliant. Honestly, to pay $70 a months and then get an adjustment once a week for 4 weeks, and you just walk in not needing an appointment, Awesome. Now for the service I receive is an all Thumbs Up. I walked in two months ago, barely able to walk unable to bend my left knee, which had been a problem off-an-on for me over the last 10 plus years. Two months later I'm walking without any limp; I'm able to do squats and am able to bend down and not just touch my toes but lay the palms of my hands on the floor. These two activities is something which I have not been able to do for a very long time. The doctors here are truly professional in both skill and personal handling.
