I have no problem with the actual chiropractors. I have a problem with how often there’s no one there. It seems most Mondays and Fridays there’s a problem and no one shows up. The reason I left my last chiropractor was because of erratic hours, and I certainly hope that somebody figures out what the problem is so I can have consistent Visits.

Schoneberger and Dr. Vanderhyde both do a fantastic job in helping me address my concerns. I started my initial consulting with Dr. Vanderhyde who was relatable with the gaming experience and helped me understand with more detail on what issues he is seeing. He encouraged me to try to also go with Schoneberger who has a different way of helping align. I've started working out on top of sitting and typing many hours (10+ hours) in front of the computer/laptop with varying levels of comfort and ergonomic. I appreciate that they take the time to listen to my concerns and and guide me through the session in a more gentle manner. I can definitely feel the improvement. You have to be consistent in coming to them weekly to see the improvement. For example, I somehow locked my jaw and it was hard to even chew and eat a strawberry. I went to the Calabasas location and didn't feel much improvement in the jaw region, so after 2 days I went back to this location (closer to my work office). After 1 session I could already feel the great relief, and they made me aware that there will still be minor pain and gave me their recommendation on what I can do to relief the pain. After the 2nd session (~2 days later), I felt the pain and inflammation was barely there, they noticed it and still decided to do some adjustments to ensure it will continue on it's a good path. Now, it felt as if the pain was never there to begin with! To compare the other practices I've been to (Calabasas and Van Nuys), I would recommend coming here. This location's team feels more customer-focused orientated, and look at the whole body to do adjustments (not just the spine). They also use a tools to help the process of adjustment. Other locations they have higher amount of high rating but I felt more "handled", not listened to as much (don't feel like they took the time to do checks), and feel way more rushed even when there is barely anyone there. Definitely highly recommend anyone to come to this location! Parking: Great! Can always find parking. Wait Time: 10-30 minutes (acceptable to me, bring a good book or your phone) Check In: Seamless (if you don't have your membership card then just give them your phone # and they can check you in) Price: Affordable!

I absolutely enjoy going to the joint ! Unfortunately at this location there is a wait and one of the Drs doesn’t give you cues when to inhale or exhale. That can be frustrating especially when you aren’t sure when he is going to adjust you and he then just does. But Regardless of the location, I always leave feeling incredibly rejuvenated and back to normal without pain or feeling tense. Thank you for your wonderful work!!

I had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Lee at The Joint Chiropractic in Valencia. On 8/11/25, I courageously shared that I am a trauma survivor and respectfully asked Dr. Lee to explain in advance which adjustments or areas of my body he would be working on so I could feel safe. Unfortunately, he did not honor this request and proceeded with adjustments without explanation or consent, which left me feeling violated and retraumatized. Still in pain and emotionally shaken, I drove to The Joint in Mission Hills, where I was treated by Dr. Alene Wafers—a chiropractor with an exceptionally kind and empathetic demeanor who helped me feel safe and respected throughout the visit. Additionally, the weekend hours at the Valencia location are inconsistent, which adds to the frustration. I urge The Joint Corporate to take this matter seriously: Conduct a site review of the Valencia location. Implement mandatory trauma-sensitivity training for all employees—especially office staff and chiropractors—to ensure every patient feels safe, respected, and informed. Given that research shows 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have experienced interpersonal-violence trauma, The Joint Corporate should make trauma-sensitivity and trauma-informed care a top organizational priority. Doing so is not only responsible—it’s essential.

I went there once and it has been the only time a chiropractor has adjusted me and hurt my neck and back. They had a promotion and I signed up thinking might as well get 3 extra adjustments but after the first I knew I didn't want to go back. Also, later I found out there were allegations of a camera being placed inside the bathroom here. Definitely not a place I would trust.

Funny, their rating was like 4.1 stars just a year ago and I've noticed a lot of reviews removed. Most negative reviews are because of their inconsistent operating hours or that chiropractor that put a camera in the bathroom. I have to leave a new review though for the chiropractor with long gray hair. STAY AWAY. He really doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to chiropractic care and will exacerbate any issue you have.

I really tried giving these guys a chance. They open at 10 am but never have chiropractors available at that time so they just put up a sign apologizing. I've gone about 7 times so far around 10 am and I've only been adjusted twice at that time. Every other time they have that sign up. It's really poor business practice to say you open at 10am only to turn away customers because your chiropractors can't be on time.. don't support this behavior..find a different chiropractor.

Raced here from up North on I5. I show up at 6:55 pm (5 minutes before closing soon at 7:00pm) They won’t see me and had the door locked. Terrible service from front staff and the actual chiropractor himself. I’d give less than one star if I could. They are in the wrong industry. So much for caring service. I needed an adjustment so I called the Santa Clarita/Valencia office first to make sure they were open. After driving an hour, I arrived at 3:30pm, door was locked. someone inside saw me and opened the door. I told the receptionist that this was my first visit, they said we don’t take new clients after 3pm. I said I had called prior to driving an hour and nowhere on the voicemail message or signage in the office did it say anything about new patients arriving prior to 3pm. She checked with the doctor and he said no. Very disappointing! Won’t be going back!

Dr. Vanderhyde and all other chiropractors I’ve seen here are fantastic, this 2 star review isn’t reflective of their care, they deserve 5/5. The problem I have with this location is that over the 4 years I’ve been going here, the hours aren’t consistent and half of the time there will be a sign on the door that says “no longer taking patients for the day”. It’s really frustrating when you drive all the way here just to be told they’re “overbooked for the day”. It seems as though this is one of the busier locations so management should assess the need to hire more staff.

Horrible place please stay away the chiropractor didn’t even crack my back all they do is tell you to take deep breaths and slam your body up against their bed and make a loud noise to make you think they are doing something. They also try to hustle you out of your money by telling you, you need to come back to start some kind of treatment, but in all reality when you come back, they don’t know what’s going on from the last time. Horrible place stay away

I have a monthly Joint membership and have used a few locations and the staff on Mcbean are all the best. I feel like there is a difference between how they feel my back and make sure to address all the pain I am having post surgery. If you are just looking for an occasional alignment I recommend buying a block of sessions. Sometimes I miss my 4 visits a month on my monthly membership and they don't roll over so just be sure to not skip weeks! I do wish you could roll over a visit each month so it's not a loss but it's on me to make it in.

Have been disputing charges with this company that i did not authorize two months in a row now, and they continue to keep charging me even after i filled out a cancellation and asked to be done with them. when i first signed up, the company "accidentally" charged me 6 times and i also had to dispute those. I contacted them for assistance and the last message they sent was "We apologize for any inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns" after not offering assistance or a refund. Going through the bank now since they are no help

I've been coming to The Joint Chiropractic regularly since 2018 and been visiting this branch for 4 months now. I would say that this location lives up to the expectation (service, ambience, etc.) that you would also get from other branches. What I like most about this location is that I don't have to wait longer than 5-10 minutes to get service and that the DC's take their time during adjustments to fully address all my concerns for the day. I don't have a preferred DC but I happen to see Dr. Aaron for the most part and I would like to commend him for his exceptional service. So far, all DCs at this location are wonderful and very professional.

The service is okay, but know that if you sign up for a membership, you have to go in person to cancel it. That is very bad business practice and makes this place feel like a scam. (Has BBB complaints.) Edit: Cancelled back in May. Got charged in June, July, and August, all of which I got refunded. When I called this most recent time, they still had me as an active membership, to which apparently they cancelled again. Really, really poor experience. Do not sign up.

Signed up in March, today I drove the hour from my house to get an adjustment for some wicked neck pain to find that for the THIRD time since enrolling the location had no available chiropractors for the day. This is absolutely inexcusable...especially since I only have 2 visits left on my contract which just so happens to be apart of their TWO MONTH MINIMUM package to enroll. Absolutely terrible. The three other times I had to re-route and commute the additional 30+ minutes to their other locations located in Porter Ranch and North Hollywood! Don’t waste your time or money folks.

Dr. Singer is just great. I've gone to other Joints, but he really is good knows how to see where the binding is, where the muscle has restricted movement. I've done chiropractic for yr .s, but his experience is way beyond the many I've seen. He s good to listen and he gets it, very fast. Since I've gone to him zima standing firmly on.my feet balanced, standing straighter and he s unlocking a frozen shoulder for which five had a difficult time sleeping on for over a 2 yr, period. Much more experience than so many. If you haven't tried him, do it you will experience change. Thanks for bringing him there.

I'd give zero stars if I could. For a "medical office" they were not professional in the least. They didn't understand California Laws in which you can not without documents from a parent. I had to wait for the "receptionist" to call "corporate" to verify. Even though this conversation was already had between me, the receptionist and "corporate" the week prior. I waited in the office as they scrambled to figure out how to get medical records which should be pretty basic if you are a legit medical office. Mean while five patients came in and went within a 30 second to 1 minute window and I was told they were swamped and it was "hard for them to get right now.". I even had one person come out to apologize for them taking so long and I was asked if I lived far away possibly hinting at this might be awhile. I stayed in the lobby until they produced the documents. By the time I got the 2 page "doctor notes", I had to call back and request the intake paper work. Which would cover the whole gamut of who brought him and why he was there with out consent. That took one hour. I really hope they honor not seeing my 8 year old son as a patient. I would have to bring them to court at that point.

I have had such a wonderful experience at this Joint location. Dr. Darling, Dr. V and Dr. Roger have all helped me so much. The doctors are great at placing special attention on the areas that are bothering me and they always ensure I leave feeling better and well-adjusted. Doctor wouldn’t help adjust me because I was in a major accident and on pain medication. My back was totally out and she refused to help fix my back. Obviously people come in to her place looking for relief and are in major pain and she refused to help me because I was on pain medication. She is a clueless, half of her patients are probably on pain medication but for some reason she took exception to me and wouldn’t adjust me as I begged her for some relief in my lower back/hips. I get tingling in my feet and numbness. I have stitches over my eye indicating I was just injured and she refused to help me becaus she didn’t like the way I looked. I told her this is a reoccurring back injury and exactly what needed to be done but was discriminated against., They wasted an hour of my time and I will never recommend someone who treats their customers this way ever. She obviously isn’t confident in her work because my normal chiropractor can fix my back in 30-60 sec. unfortunately he wasn’t open on Sunday but that’s okay because I’d never recommend this lady to anyone after the way she was treating me for being injured and in horrible pain. Very unprofessional!!

I have gone to Texas and CA locations and have been adjusted by about 5 different doctors. Each doctor has their different method, but all of them are pretty d**m good. It has been a good experience. The prices are quite competitive as well. Consistently good quality. adjustments. I went to a "full service" chiropractor in Palmdale/Lancaster and they were good as well, but EXPENSIVE. If you need routine adjustments ($60 per adjustment), x-rays ($150), and physical therapy ($1000 to 2000 plans) -- go to a full service chiropractor. They were good, don't get me wrong. However, I'm not made of money. If you just want regular frequent adjustments and have general aches and pains then these folks are for you. They have prevented a lot of injuries for me, too. Personally speaking, what I did/do is get 6-12 month xrays and diagnosis with a full service chiropractor and asked them WHAT was wrong and HOW to correct it, then got a personal trainer to do strength training to retrain my muscle, and the get adjusted 1-2x a week by these guys. I always make sure to ask these doctors their opinions and how they maintain their health and what they would recommend as well. Do what works for you. They make their service available and are always kind.

I have had some very bad injuries. Some problems I will be dealing with for the rest of my life. I have been to several chiropractors. Most can not adjust my neck correctly. At the joint I have found a few that can get it adjusted. My favorite is Dr. Wen. He will first stretch it then do several adjustments. It is his knowledge and experience that makes all the difference between me being in pain with a pounding headache or feeling good.

First time ever getting lit up like a glowstick. Front desk was extremely friendly going in. Small wait time but not so terrible since you have to fill out paperwork. Dr. Fish was amazing. I was pregnant for basically 2 years straight with back to back babies. He fixed my alignment in my hips, neck, and back. I feel so much better leaving the practice.

Dr. Fish does the best job adjusting me. I've been having trouble with neck stiffness and tension in my upper back. I do mostly office work and he's really worked with me throughout the years whenever I've had an issues. He's attentive and works well with your personal needs and I highly recommend working with him if you have the opportunity.

We've been going to The Joint for around 5 years and specifically schedule our appointments to use Dr. Fisher since trying him the 1st time. I've had varied levels of "good" treatments from all other chiropractors (no real complaints) at other locations but Dr. Fisher stands out for a variety of reasons. He's very friendly but always professional. His exam is quick but it has always felt thorough. Adjustments are as short or long as is necessary to fix the problem. I've never felt rushed but also he doesn't make me wait. His treatment goes right to the source of the problem. I've deliberately not told him where on my back is hurting to see if his exam is thorough enough to find the cause, and within several seconds, he finds it. I've had other chiropractors use the same techniques each time, regardless of what is bothering me ... almost feels like an assembly-line mentality. No assembly-line experience with Dr. Fisher.

Dr. Fish is a nice guy and makes sure I am adjusted properly every week. Since I have been going here weekly, my lower back pain is so much more manageable. It is well worth the 70/ month. I can also go in whenever it suits my schedule and be in and out quickly. I highly recommend this place if you have body pains or are over 40.

I have had many exceptional chiropractors treat me, and Dr. Fish is at the very top. I've only been adjusted once by Dr. Nguyen, but his caliber is right up there. They are both personable, caring, and extraordinary practitioners. After having been away from chiropractic care for way too long, I'm so grateful to have found them. I was a mess! I went in almost every day for a week! And each time I got adjusted and corrected, more and more joints released and mobility returned. I felt more relief, and more properly human. I cannot recommend them, and consistent chiropractic care enough.
