Dr. Michael Lesaca graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA. He has been practicing for over twenty years. He has a passion for athletics and is a former CSCS (Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist). In addition to Chiropractic, he has worked in a variety of professions, including manufacturing and entertainment. “I really enjoy working at The Joint because I love helping patients and seeing the positive results.
Dr. Weltchek is a licensed chiropractor who graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose in 2002. After graduating, he worked for several private practices in Salinas, CA for three years before moving on to a private practice in Santa Cruz, CA for the next sixteen years. In November of 2021 he joined The Joint Chiropractic as a Clinic Chiropractor.
His goal is to help his patients achieve optimal health, form, and function by finding and correcting the root cause of the problem thus restoring the structural integrity and mobility of the spine while at the same time reducing the pressure on sensitive and vital neurological tissues. Dr. Weltchek is also a big proponent of regular/routine maintenance/wellness care to keep the body "tuned-up" and functioning at its maximum potential.
Dr. Navi Randhawa is a licensed chiropractor who graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2021. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and looks forward to providing them with the best care possible. Dr. Navi is passionate about helping others through chiropractic care and giving them the right exercises and stretches to live a pain free and healthy lifestyle. She loves going on evening walks and staying active, along with spending time with her family and friends!
Dr. Brad Chew has spent the majority of his life living in Seattle, Washington before moving down to the Bay Area to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic West. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Washington and then went on to graduate cum laude at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2021.
Dr. Brad has always had a passion for helping people to get them healthy and living their best life. He got into the profession because he enjoyed the hands-on work of chiropractic as well as the personal relationships he gets to develop with each patient. Dr. Brad looks to find the root cause of people's issues using the naturalistic approach of chiropractic that strays away from methods such as medication and injections.
During his free time, Dr. Brad spends a lot of time in the gym pursuing his other passion of being competitive in CrossFit/Weightlifting. If he isn't at work, odds are you'll find him in the gym.
Dr. Annie Kushner grew up in a small town in southern Arizona for most of her life. She attended the University of Arizona earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Psychology, with a minor in Biology and Classical Art History. She moved to the Bay Area to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic West where she graduated magna cum laude in 2013.
Dr. Kushner has always had a passion for helping others, while attending Palmer she became the lead tutor coordinator, working closely with the students, multiple department heads, and student services specialists; with the goal of improving the academic studies for all students. She was recognized at her graduation for all her work from Palmer Academic Support Services. That passion to help others has carried over into her professional and personal life as well. Dr. Kushner loves helping people obtain their goals in life.
Outside of chiropractic, she is an avid runner. Since 2013 she has competitively raced in 21 half marathons and 11 full marathons, with the goal of racing in the 6 marathons that comprise the Abbott World Marathon Majors. When not running or working, she loves to hike, travel, read, try new foods, and have new experiences.
