You are what you eat, and this statement couldn't be any more true. But let's be real: Dieting is hard. It's tedious and mentally stressful. Luckily, changing your diet isn't the only route to better health. If you are ready to improve your health but you're not ready to attack your diet just yet, take a look at these three reasons why you don't even have to worry about it right now.
