I was fat-shamed by Dr. Suckoo last Friday, 10/25/2024. With a very disgusted look on his face, Dr. Suckoo asked me if I exercise and what kind of exercise I do, if any. He then proceeded to tell me that I can only lose weight by lifting weights, not cardio. Then he started listing all types of carbohydrates I need to stop eating. He made no comments that had to do with chiropractic services at all. After my session, I'm still in pain because apparently I'm way too fat to get a proper adjustment. I entered in a pretty good mood and left feeling like a worthless, obese piece of sh**.

The Joint Riverside is my favorite place to get adjusted! They have done an amazing job of bringing in great doctors and training excellent front desk staff. The energy is very positive and the quality of care is outstanding! I understand that recruiting and retaining employees has been very difficult in the covid period, and somehow they have managed to build a great team who really care about their patients. I make it a point to visit this clinic at least a couple times per month and feel great every time!

I've been coming for 1year now and I wont stop coming. I was afraid to come at first but I've seen great improvement with my posture. Been here a few times for my bf. He’s in and out in less than 5 minutes. Others are in and out just as fast. Was told they do muscle work by one person and then told they didn’t by another. We only signed up because we were told they do muscles. It’s cheap so I should have known. They don’t even do the whole body.

An older male Caucasian chiropractor here never stops talking! He will take 20-45 minutes with one patient. I have come multiple days that he works and I constantly have to deal with long wait times. I have had to walk out many times because I have waited over an hour.

He made suggestions and discussed outcomes. Before he provided any techniques, he made sure my body could accept the pressures and talked me through it all. After my first session with Dr. Dan, I left his office feeling relief and he did not do any cracking and contorting of my body. We discussed treatment options and I come away with relief, being pleased and felt with his services I would achieve desired outcomes. If I could give 0 stars I would. Originally went to the Eastvale location and it was closed due to the holiday, called the Riverside location to see if they were open and the lady at the front desk said “yes come on in!” Once we got there we were turned away because it was too busy and were told we needed an appointment, even though online and on the door it says no appointments just walk in. After explaining to her she was the one who told us to come in and that we drove 45 minutes in traffic to get there she still denied us service, even though there were only 2 people in the waiting room. She told us they couldn’t take new patients after 6 o’clock and we got there at 5:15. The joint management should reconsider who they hire for customer service, this front desk lady was not friendly and not helpful at all.

A friend and I drove 30 min to get here, got there over an hour before they closed, there was only one other person waiting and was told that they could only take one of us. Then waited 40 min for them to just try and reschedule me for a different day. The lady just walked asking if we were free tomorrow, no apology, no explanation, nothing. Just told we have to come back a different day because they did not have time for us. A waste of our time, will not be back. Very disappointed.

Being a nurse we are always on the move, spending hours on feet, sitting at the computer, or using our body mechanics to move our patients around. I came in 3-weeks ago with shoulder & neck discomfort due to a minor car accident, after seeing Dr. Rhoe she listened to my complaints about not being able to sleep on my side at night. I would wake up with shoulder pain and numbness. Dr. Rhoe then checked my elbows and wrists she and wrists, she discovered one of my elbows had to be popped back into place. Today is my 4th visit, and Dr. Rhoe asked me to do stretches and instructed me on how to do them. I feel so much better!

After my 3rd visit I have been feeling a lot better, I have more movement in my shoulder with less pain. Before my chiropractic care I was in constant pain. My back is also improving I could not get out of bed without pain in my lower back and could not bend down at the waist. Due to the care I have received my movement has improved a lot.

I've been coming here on and off for about 4 years now. I usually get a weekly adjustment when I'm in the area doing my weekly grocery shopping. I've probably seen a dozen or so of The Joints chiropractors between this location and various others, and Dr. Skane is definitely amongst the better and more knowledgeable ones out there. I have been coming to the Riverside location for several months, 3-4 x a month and the care is excellent. I have mostly seen Dr. Skane who is well-skilled, friendly and will show/teach stretches to do at home to keep the pains at bay. I found the other Chiropractors here well skilled as well. I was seeing another Chiro through my insurance for a year and I have to say the quality of care at this practice is great and at a comparatively much more reasonable price plus it's walk in. High-Quality, Convenient, Friendly care and Affordable!

I've been seeing Dr. Skane for almost a year now and he's relieved a lot of my shoulder and neck pain. He takes his time and is courteous to educate me on other ways I can relieve my pain. Today was a special day because I expressed some sharp pain under my right rib cage and right shoulder. Dr. Skane examined my abdomen and brought me some relief with this observations. Of course, I'll still go to my PCP but it's great to know that Dr. Skane goes above and beyond in checking out his patients. God Bless his career and the many people he serves.

Why I seek chiropractic care is for pain relief from past injuries and for overall wellness. I see a chiropractor weekly to manage my scoliosis and sciatic pain. Dr. Skane is courteous and patient, and his adjustments are the only reason I can manage without alternative pain management options.
