Understand Hunger and Boredom

Many people have a poor understanding of hunger. They often believe that they are hungry, when in fact, they're simply bored. And over time, this really confuses the brain. Soon, you’ll be reaching for food when you need something to do, and this is sure to lead to weight gain. Try to pay attention to when and how often you feel hungry, and practice telling the difference so that you can properly address the problem.
