“I decided in high school I wanted to be a chiropractor, having never been to one.” It was in college that he solidified his decision after he got into an accident, and a chiropractor helped get him back on his feet.

He completed his chiropractic education at Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier and holds a master’s degree in biotechnology from Rush University as well as a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola University.

A Gracie University and 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu black belt, he is deeply passionate about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and can be found on the mats daily. In addition to hosting camps and competing on a semi-regular basis, he owned and operated Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Laguna Hills for three years before selling the business and focusing on chiropractic full-time. Arman began to pursue chiropractic in 2014 after a neck injury left him unable to train. One visit to a chiropractor was all he needed to completely change the course of his career.

As the lone chiropractor in a family that has three medical doctors, Dr. Arman sees himself as a soldier for the chiropractic profession, empowering people to reduce or eliminate their use of pain medication, embrace natural body movements and mechanical therapy to deal with pain, and stresses the importance of living a healthy life for the overall benefit of his patients. Throughout his schooling, he attended countless seminars and workshops to perfect his craft of adjusting and takes great pride in his ability to help heal his patients using only his hands.

In his spare time when Arman is not on the jiu-jitsu mat, he enjoys walking his two chi-weenies Rona and Wuhan by the beach, playing piano with his band Hook Thieves, as well as being an avid collector of Pokémon cards.

I have a passion for working with families and watching children flourish to their fullest potential. It is my mission to help children and families in Southern California so that they are able to function at their best. While I was in undergrad I was a camp counselor for kids with special needs and loved every minute of it. They challenged me and made me the best version of me. I want to give back and allow them to be their best.

I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. I studied at the University of Puerto Rico in Humacao for my final semester of undergrad. I graduated with a Human Biology degree with an exercise emphasis and a Spanish minor. July 2014 I began my chiropractic studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduated with my doctorate degree on October 20th, 2017. I have continued my education in pregnancy and pediatric by attending local seminars through the ICPA & PX Docs. I am certified in the Webster Technique, which can be very helpful for pregnant moms.

Outside the Office, Family is very important to me! My Dad, Mom, & sister may be in Wisconsin but we travel to see each other as often as possible!

I love spending as much time outdoors. On the weekends you can find me at the beach, exploring a new hiking trail, at Disneyland, taking pictures of animals at the Zoo, camping or just hanging out with family or friends.
