These also build up in the arteries and are more prone to cause heart issues. Start checking the labels of the food you choose to eat today and start avoiding trans fat.
Make Exercise A Priority
Exercise has always been helpful in keeping the body healthy. This includes decreasing and managing cholesterol. Health and wellness experts suggest that you should get at least 30 minutes of exercise three to four times each week. This does not necessarily need to take place in a gym. Walking through your neighborhood can be sufficient to get your health moving in the right direction.
