I’ve been seeing Dr. Erik for about a month and I can’t recommend him enough. He is incredibly kind, takes the time to really listen, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. When I first came in, I had a pulled muscle in my back, and I could barely sit or stand without pain and relied on a back brace. Thanks to his care I’ve made great process in a short amount of time. I’m no longer in pain and able to focus on other areas that have been bothering me. This was my first visit to The Joint specifically (though I have had chiropractor visits before). My husband visited first and encouraged me to go. I took a small fall and injured my neck, nothing too crazy but has been hurting for days. I have only had my first appointment and correction but I joined the monthly plan and will be taking advantage of all that brings. Donna at the front desk was a very kind soul and she was so informative. My adjustment was with Dr.Jeff Anderson. He listened intently and I was immediately at ease with his skill and compassion regarding pain. Overall there were all benefits and no downsides. LIFE CHANGING!! Literally never a bad adjustment. I normally see Dr. Jeff as he's extremely personable, but the other doctors here are also great! Dr. Kyle is knowledgeable and efficient, Dr. Justin is gentle and thorough. I come twice a week and won't go to another location as long as those 3 are here. I’ve never been in for chiropractic care, but I had back pain and was talked into trying it. The first session was pleasant but the second one resulted in 2 fractured ribs so thanks for nothing. I have been going to the Joint for a couple years now. I suffer from chronic tension headaches and migraines and I know the occurrence of them are greatly reduced by getting adjusted once per week. I usually use the HR branch and all the doctors there have been great. Several of them are fantastic and take the extra time to make a thorough assessment of what might currently br bothering you rather than a basic adjustment. I rarely wait more than 10 min or 2-3 patients, but the norm is I’m seen within just a couple of minutes of arriving. The receptionists there are great and friendly and know be by name. I would definitely recommend The Joint if you have back, neck or joint trouble, specifically the one in HR.

The Joint is the first membership I’ve signed up for that I didn’t have immediate regrets or let go to forget about it. I could not be happier I enrolled, especially at the Highlands Ranch location. I came in having a very difficult time even walking. After my 15 minute consult with Dr. Jeff, I was walking out in a much different fashion. Don’t get me wrong, I was still in pain but the intensity was lower and I had hope that it was going to continue to improve. I really appreciate that you can go anywhere at any time a location is open and have relief within 15-20 minutes of parking your car. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. I have traveled to quite a few clinics all over the Denver Metro area. Everyone has been kind and considerate with a big smile when you walk in the door. Even if it’s within 10 minutes to close. All the doctors have been wonderful, but I do have to say, I believe Dr. Jeff in HR is the best hands down. You can tell he has had a great career as a chiropractor and is passionate about what he does. I can’t ever thank him enough every time I go in. If you have children and can’t find a sitter, bring them with! I’m a single mother and my 3 year old joins me at the office often(my 9 year old also has come along many times too). She is always just as happy as I am there. The front desk staff is consistently amazing with her and offer coloring and/or candy to keep her engaged while I get adjusted. I’ve only had the membership about a month, but it already feels like family at the Highlands Ranch office. If I had to take off a star for anything, it would just be the parking situation. Especially at lunch time, it can be difficult to find a parking spot if you need to be closer due to a pain issue of some kind. I did want to ask the owner, when they were scouting properties, why they chose this location for a pain relief office when those coming in would have to walk quite a ways to be able to park their car? Even more so during winter months with the snow and ice. Please don’t let this issue detour you though. It’s worth the little inconvenience to see Dr. Jeff. I promise.

Went in because of the great reviews. Dr Jeff had some construed misguided bias about me. He gave me an incomplete adjustment with an attitude that felt spiteful, eye rolls included. The physician was very rude and he also hurt my back and caused me back pain for a full week. The worst back pain I have ever experienced. The company charged me an advanced charge of $89.00 for next month, and they refused to refund me after I complained about the service. Why would I pay for another month at this place? So I can buy some more back pain?? Edit*** as you can see by the company's response below, they refuse to refund me for advanced charges when I am no longer interested in their service. The right thing to do would be to give me my money back for services that I do not want, and have not yet received. Rather than do the right thing... and give me my money back... the company would rather post a generic apology message and throw in an advertisement campaign message. This business does not do the right thing, and one of their chiropractors will probably be rude to you and hurt your back like he did to me.

If you are looking for 5 star chiropractic care with no appointments needed, you will get just that when being adjusted by Dr. Jeff Anderson. I moved into the area early this year, it took me a couple of months to find Jeff but once I did I have not seen anyone else. He spends the time to do a complete adjustment every time and makes sure to care to specific target areas. I come in once a week for my full body adjustment. Donna is always so friendly and helpful at the front counter. These two make this location the best in town! Note: parking can be hectic at lunch time as the lot is busy. I usually just look for a spot away from the front entrances first.

My first visit was fantastic. The doctor did a thorough evaluation, listened to my history and adjusted me while discussing a plan for treatment. I did not like that I wasn't asked if I was ok with a neck adjustment--I would have said that I prefer the activator method for neck had I been asked. My second visit was far less than satisfactory. No greeting from the doctor, and the doctor acted as if I was inconveniencing her by being there. I am editing to add that given the other feedback for her, I will give her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she was having a bad day. The treatment was rushed, with very little explanation, and I was met with what felt like judgment when I said I did not want my neck adjusted. Experiences at The Joint in the past have been pleasant, but this doctor needs significant training in communication. I will now be asking which doctor is working before I go in.

*2026 edit and update* The bottom was posted over a year ago, and I still consistently go the Joint. I have so much deep respect for Dr Jeff and Dr Kyle. They have become rocks for my physical health, as well as the encouragement that has restored a lot of lost faith I've had in feeling better. I just wanted to really drive that point home, because I owe so much of my healing to those two. Theyve gone above and beyond helping me (along with the entire staff) and I can say with full conviction after these 2.5 years that this location is nothing short of a blessing for someone in chronic pain. Thank you all!! --- i’ve been a regular at the joint for about a year, in all honesty this was just supposed to be a band-aid solution until i found a more traditional one on one office. but i was pleasantly surprised, and never even looked for another office. two main reasons: the flexibility of walk ins, and the attentiveness of the doctors. plus the loviest front desk ladies! (shout out to donna and yordanos?) i genuinely love each doctor, there isn’t one of them that i think is above another one, whatsoever. they each have their own unique approach/spin for adjusting, each one just as good as the other. which was another surprise considering how skeptical about the multiple doctors i was. that was my biggest concern before going there–i’m sure it’s a big one for some other people too which is why i’m writing this. initially i would only go there on the days i knew my original dr who did my first adjustment would be working. but almost every week over the course of the last year, ive gone in at very random days, meaning ive seen each doctor dozens of times by now, and its been proven time & time again that no matter what–i know for a fact ill leave nearly pain free or at the very least (on a bad day for me) 80% better. i highly recommend the highlands ranch office. having been extra cautious of chiropractors due to past experiences, i can confidently say the staff here is trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely caring :) dr.courtney is extra special to me, if you’re reading this thank you for all the support both physically and emotionally during this last year. ❤️

I so appreciate the ease of the process with The Joint. The woman at the front desk has always been so kind and I appreciate the efficiency of the practice. The biggest issue is that I feel it is a very ‘fast food’experience. I only go when I am struggling with a lot of pain and in my experience, I have not received the care or attention to help alleviate the pain. I go in, the chiropractor asks me if I’m having an issue and quickly cracks me. No questions, no attention to detail and they send me on my way, never slowing down or really looking me in the eye. I would love to find a place that offers both a desire to take genuine care of the patient as well as have an easy process for a client to get an adjustment. I did buy a package here and used all six visits hoping to find a chiropractor that was a good fit. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

It really depends on who you see. I had a great experience with an acute case of stiff neck. I couldn’t even move my head to the left without sharp pain. Jeff at the Highlands Ranch location is great and the Aurora location at Gardens of Havana is also really high quality care and good doctors.

I was in what I call insane pain due to slipping on ice and compressing my C1 and C2. I could not work for 4 days. On day 2, I went in to The Joint and saw Dr Kyle and the followed his regiment and went back every 2-4 days for 2 weeks. I saw other Doctors in those visits and they were all phenomenal. I must say, if you despise your job so much, then it's high time you quit. I had the misfortune of encountering the same lady with those obnoxious color streaks in her hair not once, but twice. The sheer intensity of anger and hatred emanating from her was palpable. I dared to ask a few simple questions, only to be met with nothing but disdain and animosity. I felt utterly demeaned by her behavior. I'm not sure if her attitude stems from racism or some other deep-seated prejudice, but one thing's for sure—I will absolutely never step foot in that place again. Such appalling treatment is unacceptable, and it's a shame that this individual tarnishes the reputation of the establishment. Consider yourself warned.

Dr. Kyle’s technique at the highlands ranch location is, by far, superior to other Chiropractors that I’ve visited over the years which is about 35 others. Doc Jeff is fantastic. He is able to adjust his strength level accordingly to his patients, which is greatly appreciated since I am smaller. He also takes the time to get to know his patients and seems to genuinely care. Donna is a ray of sunshine. Avoid this place at all costs. I went in there out of desperation because my regular chiropractor wasn't available. I was better off being in pain. I went through an initial exam, laid down for an adjustment, immediately had a shock shoot down my side and down my arm to the point my whole arm went numb. The pain cause me to be light headed, then eventually pass out. When I woke up, the Dr was sitting at his desk doing paperwork...? I literally had to tell him I passed out. I eventually sat up, sweat pouring down me from passing out as he looked at me and said "That shouldn't have happened". Then handed me a paper towel to wipe the sweat. Only then to be interrupted by "Dr, you have 2 patients waiting". Yup....can't make this up!

I think the concept of walk-in quick adjustments on a monthly wellness plan is a good introduction to basic chiropractic care for a general population. Some care is better than none.. However for an active lifestyle or athlete more is needed...the quick push on the back or few clicks of an activator isn't enough. Bummer too because the no appointment walk-in was perfect for my son whose crazy baseball schedule changed frequently. But everytime I supplemented his adjustments with my chiropractor he was out of alignment even when he had an adjustment the day before. He just needs his adjustments to hold longer

They ask for patience and understanding during the pandemic but do not return the favor. Charged me for the month of June despite me explaining that I would not be able to come in due to how much I'm working in response to the pandemic. Don’t trust these fake reviews. This place is horrible . I came here for my initial visit which includes exam + first adjustment ...etc pricing 29 dollars. I entered to see the chiropractor and he started adjustment directly without exam or anything else. All my initial visit took almost five minutes!!!!! And I paid 29 dollars too! So be aware and keep your money safe.
