    I stopped in at The Joint to participate in their current offer. I just walked in filled out a few forms and was met almost immediately by one of the practitioners. The experience was awesome, easy and very affordable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It was so nice to just walk-in and have a treatment. I drive across the country a lot and I like the idea of being able to find a location that you can just walk-in and say you are a patient and get a treatment. They also offer plans that can meet many needs and make it affordable. No excuse now not to take care of ourselves. Feeling pretty good this morning. Thank you

    Dr. Jill is a warm and knowledgeable chiropractic magician. 30 minutes after my appointment my issue was 90% better. It was easy and quick. Just note, It’s an open-concept appointment space so you have to be comfortable discussing your aliments in front of other patients. But I was a fan, overall!

    They have great chiropractors, but becareful when signing anything. They showed me and my wife and 2 month package and when we signed it it was a 3 month package and did not even tell us and said that we signed it and that there is nothing we can do . We where told that we where getting the 2 month and that was the one we said we wanted. I think they where so crooked by doing this . I will never go to this one again. It's not about the money. It's there integrity. If someone says I'm giving you a 2 month and then lies and puts a 3 month without our knowledge, that to me tells me they are people who I will not do buisness with honesty And a place that you can trust. Be carefull. Make sure you read the paper work before you sign.

    I was a little skeptical about going to this practice. The staff was friendly. I got that one on one to explain what’s going on and what exercises to do to help my progress. First time I get a decompression of my neck which I really needed. This is the place I was looking for. Plus they are open on Saturday. I definitely recommend.

    Went in thinking there was no way to feel better since I am fused from T10- pelvis. I’m always in pain, plus the migraines are awful from the nerve damage. However Dr.Jill, DC. Was great she was able to release tension in my neck and shoulder. As much as I miss the “traditional “ adjustment due to my surgeries I have to say I feel better. And if they can continue to help me I’ll take this over facet injections any day. I know it will take time but I’m happy! ?

    I was greeted by Jeanette and she was friendly and courteous. Dr. Karen did an amazing job with my upper back, shoulders, and neck strain. She took her time and talked me through my issues. She also put cream and massaged my neck muscles. This is my 6th time in various Joint locations and she was the first to do this for me. It was a painful, but good feeling. I melted away from the clinic. I travel often but will be back in Visalia as this is where my family lives. I highly recommend Dr. Karen. Thank you!

    If you don't plan on getting one of their packages, don't waste your time or money here. I was severely out of alignment, so I found a chiropractor that would take me asap. All the chiropractors that take my insurance were 2-3 weeks booked out. Joint was able to get me in the same day with paying cash. So I figured I would see them to get some relief till I could get in at the other place. I was told multiple times about how I should spend my money with them in between the chiropractor asking me about my pain etc. After 30 mins of this crap he finally popped my neck, shook my hand and told me have a good day. I've been in pain for the last 2 days after he popped my neck. Very frustrating that money is more important than the welfare of the customer.

    After I filled out the medical questionnaire that seemed to take forever, it was 14 pages long. Dr Carlos said let me get you some immediate relief. Oh wow, was he right.     Where do I begin… First off let me preface this by saying Dr. Rae and Dr. Croft provide exceptional chiropractic care as well as provide knowledge on what you maybe going through. Now I will start to provide details on my horrendous experience on Wednesday March 13th at approximately 12:00 pm I went in to get a single adjustment this is my third time going in by the way and I was hoping to get adjusted for some upper back pain as well as neck pain. I went in hoping I would get adjusted by either Dr. Rae or Dr. Croft now Dr. Croft was present but busy with another customer so an older gentleman called my name and he was the one who would be doing my adjustment now as I explained to him what’s been bothering me and what’s been uncomfortable he proceeds to just give me an “ok” and lay me flat on my stomach and give me a half hearted attempt at adjust my back then proceeds to tell me I’m fine when clearly I’m not then he has me sit on a chair and “adjust” my neck no when I tell you that he over stretched the left side of my neck it’s an understatement I walked out of there in so much more discomfort then when I walked in. Please proceed with caution if you decide to let the older gentleman with a long grey beard adjust you, you may end up worse then before. It’s a shame and I’m hoping somehow someway the Joint can right this wrong and if not issue a refund at the very least have management reach out to me to discuss this matter.

    Evening after visiting I started experiencing worse back pain than I had before. Went to see my doctor and he said it was related to my visit. I had purchased 6 sessions day of appoint. I Emailed to attempt to get a refund and was refused due to payment already going through so that's just money wasted since I will not be visiting again. I recommend giving it a few days before agreeing to purchase additional sessions. 2 stars only due to other staff being friendly otherwise would be 1 star. Honestly feeling a little scammed. **UPDATE** I had reached out to the store manager and he said that he will not refund me since it's my choice not to go back and use the 6 sessions. I do not see the point in ME reaching out to them any further. If they wanted to reach out to me they have my information, and found it annoying that they ask I reach out after I already had instead of them reaching out to me.

    After my very first adjustment I can honestly say I felt a huge reduction in my pain level. I see Dr. Carlos and also Dr. Corey and they are both absolutely amazing at what they do.     I am Thankful for the Team at J. C. . I am especially Thankful for Dr. Croft. I had an intense situation, I was a bit scared and he seen to it that I had what I needed to help in my healing properly. He recommended the spa, cold packs and every other day visits till we can get my neck loose for an adjustment.     First time coming to The Joint in Visalia. I had always travelled south to The King of Cracks. After seeing Carlos for an adjustment there’s no need for me to take a long drive to Los Angeles.     I've gone to the Joint for about a month now. I came in with constant dull pain from my lower back down to my leg. After three weeks of adjustments (twice a week), the pain did not come back! It's such a relief to just be able to exist without back pain. Now I continue to go each week to maintain my progress. All the doctors I've worked with (Dr. X, Dr. Croft, Dr. Carlos, and Dr. Johnson) are great--all very nice and all very professional. I've never had a bad experience with any of them.     I had so much pain on my right side and it was hard to walk, I was taking pain medication every 4 to 6 hours and the pain was not going away.     Long story short, I was visiting my parents from out of town. I was doing a few errands and some repairs around their house. Next thing I knew I had a pinched nerve in my neck and upper back. I called a few chiropractors and nobody called back or could see me. I ran across The Joint, and saw that they took walk in patients. The Visalia office is really nice and clean, the gal at the front desk was very nice and professional, I filled out my papers and I didn’t wait long before I was called back. Dr. Croft, I think his name is, was very empathetic, knowledgeable and explained everything as we went along. I went back today, before leaving town. I’m happy to say I’m feeling so much better! I definitely recommend them! Thank you!

    I love the people, they are very friendly in the front desk. The chiropractors are great and always receive me with a friendly smile. One thing I like is that they are animal friendly. I took my dog there once and they all treated him with so much love.

    I like coming in on Saturdays to get adjusted after a long week of work. Staff is always so friendly helpful. Doctors are really good and listen to patients concerns.
