With just a few short weeks until the first sign of spring, procrastination will do nothing but keep your disappointed when you get ready to hit the pool. Start today making small changes and you just may notice your progress as you go.

Cut Out the Sugar

As one who is the lover of all things chocolate, I know it can be hard to cut out the sugar. However, health and wellness experts suggest that getting rid of sugar from your diet is one of the best ways to shed a few pounds.
