“I enjoy helping patients experience pain relief and take steps toward wellness with consistent chiropractic care,” he says, “and the reward of being part of the wellness process with patients.”

Dr. Scott, as his patients call him, grew up in northern Illinois where his sports background enabled him to see the effect that chiropractic care had on himself and others around him. He previously worked in DeWitt, Iowa, before moving to Colorado.

Dr. Scott met his wife, Julie, while completing a Doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She is a marathon runner and volleyball player. They have one daughter and two sons who are also active and enjoy sports, including baseball and bowling. The family has a golden retriever named Wrigley.

Dr. Scott loves baseball, football, hiking, camping, and spending time in the mountains. He found his calling as a chiropractor when he spent a year suffering from migraines, and after two adjustments they were gone. "The power that made the body heals the body."

One of his most memorable experiences as a chiropractor occurred while practicing in Bolivia and a patient was brought in on a stretcher. “He had previously been advised to stay seated or lie down due to the amount of back pain he was experiencing,” Dr. Scott says. “I checked him two times over two days, and on the third day he walked across the room after not standing or walking for nearly five years.”

I have gone to this office twice. First time I waited an hour and 40 minutes to be seen the second time there was only one person in front of me, but when the doctor finished with him, they called the lady who had come in after me. IT'S A 3 MONTH PLAN!!!!! I almost left when I saw the amount of paperwork to do. The pain was probably better than having to do all that paperwork. I missed the part in the contract where it says its a 3 month plan. There was soo much to read, I must've missed it by accident. I was in a lot of pain, and that wasn't fair. I thought I could cancel after a month. Of course my wife saw it in the contract, but didn't tell me. This place is just like everyone else. They trick you into signing a contract so you have to keep paying them. Then they make it a hassle to cancel. Then I'm waiting for the adjustment, and people who were there after me were going in first. Oh! They checked in on line! Before they got there! Are you kidding me?! This place represents what is wrong with the world.

First off I want to say the chiropractor is literally one of the nicest guys ever!! We had come in January of 2026 do to my son's hurt back, hes a football player so we wanted to make sure he wasn't injured, we signed a monthly agreement however we never actually used it, turns out the team he plays for has a chiropractor on staff, I called on 1/21/2026 and thr lady i spoke with who was very nice called me back and stated because I hadn't actually used it she would go ahead and cancel us,fast forward to today and I realize I had been getting charged this whole time, so we drive down and the young girl at the front was very rude and literally laughed in our faces when I asked for a copy of the confirmation that we had canceled, I didn't ask for money back or anything the chiropractor came out and out exchange ended fine however part of owning a business is also why you employ....

This joint clinic especially is one above the rest. I would like to give Dr Ryan good five stars. How he has been working with me after I caught meningitis b and how he has worked with My surgeon and my CT scans and my x-rays to give me excellent care. Even my spinal surgeon trust him which is a rare thing. He is cautious. He listens. He applies intelligent care. Love this place! Dr Ryan and all the other chiropractors have been great! I really appreciate that it's walk in only ( you can schedule an appointment for your first consultation though). So I can stop in whenever I have time. Its usually more crowded at the end of the day but even then I haven't had to wait much more than 15-20 minutes. Even though it's walk in only, they still keep patient notes so they can keep track of progress which is beneficial for anyone who comes in on a regular basis.

Really wonderful first experience where Dr. Scott explained to me what my spine problems were, why my shoulder was messed up, and helped me get some immediate relief and create a plan to fully recover. Oh and did I mention it was incredibly affordable? The prices are absolutely amazing.

I've visited a few other chiropractors in the area, but often didn't feel like they were really able to get a full adjustment and sometimes would just rush me through. But Ryan really made a point to make sure everything moved correctly. Best adjustment I've had in a long time!

I have been in severe pain in my lower back for so long and I couldn't ever find anyone to get my back to adjust back into place. The Joint has NEVER let me down. I always leave in a 1000 percent better shape than I arrived. The entire staff makes me feel at home, cared for, and educated on how to care for my issues better. Today I wanted to call ahead and found review that left me appalled. Under the phone number was a review left by Anthony H. Too bad we can't review the reviewer. It seems that Anthony is more important than the 3 others that arrived before him. He is openly sexist against an employee. He speaks of how a company should run their business because clearly this keyboard cowboy knows more than everyone else, is better than everyone else, but still hides behind a blocked profile. Come on people we can do better, be better.

Update: Six months ago, I gave Dr. Aurie 5 stars, then she left The Joint Chiropractic. My wife went in and was not at all pleased with the new chiropractor. This place just can't keep talented people.

Absolutely LOVE this place. All of the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The clerical staff and the doctors make you feel like family and genuinely care about you as a person as well as the physical issues. I have been going to chiropractors since I was 12 due to multiple issues from my neck, hip and lower back. Not only have I been to most of the chiropractors here in loveland i have also worked for a few of them. This being said chiropractic is simular onphysical therapy and is something that is not an istant fix most of the time. Both of the chiropractors at this location are absolutely AMAZING!!!! They not only address the issue that I am having but also find things I didn't even know hurt until the adjustment. Sometimes when one thing hurts so bad you can't feel the other things going on. Not only does my body feel a million times better, i will walk in with a migraine and walk out feeling a million times better with my migraine gone or almost gone!!! I have been going here for years and I can honestly say without a doubt the Dr. Nicholas and Dr. Aavrie are some of the best they have ever had. My autistic son also gets adjusted and he absolutely loves Dr. Aavrie. She is awesome with kids and really takes steps to make sure he is comfortable and really listens to him. I see Dr. Nicholas and he is fantastic. I am someone that is hard to adjust but he is able to get everything to move when most others cant. I highly recommend the joint in loveland and will continue to go there forever.

I love the staff at the Harmony location but my experience here was not good. The guy who adjusted me really used excessive force and it left me bruised and thinking I may have a broken rib (fortunately I didn’t). In response to owner’s reply, yes, this is the location I visited… near the Dominos and cheesesteak shop. I have a key tag with the Joint on it, the guy I saw had tattoos and I am in the system. My key tag worked and they had all my information when I scanned the tag.

Dr. Adams is the best chiropractor in the area! There is sometimes a bit of a wait as this is a walk-in clinic, but well worth it.

Dr. Michelle just blew me away. I am SO impressed and happy with my experience at The Joint today. I came in with such extreme pain and Dr. Michelle not only fixed it for today, but she actually CARES! She explained everything so in depth so that I not only got the adjustment but I left understanding why I'm in pain and how to properly deal with it at home. She also made sure I got set up on a plan for future care that's affordable to me instead of just selling the highest priced package so I can ensure I can continue care. Honestly, the entire staff was amazing as well, all very kind and family friendly with my 2 year old. Blown away. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!! 10/10

Be VERY careful of this place. I have been to many chiropractors in my life and have never had one hurt me like this. I went there due to a recommendation for the first time 3 1/2 weeks ago, hoping to get some relief for back pain. He pressed so hard on my back that it knocked the wind out of me and it felt like I had been hit in the chest by a 2x4 board! My ribs, sternum and muscles in the front of my chest were in agonizing pain for three of those weeks and I am still sore. I couldn't breath, cough, blow my nose or laugh without great pain. I called and reported my pain and never heard back from anyone. They did refund the $79, but I will definitely not go back. I came out worse than when I went in.

Have been a long-time customer and appreciate Brandon. He is kind and a good doc. Went today and had a different chiropractor. He said, "Oh, you don't need to wear a mask." I told him I was fine with it. He proceeded to counsel me not to be scared and that I could breathe better. I explained that I was fine and that after my father died of Covid, I will continue to be cautious. Then he *aggressively* adjusted me and I said, "Wow, that was rough. Much more than the other doc has ever done." He said, "Next time you should go to him." For a business model based on getting loyal customers, this customer will be going to another chiropractor from now on. Poor hire. Poor representative. This person should be let go.

I have been to several chiropractors, many different joint locations, chiro now, Everywhere!! The chiropractor here is awsome!! People always have trouble adjusting my back because they are not strong enough or just not the right technique, the chiropractor here definitely can get it adjusted. I feel great! I have lots of back issues and wasn't able to walk the last 2 days, I went in today and man the different is unexplainable compared to not even being able to move.

I am exempt from wearing a mask due to health issues and it's a law with the ADA. THEY REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH SERVICES AND ASKED ME FOR DOCUMENTATION OF MY CONDITION WHICH IS AGAINST HIPPA LAWS. THEY WERE RUDE AND THE GUY THERE KEPT TELLING ME I WAS IN THE WRONG PLACE. FOR REFUSING ME SERVICES I REPORTED THEM AND THEY WILL BE FACING $150,000 DOLLAR FINE INSTEAD OF MAKING MONEY. The Joint will really save your neck if you’re in a pinch. Enough with the play on words, though. Seriously if I didn’t have this facility as a resource I think I’d still be stuck on the couch. Thx I had bad nerve pain through my hip joint from lower back throughout hip down to knee. My L1-5 was jacked after I pulled some stunt on my kids bike. And also when I fell on ice in January between two I was way off in alingment. After a few weeks all good took two to make pain go away and now it’s just maintenance to stay straight. Thx
