Staying in shape shouldn't feel like work. OK, it should feel a little bit like work because it takes time and dedication to make it happen. But staying in shape should also feel like fun. It should be something you actually enjoy doing. If it's too strenuous or too much of a chore, you won't stick with it. Many are confused by the thought that working out can be fun -- but it can definitely be something to look forward to. Something to enjoy. How?
