Don’t book online. Had an appointment for 5pm today. Received text confirmations and confirmed I would be there. When I got there I was told I didn’t have an appointment today and that it’s scheduled for tomorrow (5/23) at 5pm…even though that’s when they close. Waste of gas and leaving work early to get there. Felt like there was no remorse or trying to ask someone if there was any way to take me today to resolve the issue, since it was an error on their end. I do appreciate the receptionist offering for me to come tomorrow morning, but I don’t want to go somewhere that even having an appointment won’t guarantee you being seen.

Horrible experience, waisted my time and money. The Dr did absolutely nothing. Told to me breathe in and out and started pushing down on me before I could breathe out. Was there literally for 5 maybe 7minutes and she did nothing but make some sounds on the table. Ima trucks driver and im drive very long hrs all over the country. I was really excited about this but I left feeling played and very sad.

Save your time and money and find an actual chiropractor with their own practice. I went in for a visit which I was not satisfied with because they speed through the adjustment despite nobody else being in the waiting room. I also apparently signed up for their membership and I was charged for two months and I didn’t use any of those visits for those months, so I requested a refund which I have not received. I have emailed both corporate and this franchise multiple times. Just another greedy corporation trying to make a profit. Don’t go here.

I’ll start with my neck feels looser and I’m not a quadriplegic. The lady in the front office was super sweet. That said, the doctor (knowing I’m in agony) moved me around like I was a sack of potatoes. She didn’t lay out what to expect and was very curt with me. I felt very unwelcomed. Five minutes later, I was done and not told anything about what to expect after.

I love how I had an appointment for 4:30 I was at the door at 4:28 and they have a closed sign even though there are signs specifically says that they don't close till 5:00 today. So even if you have an appointment don't expect to be able to show up and actually go to it
So follow up to my experience... I emailed the company and got a call back on the Tuesday following my appointment on Saturday that didn't happen. I was given some lame excuse of why they were not there and the person who called me back was extremely not customer service friendly at all. To the point where she basically told me well since you're not happy maybe you should just take your business elsewhere... Wow that is great way to help satisfy a customer....

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Joint Chiropractic Moreno Valley, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I was initially nervous as it was my first time, but my concerns were quickly alleviated.
Reason for Visit:
I was experiencing lower back pain and pain in my upper left back. I also have very bad posture due to my desk job and mobile phone usage, and I suspect a bad walking gait. I was once asked if one of my legs was shorter than the other (they are not!).
Appointment Process:
Making an appointment was incredibly easy and straightforward. I walked in on a whim, but the receptionist was friendly and eased my nervousness. Although I was unable to be seen that day, she found a convenient time slot that fit my schedule perfectly. This location’s hours work well with a 9-5er like myself. I was provided with paperwork to fill out and bring on the day of the appointment. However, I wish they had an electronic version to fill out rather than printed sheets.
Consultation and Adjustment:
During my consultation, Dr. Rhoe took the time to understand my lifestyle and connect potential improvements I would see with chiropractic care. The adjustment itself was professional yet friendly, which I found great as they do need to get into your personal space to perform the adjustment. It was fun to hear the cracks, especially in the upper back area. She did let me know one of my legs was shorter than the other and could be addressed by the adjustment, as well as relieving the tightness of the muscle (which I did at home with a massage gun!). Dr. Rhoe is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the limitations of the treatment and provided recommendations I can use outside of the treatments (like magnesium/massage for muscle relaxation).
Overall Experience:
As this is a fairly new establishment, the clinic's environment was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The consultation and adjustment were of adequate length. Maybe it was my imagination, or placebo, but I left FEELING taller.
Conclusion:
I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic Moreno Valley to anyone in need of chiropractic care. I signed up for the 2-month Wellness plan, and as of posting this, I have been going weekly. After the initial consultation, no appointment is necessary and you can just walk in during their operating hours. I have experienced improvements in pain reduction and posture. It doesn’t hurt that Sprouts is next door so you can stop by before or after grocery shopping.

I live in chronic back pain. I have never tried a chiropractor due to anxiety. I ended up in severe pain and took the leap of faith to see if I could get some relief. I definitely walked out better than I walked in due to my permanent injuries my pain was not healed. But this morning I couldn't put my socks on and after my adjustment my mobility greatly increased!
I did sign up for a monthly plan right away.
And plan on going two more times this week. I was terrified and skeptical..... Worth every penny.

This place is great for people who don't have any issues with pain. The Joint Chiropractic is pretty much a drive through chiropractic office. If you are looking for someone to crack your back and neck and move on, this is the place for you.
I always had issues with my neck, back, and hip since i was a little girl and went to many different chiropractors that all consistently treated me with care, patience, and gentleness. As I got older and more independent, finding the funds and time to go to the chiropractor has been difficult. When i found this place i was content with the price and finally found time to come in.
The longest part of my visit was filling out the waivers and initial new patient paperwork. The actual adjustment was quick and felt rushed. I spoke with the Doctor (Female) and she asked questions about where my problem areas were and i explained my usual problem areas. Then she went right in with the adjustment that was the basic areas and did not focus on my problem areas at all. She would tell me to breathe in and out but didn't even let me fully breathe out before pushing roughly on my spine. I even asked her how certain adjustments are just releasing gas pockets but my pain areas were not addressed. She told me just to stretch more..
I have never been to a Chiropractor that does not try to help located my pain and adjust my spine to my needs. This place is just basic cracking with no help to actual problems.

After getting off the phone, I proceeded to come for an adjustment and on arrival at 1:07pm, guess what they were closed. The time of operation was from 10am to 2pm. the receptionist get 5 stars she was extremely professional. But my issue was after I had filled the 7 page paperwork for my very first visit to a place like this and supposedly had only 1 person waiting infront of me. Dr. Truong was fantastic! As a doctor myself, I was quite impressed with her knowledge-base, especially as it related to her assisting me in better understanding some connections between my snapping scapula syndrome and other musculoskeletal issues that have recently developed. After growing up with my Palmer graduate chiropractor Dad I was sceptical about other chiropractors, my Dad is now retired and Joint Chiropractic has nicely filled this need for me and my family. I have to say Dr. Lagaly is fantastic! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because she is only there once a week and the other chiropractor there isn't the greatest unfortunately.
If I was just seeing Lagaly It would definitely be 5 star. She is very thorough and listens to everything you have to say. She does not rush her appointments like I feel the other one does. And her adjustments are some of the best ive ever had. I highly recommend seeing her if you can!
The price plans here are also not too bad compared to other places and you can get additional adjustments for just $10. Definitely a great deal!

I went in a couple days ago for an adjustment and Dr. Truong almost hurt my lower back when she pressed down too aggressively in the wrong spot - putting me into lumbar hyper-extension. She also hurt my calf by digging into it too hard when adjusting. Ive been to the Riverside Plaza location and had better experiences there.

My partner and I went there today for the free evaluation and adjustment. First and foremost I am really grateful I had the opportunity to get chiropractic adjustments at no cost. The adjustments were great I came out of there with my vessel feeling relieved and longer. There are some things I want to share about my experience. The 2 ladies in the front were chill and respectful. The Dr or Chiropractic Practitioner, initially her energy was neutral and quickly I realized she wasn't so friendly. To start, she did not introduce herself so I don't even know her name unfortunately but it's the lady with the glasses. She wasn't really engaged in conversation when she asked about my history and the reason why I came. She spent more time cutting me off and inserting her comments instead of actually hearing what I was saying. My partner experienced the same thing. I told her about my previous history of getting adjustments from my sports medicine director at UCR and she was bothered by that. I completely understand why she would be, however her whole energy switched up. And I understand that a great amount of pressure is needed for the adjustments however, her adjustments didn't feel intentional. They felt rushed. And when she was maneuvering me into new positions it lacked gentleness and care. I have the feeling she wasn't having the best day maybe but I wouldn't want someone vibrating low adjusting my vessel. So with that being said I will be doing an energetic cleanse. And I won't be returning. God bless you all there and I do hope the Practitioners uplifts her vibration.
