First off I never leave reviews. That said my experience was life changing literally. I was injured over two years ago and had sought medical treatment to include second opinions and was told that my lower back and hip would never be the same and that I would need to go through PT to learn to “just deal with the pain and discomfort” this changed my lifestyle and progressively got worse. I was referred to the Joint Chiropractic and after two weeks of being in denial and mentally talking myself out of going I actually said I will give things one last try! Thank God I did! It has been one month since going and Dr. Doan immediately smiled when I explained my situation, her smile was of complete certainty that she knew what she had to do to help me! She mapped out a plan for me and after the very first session I felt a difference! My wife saw the difference in my walk! I trusted her and continued the plan she laid out for me. I am beyond blessed and so happy to say I got my life and lifestyle back my wife and family were shocked, excited and relieved that we are all out being active again! They have good chiropractors but they need more, I came by wanted to get an adjustment but seen every chair taken, but they move so slow, last time this happened I waited almost 1 hr for an adjustment, umm I don’t have that type of time, some of us don’t have any free time. The slow moving while building is packed just irritating, they don’t care at all to get it moving adequately just like much of customer service lately.

These guys were good. I’m SO grateful for the doctor who adjusted me. I was seen right away with very little wait time. Even as a walk in (no appointment). The Samsung tablet they give each patient to fill in their info was annoying. Other than that, everything went smooth. I was in and out in 35 minutes. Great job overall.

I’m a new customer and the registration took most of the time since various assessment questions are asked about your history to get proper care. The receptionist was friendly and explained the process. After filing out the paperwork on the tablet for about 30 minutes the rest was a breeze. Soon after I was seen. Just the first session and I’m feeling a bit better. I was explains the process every step and what my treatment needs, after I signed up to get 20 sessions. I like the atmosphere and the interaction with the staff was pleasant.

There have been times when I was experiencing severe headaches, and without me even saying a word, she would immediately know and help relieve them. In the spring, I was diagnosed with a couple of conditions that were causing me extreme pain, numbness and tingling. Multiple rounds of steroids helped tamp down the inflammation, but the weekly adjustments by Dr. Doan have actually treated the underlying musculoskeletal malalignments causing me so much impingement pain. Dr Chavez (Vacaville) is amazing. He listens extremely well; checks your history; and asks questions as he’s adjusting you. He’s one of the few chiropractors in my experience who still use the drop table. And my opinion is that that makes for better adjustments. Certainly the case for me.

What a friendly and welcoming place! From the second you step in the door you feel a sense of calm and peace come over you. I love this place. They are so friendly and so fun, all while cracking my back and getting me back on track. They are thorough and professional. Rea at the front is so sweet and so helpful. She is able to handle multiple clients with a smile, even when they are being difficult. Dr Simon is tough but she cares. She can always crack my neck. Dr Doan is the best at cracking my spine, if I can just relax. Dr Chavez is great at literally pulling my legs to get them back in alignment. Overall, five stars for some great people who are helping me tremendously.

Over the 4th of July weekend, both of us found ourselves with stiff necks (talk about bad luck!) We could barely turn our heads and were in significant pain. Knowing we needed immediate relief, we were so relieved to find The Joint open on Saturday. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and the quick enrollment process was so easy. We were seen almost instantly, and both chiropractors introduced themselves and assessed our situation. My daughter was especially anxious since it was her first adjustment, and she was in quite a bit of pain. Dr. Tracy Simon took the time to explain everything to her, easing her worries and calming her nerves beautifully. I was worried, too, but thanks to Dr. Simon's gentle approach, my daughter was able to relax enough for the adjustment. After just a few pops, she felt immediate relief, and it was heartwarming to see her trust the process. Dr. Simon has a true gift for working with younger patients, and I feel so fortunate that we found her during this challenging time. Her kindness and expertise made all the difference for us. Dr. Tracy gave me the best adjustment I had ever had in my entire life. I haven’t been able to sleep for weeks and This adjustment is exactly what I needed! Also, Dr. Tracey is the first chiropractor that’s ever been able to really get in there and Adjust my back where it needs to be. It had been over year since I last was at my local Joint in Northern Virginia, the staff was friendly and processed my new info very quickly. I went in there with really bad Lower back pain and Nerve pain on my left side of my thigh. Dr. Mueen Listen to my concern and after The first session I got instant relief in my lower back and my hips. AMAZING !! I came in barely being able to move and contemplating on going to the ER because I was in so much pain, and little to no movement. But I took a chance and tried the joint and I’m so glad I did ! I met with Dr.Chavez and he took that pain from a 10 to a 7 my first day meeting with him. Through out the day I gained my mobility back by following his recommendations. I came back the next day and that pain is now down to a 4. Dr.Chavez is amazing. He’s very patient and gentle, and explains everything to so you’re aware of what’s going with your body and what he’s going to get you back to normal. Not only is the service great, but the price is just as good. I highly recommend the Joint.

I feel like I just wasted my time sitting and waiting. They did tell me there was several new patients ahead of me but the estimation of time was 25 min. Which was doable. I waited half an hour and the doc only saw one person the entire time I was there. I need a better estimation of how long "new visits" take. I understand short staff and longer waits but tell me a true wait time so I can make the choice. Show me you value my time as much as I value yours.

The receptionist was very nice over the phone and was able to squeeze us into the schedule. She was also super helpful and friendly when we arrived. My BF and I saw Dr. Kimberlee Doan and loved her! She was very knowledgeable, calm and welcoming. As first timers, we really appreciated how much time she spent with us explaining the process and answering our various questions. The ad for Joint Chiropractor was on Facebook. At first because of the low price I was skeptical but I thought what can I lose. Made an appointment, when I got there there was so many people. When it was my turn I was very surprised, the doctor was very good, he listener to, me and processed to adjust me. When I left I was in pain but by the next day I was feeling so much better. As a first time patient, my personal take was seeing an office/waiting area full of people thinking it will take a long time since we are first time patients and having to fill out paperwork, but it was quite opposite. Realizing that there is only one doctor to service a room full of people quickly & efficiently, is wonderful. People are adjusted quickly, are up and going with a smile. Also, the quick forms to fill out using an iPad instead of writing down on paper (although that’s still an option), makes things go that much faster. Place is clean and ran like a well oiled machine! Person up front was great to talk to and quick! Looking forward to our next visit!

My first visit I was brought by my spouse, who decided to sign up. I filled out the forms but the girl up front was so snarky with any question I had, that I decided not to get any chiropractic done that day. Fast forward two months, I took a hard spill snowboarding and tweeked my neck. My spouse again asked me to give the Joint a second chance, so when I got a half day on Friday 01/19 I called the Vacaville location @ 11am and asked if I could pay a one time fee. The girl Natalie, told me that they were super busy but that she could get me in Saturday. I explained my injury and she set me up for an appointment @ 12pm noon for Saturday 01/20. I made no other efforts to see if another chiropractor was available elsewhere (wish I had). Saturday morning my wife joins me for my appointment in hopes they can squeeze her in as well since she’s a member. When we arrive 10 mins early there are 2 notes taped to the door. The larger note reads “No doctors onsite today, doctor called in sick. Can’t do chiropractic.” I may be paraphrasing but that’s the gist. The smaller note read “be back at 11:55”. So we waited till the young lady return. She was a rather short, very slim, dark haired girl; no name tag. I entered, she never said hello, only insisted there was no doctor available today but I could drive to the Davis location. I explained I had an appointment set for noon. She sighed, said a hollow “sorry” and then proceeded to inform me my two options were either I drive to Davis or she can comp me a visit Monday. I explained I’ll be in Modesto on Monday for work so that doesn’t really work. I then asked if she knowingly was the only one here today, and if so why not call the individuals with actual appointments, a phone call or text about the situation, so they didn’t waste there time believing they had an appointment to be at. I didn’t make another appointment because I believed I had one. What I really want more than a “comped visit” is the respect to inform me the doctor called in so don’t bother wasting your day and time believing you have plans at noon. Your company sucks. Your employees all suck. My wife is now cancel her membership as she got to witness this firsthand and no longer wants to be apart of The Joint. We will not be recommending your business to anyone in the armed forces or civilian world.

This place is okay if you don't have good insurance that covers your chiropractor visits. My problem is they try and get you to do a monthly plan. My significant other went here twice and cancelled. 8 months later I look at my benefit card that I used to pay for their visit and guess what? They were charging me 80 bucks a month. I went in and they claimed she didn't cancel it, did I get my money back? Of course not. We didn't even use their services and they were just charging me. They should probably make a conservative effort to let ppl know they are still getting charged. Not saying this is illegal but it's just bad business for someone that's lived in this town my whole life I expect businesses here to treat us like ppl not just a way to make a quick dollar.

Love love love Dr. Doan. As a 22 year old with medical issues that I feel like I have no relief to, going to her made me a joint chiropractic lifer. I cried walking out of my appointment LOL just from the relief and experience I had with her. She took her time making sure I felt understood and supported. I love going to the joint because they remember me and always make me feel special on my visits. I am a college student and the joint is a great option because you can go whenever. It is a walk in facility and rarely ever has a wait. It’s great for busy schedules but their quickness does not take away the quality of their work. I leave their feeling way less tense and so much better. All of the staff members are extremely nice and I highly recommend it!

I’ve been seeing Dr Doan for a few years now, and she has helped me through Achilles tendon pain, pain due to extreme sciatica, and shoulder and neck misalignment. I am a 71-year-old fitness instructor and would not have been able to get back in action nor sustain my activity level without her chiropractic treatments. Dr. Doan is a magician, swear. I went to Joint Chiropractic after having a weight lifting injury last year a few weeks shy from my first trip to Honolulu. After researching my options, TJC was the best fix for my budget. Dr. Doan was very VERY specific with my pain level. She knew the pain I was feeling and guessed how I’ve been walking based off that pain without me even telling her. The first adjustment I felt IMMEDIATE relief! My pain going from a 10 to a 6! I returned here and after my 10th visit I felt I didn’t need it. Anyways, a year later I went to a location closer to work in Walnut Creek. I don’t know what it was, I’ve been to that location when working with Dr. Doan before and decided to switch for commute time and convenience.. huge mistake. I bought 10 more visits and wasted 3 going to a new person.. he wasn’t at all thorough the way she was. It felt rushed and I left with more pain before and he said “You should have been better now, you should get an MRI” like what?! My pain went from 9 to 12 to 10 to 9!!!! I called Dr. Doan after that visit in tears. She was so sweet! She said she’d love for me to visit and see what she could do. Y’all.. Y’ALL! Again, anytime with Dr. Doan you WILL feel a change. This was a lesson learned for sure. Dr. Doan and the rest of the team there really care about how you feel and don’t rush patient after patient. It really makes a difference! I will not go anywhere else but here for adjustments no matter where I am! 10/10 would recommend this spot and this spot only! ^_^

I walked in, in pain hurting with a pinched nerve. Feeling un hopeful because the doctors I had seen previously just wanted to put me on pain meds, but not find the root of the problem. So I took matters into my own hands. Found The Joint Chropractic called and not only did they got me in at affordable price, they got me in right away. I hadn't slept a full night in 3 days and I left feeling so much better no more pinched nerve and I slept like a baby. I first heard about The Joint from a friend of mine. I have been to a Chiropractor before, but never here. I started having lower back pains and then it traveled to my upper back and neck. I was in quite a bit of pain and decided to try a Chiropractor again. I came to The Joint here in Vacaville and I’m glad I did. I have been working with Kimberlee and she’s amazing. My back pain and neck pain have since subsided and I’m finally able to get back in the gym. I highly recommend The Joint, as the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! I will be coming monthly for maintenance for the foreseeable future!

Dr. Doan is amazing! I have followed her from the Davis clinic and she had been nothing but remarkable. I feel very comfortable every time I go to this particular facility (The Joint Chiropratic). The front desk is respectful and friendly. Dr. Doan is the most caring doctor I have ever met. I was dealing with many health issues that included an array of specialists in hemotologist, gastrointerologist and neurologist from the top medical facilities in Northern California. None of them could get to the bottom of how to help me. Dr. Doan listened to me and my medical issues and recommended I take supplements as well as my weekly adjustments. I did what she told me and began to have immediate results. My quality of life has and continues to get better. Told to come in at 230 because chiropractor was going to lunch at 2. Get there at 230 and told she’s just now going to lunch. Filled out paperwork and waited until she came back at 3. 6-7people came in after us and Was adjusted while we waited in lobby with a newborn until 330 when we finally walked out never being adjusted. They Called us “your next” at 345. An hour and 15 mins after we arrived. Unprofessional and unorganized. Never go there it’s a waste of time and your day.

Wonderful place. I could barely stand up for more than 15 minutes at a time. Went in and walked out feeling at least 50 percent better. I am leaving to go out of town and feel confident knowing that I can visit a different location without going thru all the hassle of paperwork and explanations of how I feel. Let alone the wait time you usually go thru in a new place. You walk in scan your card the computer shows your problems and you get adjusted and walk out takes 10 to 15 minutes if busy.

This is probably one of the worst “Joints” I have been to. The girl at the front desk is not friendly at all. She was actually pretty unpleasant to interact with and had my upper back not been hurting like it was, I would have turned around and left. If you’re unhappy and don’t like your job- then why work there? The female chiropractor is alright but I definitely wouldn’t go back to see her. She made my pain worse! Today I can’t even move, whereas yesterday I at least could. It seemed like all she wanted to do was push a package or membership as well. It’s a turn off when it seems like they care more about money than the patient/client. We have a toddler so my husband was waiting in the car with her until I got done so he could go in and get adjusted as well. As soon as I got outside and told him about my experience- he decided not to get adjusted here. I would say find a new receptionist- that’s your first step. However, from the looks of the past reviews- it doesn’t seem like you really care to do anything of the sort.

I drove to the Vacaville to go to the Joint from Napa. It seemed like the most affordable. I’ve been in a lot of pain and since losing my job and health insurance due to the pandemic . I walked in and was immediately taken aback by the receptionist with how curt and rude she was and how she talked to me like a child. I get it if people are being awful to you, but I honestly just walked in the door and was asked to be seen. I should have walked out right then as I felt so uncomfortable. I’m in the industry and already a calm person and would never treat another with disrespect. I met the Dr for about a minute of my issues. He told me he’d like to see me once a week and let’s get on a plan. He then tried my neck and then took a call. He came back and tried my upper back and quit and sent me off. Didn’t try anything else. You’d like to get me on a plan of coming back once a week but won’t even try to help me one time?. I went to my car and cried out of frustration. Please do not waste your money here and go to a real chiropractor. You are just a number.

This is an awesome joint...lol It's a fast pace visit at most times, but not at all when it comes to the care that Dr. Doan has for you here. She seems to be more interested in how she can fix your alignment issues more long term, over cracking you up then on to the next. My personal experience for this location is built up of over a year of weekly visits. Dr. Doan is uniquely knowledgeable to the care needed to meet my needs. As well as what is required by me to upkeep this stature of mine. Oh... and she adjusts horse's too!! So you know she got hands. Absolutely recommend

The process was extremely easy. Spent about 10 minutes doing initial paperwork. Got in with a doctor almost immediately after the paperwork. Dr. Felix was extremely knowledgeable, explained a lot about chiropractic work as it was my first visit to one. We went over my problem areas and possible factors into the pain and discomfort. He did some muscle tests and after targeting some problem areas he went ahead with a very quick adjustment (a couple minutes at most) and then did some quick muscle tests after. After the adjustment and during the muscle tests he was able to show me immediate differences and explained more of the process. I highly recommend this location. The hours of operation are very flexible to work with different schedules and the plans are flexible as well and easy to understand.

Went in for an adjustment after waking up with back pain. Was able to get in same day, had a consultation, and received a realistic plan to help correct my spinal position that can give me continuous relief. Would highly recommend this location.

So theirs a little bit of a tact issue with how they may choose to direct their customers on what to do. One of them chose to full palm drop both hands on top of my butt to let me know that is where he wanted my hands, when he could’ve just told me and if it was wrong direct my arms. However the chiropractics in itself are helpful and done well

Letty the receptionist was very helpful, and the place was properly maintained and clean. I went in to see Dr. Moody unfortunately he was not available at the time and I ended up trying the other chiropractor, my body was sore and muscles are stiff I was in pain. After a few muscle test, Dr. English proceeds with the adjustment, it was painful and feeling was horrible (remember I mentioned I was in pain and all) but after some movements I felt some relief- better than when I first walked in thru the door. Yeah I walked in with severe pain I walked out with some flexibility. Thank you “The Joint” for assisting me.

Always a pleasant experience when I see both Dr. Moody and Dr. Viscusi. I came in about a month ago with annoying an horrible back pain to find out I had my 5th vertebra out of alignment. I signed up for a Wellness Package and have been going weekly. My back has been hurting less and less each week. Thank you so much! Along with that the women that run the front desk are always extremely nice and the place itself has a relaxing atmosphere and appears so clean and well kept!

Horrible experience, I’d give them no stars if I could. Went in with back problem. After few movement examination, doctor told me I’ve scoliosis that he can fix if I came in for six+ months and sign up for their membership plans with ridiculous termination condition. I didn’t want to sign up but decided to give this place a try for few session. My condition didn’t improve at all. So I went to see other chiropractor in town whom took x-ray, told me I’ve no such condition and fixed my back problem after two visits. Terrible place, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Very glad that I didn’t sign up for their membership on the first visit.

Very convenient payment plans. Excellent care. The doctors here care and remembered my specific case even though they are very busy. They always have time to see me when I go in and their hours are very convenient for someone like me who has non traditional work hours. My back feels so much better since I started coming here. I highly recommend!
