I Love Dr. Kasab and why this location got 2 stars, but cannot stand Sarver he is arrogant, pompous, and obnoxiously loud. I will not see him and have left in the past if he is only one here. I came to The Joint after spending a full month dealing with a debilitating case of vertigo. The Joint Chiropractic Is Could be better as to the billing side of things but the people who actually do the adjustments are good at what they do! The billing side of things is a 100% Joke I say that cause the Joint Chiropractic Business Wants people to sign up for a longterm contract where they bill you charge your credit card monthly cause it’s mandatory to have a credit card on file in order to get adjusted unless you want to pay $55 per visit So to me personally don’t do the credit card charge monthly cause if you don’t go to all of your schedule adjustments per month they are still going to charge you every month! It’s like you are buying a membership to a gym Strong Pass On The Monthly Credit Card Charge! No Thanks

I didn’t want to get the app bc of storage issues on my phone but you pretty much have to, the amount of times I’ve driven across town to a different location to get a different doctor that actually helps me just to end up with that same doctor is ridiculous. Today I told the doctor I got no relief from him using the activator and instead of simply doing something different he told me to come back another day for a different doctor. I’m so tired of paying $80 a month to get zero relief and leave the office sobbing in pain almost every time because only a couple doctors in the whole city are able to give me relief and you have to go hunting for their location every single time you want to go. I used to be happy with the joint but this has been a problem almost every time I go for the past several months. Seriously reconsidering my membership here

Dr Kassab took the time to explain the ins and outs. Asked enough questions to find out if there were any issues he should be aware of before doing any type of adjustments. My fiance and I had new patient appointments scheduled at 4 pm. We show up and there's a sign stating no new patients due to lack of front desk staff. I understand understaffed, but it's bad business practice to keep appointments you cannot fulfill. A call would have been great, we could have made other arrangements but planned our day around this appointment. Hopeful to find a different and better chiropractor in the area. (I suggest training the doctors how to use the scheduling system, I'm confident they can work a computer)

I’ve seen other chiropractors before, but this is the first place that identified my neck issue before I even explained it from a car accident about 35 years ago. He addressed it, and while the crack was loud and a little terrifying, the relief was instant and incredibly relieving. It’s a pain I’ve had for so long that I didn’t even realize the issues from it or how much discomfort I have been living in! I’m definitely going back and signed up for a very affordable plan.

Made a 10am first appt and filled intake paperwork. Waited over 30 mins as 7 others were seen before me. When I asked why I wasn’t seen first the lady at the desk told me I was next…there were 3 more who would have been seen before me if I hadn’t said anything. This place is a money factory getting as many people through and out the door to make revenue. As a new patient it takes 30 minutes vs 3-5 minutes for returning customers. Not a legit place and don’t waste your time with these corporate franchise operations. You wasted my morning.

Read the fine print before you sign. They charged my card for another years service when my son verbally told them to cancel last spring. Sadly my expectations were not met at this facility. Upon signing up for a plan, my personal information was not entered into their system correctly so they never addressed me by my correct name. They did not input my email address in their system even though I provided it on the forms I filled out. I was told I would receive an email about my plan with more details but never received it. Then later found out there were polices in my plan that I didn't know about because I never got the email I was promised which led to an unexpected charge after ending my plan. I'm giving a 2 star and not a 1 because the staff was very friendly but in my opinion they were not upfront/clear about the plans and the multiple charges that come with them

Overall the DRs are great but leave no mistake this is another franchise location that is only concerned about money. Requested to have my membership cancelled after 2 months and gentlemen at the front desk said thats no problem and he would take care of that for me. I moved out of state and was charged for my 3rd month. I emailed the GM stating that i was unaware there was a cancellation form or i would have cancelled right away and he said there is nothing he can do. Your the GM you have the ability to make those changes and grant exceptions or refunds. Robert Murray Area Director & General Manager do better my friend. You're in that position to do right by situations like this and you have failed. Not a large or out of pocket request but hard to find businesses that do the right things these days.

The doctors are pretty nice, but the treatments are not as good as I would like. My prior chiropractor is amazing, and always fixed everything the first time, but took 2 weeks to schedule an appointment. That is why I was so excited for the Joint, as you can walk in anytime, for a low monthly cost. Unfortunately, it takes multiple doctors multiple times to correctly adjust a specific problem. This happened to me now twice, as well as my sisters who I signed up for a different location. After telling a few different doctors multiple times a specific problem, they are not thorough, and took me 7 different appointments for one of them to finally fix a neck and shoulder problem I was having. I was told that I was just sore from the adjustment, but that was not the case. I just was not adjusted correctly, and a nerve was pinched. I went in yesterday for a different problem in my mid-back, and was adjusted, but today the same exact problem is there, and I will have to go back today since it is unbearable. This is a great treatment for weekly maintenance when things are well, but when there is a specific problem, the doctors don't seem to quite get it. UPDATE, the doctors at the Hampden and Tower location seem to get it better than at the Southlands location, but not as convenient for me. Update 7/17. Same experiences with the doctors. I like to rotate the doctors since they all do things differently, and some procedures are better than others depending on the need. The receptionist Tinsae at Southlands location is very sweet and helpful! UPDATE 8/13. Dr. Sarver and Dr. Bushur at the Southlands location are absolutely horrible chiropractors and are a joke with no real skills nor proper training. After routinely attending mostly this location for several months, I started having severe neck and shoulder issues. After having nearly daily visits over a 2 week period in attempt to relieve the pain I was having, I felt ridiculed and not listened to by either of them when I tried to voice that something was not right, and the root of the problem was not being addressed. Neither could identify the issue, barely would break free from their quick and untrained routine of techniques, and talked to me as if I were crazy because they "already adjusted me". After making an appointment with my previous chiropractor that is not affiliated with The Joint, she was able to quickly identify that I had 3 upper ribs out of place that have been that way for a while, and now a pinched nerve...which neither Dr. Sarver nor Dr. Bushur identified nor corrected, and in all likelihood, made worse. I am now in progress of being repaired over time with my previous chiropractor, and will be canceling my membership immediately. I do not suggest these horrible guys claiming to be chiropractors, as they give the wonderful profession a super bad reputation.

Very disappointed today with my visit. Had female Dr who didn't seem to want to read my chart and adjust me accordingly . Feel like I was ripped off for my visit today . I visit different joint locations as I travel for work have never had such a quick non caring experience. Also being demanded to produce a photo ID is unprofessional. The doc i see there is really good! He doesn't just drop you on a table he asks questions and observes before he adjusts. He takes the time to evaluate your progress on a regular basis. One of the best chiro's I've been too!

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Kassab. I have been recovering from breathing issues for months. The strain from my lungs caused extra issues with all the supporting muscles. I had been coming regularly to increase my recovery. The adjustments helped and I was satisfied. When Dr. Kassab started i was seen by him. That first session he did a deep dive and really took time to address the root issue. That next week I felt better than I have in 4-5 months! Normally I’ve had good experiences with adjustments here but today’s visit was definitely “lacking”. I haven’t been in to see them in about 6 weeks. My back was feeling out of sorts and wanted an adjustment. The doc brought me back, I laid on my stomach and he proceeded to stretch my back out a bit. Like I said it’s been a few weeks so I expected not a lot of movement. He tried doing some press down adjustments as he stretched out my back. Nothing. I turned over to lay on my back. He got a small adjustment there. Had me flip back onto my stomach…a few more stretches but not adjustment attempts. That was it! He told me to come back again and it would take a few more attempt to get movement back in my body. No hip adjustments, nothing. I was on the table probably less than 3 minutes. Normally I get my spine/back adjusted, my neck adjusted, and then both sides adjusted using my bent leg as a fulcrum to get the lower SI areas moving. I know I was pretty tight and locked up but this adjustment made me feel like he didn’t even try that hard. I give it a 4 stars as I usually get very good adjustments here. Could have just been an off day for this doc.

So far I have had a great experience with everyone I have seen, the only uncomfortable experience I have had was when my neck was cracked while I was sitting up which I have never experienced before. The only issue I have with Joint Chiropractic at all is their lack of online receipts, especially because most people are using FSA/HSA funds as they do not take insurance. If this can be corrected 5/5 stars!

The joint in the southlands as really gone down hill in the last year. I am very unhappy with the services the doctors provide. If you do go to this location request to only see Dr. Sarver. He is an excellent Dr. But if he is busy or not there its not worth your money or time. I have now switched locating because of the poor service that is provided at this location

The best chiropractic experience I've had in 15 years. Dr. O'Grady really listened to my issues and showed compassion. He gently adjusted me given the severity of my pain, and referred me to a physician. The wait wasn't bad at all. I was worried going to a "chain" chiropractor, but so glad I went.

I’ll start by saying Dr. Sarver is so incredibly wonderful at what his does. He is without a doubt the best chiro I’ve ever been too. He is the only reason I continued my membership here as long as I did. I learned to only be seen by him as every other chiro there left me in more pain then when I arrived or did nothing at all to make my issue better. The front desk staff for as long as I have been going has always left something to be desired. On multiple occasions I almost interjected as they spoke rudely to customers who had every right to be upset. The Joint charges people a monthly fee, refuses to take appointments and then gets so busy in the evenings that getting there an hour or more before close won’t even get you seen. I originally joined during covid when it was appointment only. I had a running appointment every week at the same time and never had any issues. Since going back to the walk in model I never know if I’ll be able to actually get seen. I cancelled my membership as there’s no point in paying for a service that I can’t use. Pretty disappointed.

They sold me a plan I didn't know was a monthly recurring plan. For the past 8 months, they have been withdrawing $79 from my HSA credit card without notifying me. I just found out because I needed to get me balance on the HSA and saw the recurring charge. They have my email. As a matter of good faith, they could notify, on a monthly basis that a charge would be made against an account.

The doctors are fine, no complaints about them. It’s the front desk girl that is awful!!!!! If you are a few minutes late for your appointment she won’t let you in. We were 5 minutes late and waited in the waiting room for another 5 minutes for her just to tell us we couldn’t be seen. Another time we were on time for our appointment and was told we had to wait outside... we waited 15 minutes standing outside. Her fault again! We will be finding somewhere else to go. Somewhere that actually cares about their patients.

I think the price is great; however, you get what you pay for. I dislike that every time I go I see a different provider and there is a drastic difference in the quality of care from provider to provider. I wish I could see the same provider every week instead of never knowing who I’m going to get or if the adjustment is worth the visit. Sadly, I would thus far it is not.

Very disappointed tried to get an appointment they told me on the phone because I was in a car crash 3 years ago they wouldn’t see me then the doctor got on the phone and said she would schedule the appointment but it would be up to the doctor on staff for the day. ? got their filled out 50 forms and the “doctor “ 12 year old on staff was like nope ? we can see you. Awful customer service! First, let me explain that The Joint charges in advance (not in arrears) for monthly membership fees, which is total fine - I just wanted to set that stage for those not familiar with their billing process. My billing cycle is on the 26th of every month. On 03/26, my HSA Visa was charged as usual. On 03/27 (as confirmed by Amber M.), the clinics around the metro area started closing due to the pandemic. So from 03/27 through 04/26, I obviously could not use any of the 4 visits I’m entitled to from my membership. Mind you that The Joint had also freezed everyone’s membership and did not bill for the following month (in my case, would’ve been 04/26) due to the closures, which works out just fine. They then reopened around the first week of May, but with only limited resources (one doctor per site) and can only be seen by appointments. So I was able to make an appointment mid-May (05/15 maybe) and last Friday, 05/22. Today (05/29), I had an appointment at 4:30 PM and arrived just a few minutes early. Scanned in my membership key fob, but the coordinator at the front desk (Bessy) informed me that my last automated billing (05/27) had failed as my HSA Visa had just expired (May 2020) when they attempted to charge it for the following month of service – would be for June. Bessy, then informed me that she could not check me in unless the system is updated with my payment card - understandable. I then asked Bessy politely if they can just see me now for my appointment since I was already there and didn’t want to have to reschedule my appointment, and I can call her immediately when I get home with the new expiration date (and also given that I had remaining unused visits from the March billing as explained earlier), but she apparently couldn’t do that either as she called another clinic. On a side note, when I initially signed up last year, I also didn’t have my HSA Visa with me at that time, but it wasn’t an issue. The doctor had performed my initial consultation and as soon as I got home, I called immediately with my HSA card so they can use it for my monthly membership fee. All has been good since. Going back to today’s appointment, I then asked (again calm and politely) if there was someone in billing or a corporate office I can contact regarding this matter, but before she can answer, the doctor (Dr. Phil Sarver) must have heard our conversation over the wall while he was working another patient, went up to the front and gave me this snarky response that “if we can’t check you in, then you can’t be seen”, so essentially telling me to go home, bring an updated payment card and make another appointment. Ok, so I’m in my 40’s, a responsible and working professional at Boeing. I have always been a kind and reasonable gentleman, but this response from Dr. Sarver pretty much put the nail in the coffin for me. I find it extremely rude and lack of customer service for the way he came across. It’s as if I didn’t even get a chance to finish my sentences. I’m very understanding, but I would at least expect The Joint to be understanding as well, given we as patients have also been patient and understanding with their situation. This is such an awful and frustrating experience for me. I think I would not have made this to a big deal if Dr. Sarver could’ve at least shown a bit of empathy rather than his snarky response. I had an appointment and they could’ve at least fulfilled that appointment given I had unused visits from previous billing cycle I could not use due to the closures.

I have seen chiropractors since I was twelve. I have always boasted about and recommended chiropractic treatments. I was even a certified C.A. (chiropractic assistant) in my 20's in the state of Nevada. Today I took my husband to the Joint Chiropractic, which I have been a patient at for a few years. Great place at a great price! I am a bodily injury adjuster for a major car insurance company and handle injury claims on a daily basis. I dislike seeing people going to chiropractors charging over $200/visit. This place is quick and simple and has very flexible hours that include weekends while most other offices are open only during business hours and no weekends making it inconvenient for most of us. A monthly membership is $49 for 4 visits but if you want a basic adjustment with no membership you're paying $20 for an adjustment. Spending over $200 for a visit is ridiculous honestly for the same amount of manipulations. My back hurts from riding my motorcycle due to the hunched riding position as well as from snowboarding. This is a cheap and quick way to feel better.

Affordable, convenient, and friendly. Joe is my favorite. He is very caring and listens. The only thing I do not like is the setting. I think that it could be set up for a little more privacy. It is hard to talk to the chiropractors about things that are private to you because people are waiting to be adjusted 5 feet from you. Maybe asking the waiting clients to stay up front would make the patients feel a little more comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone seeking chiropractic care.

I had been in a car accident 3 years ago. I did the treatment but my lower back was never the same. Over the years I just got used to it. One day I drove by The Joint and I thought I'd try it out. I started frequenting this office because it was the closest to my home. They have many different chiropractors and usually they are good and polite with one exception – the guy with the glasses. When I walked in today both chiropractors were busy. He finished with his client and then took off to the back of the office while the other chiropractor worked on hers. He did not acknowledge me. Another client walked in and he came back, greeted her by name and proceeded to adjust her. The other chiropractor, seeing how he had clearly ignored asked me what was going on. I replied I didn’t know and she asked me if I wanted her to adjust me. There was another time when I asked this same chiropractor to adjust me in a specific way and he pretty much brushed me off in a very rude manner. I thought I was just a fluke and not bound to happen again, but after the kind of customer service I got today I am not so sure. I will never go back to this office as long as this man is working there. He was rude and offensive.

Why do they not have an option for a half of one star or even less? Because that is what this location deserves! My wife went in there today she has been a long time customer devoted to only that location and to only a couple of select chiropractors. She was treated so poorly by Dr. Phillip that she told him she would never be back to that location! He treated her with such disregard embarrassing her humiliating her and insulting her to the point where she walked out and that all happened before he started the adjustment! Just want to give everyone out there a heads up to not frequent this location only if you're feeling you would like to have bad customer service and be humiliated in the process should you go there!

Dr. Jeff is amazing! I drive 20 minutes out of my way to see him as he's helped me feel so much better. He doesn't just do the normal chriopractic motions, as he listens to what's bothering me and adjusts accordingly. He also knows that I drive out of my way to get there so he always tries to go the extra mile to stick around so I don't have to wait for him to come back from lunch or a break. Also the front desk folks know my name and are always friendly. I love this location and am happy to make the extra drive.

This was my very first time ever visiting a Chiropractor for a professional adjustment. I've had a long Army career and have had back , neck and knee pain for the longest time. Today I woke up with a lack in mobility in my neck. Causing me a hard time to look left or perform any head movement toward that side. Needless to say I was looking forward to trying something new finally. When I showed up I filled out a form and went through a detailed list of where and what my pain points were. I met with a Dr. Todd Odekirk , who thanked me for my service and brought me to the back to start my examination. He had a long winded speech about how posture and regular chiropractic adjustments were critical to overall health. He talked about how important it was for me as a military member to get adjustments due to our high impact activities such as shooting and weight bearing equipment. He talked about how they would be able to help with my knee and ankle pain as well. After his speech, I laid on the table so he could "Palpate" my spine and neck. I was put into 4 different positions (technically 2 ...same position but either side) so that he could adjust my back. My back popped once on either side. I then laid flat on my back and he proceeded to tell me he was going to adjust my neck. My neck was twisted to either side pretty quickly and rotated past the tops of my shoulders......nothing popped... He then helped me sit up and started talking about the wellness plans. As we walked to the front he asked me if I was Military because If I was they offer a discounted rate.....This was very confusing because we had a conversation 10 minutes earlier about how my service could have a lot to do with my pain. I honestly left that building feeling like another nameless body. Not to mention we didnt address my knee pain....I will not return to this practice, and I'm not sure how I feel about Chiropractic adjustments in general anymore...my neck still hurts and I feel like I wasted my money today.
