Ashlyn Lanes, as well as all of the receptionists here, are amazing!! I work in the area and although there is a closer location that would save me both time and money to go to, I have continued to take the extra 15 minute drive just for Ashlyn!! I am not one to write reviews usually but because of the generosity and kindness from the staff, it’s 1,000% worth it!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I came into the store looking for relief. I was in pain due to a back spasm. I was offered adjustments for one month for $118.00 That would allow me 6 visits. I was interested to take advantage of that offer so I would have a chance to see if this was a workable solution to my problem. Not reading the fine print I did not know I was to cancel when the 6 were finished or I would get auto billed for another month. READ THE FINE PRINT…..the office attendant does not make you aware that this will happen.

I am extremely disappointed by how I was treated by the receptionist from the time I walked in - She was rude and did not want to answer any of my questions and treated me as though I did not deserve to be there. I ignored it as I am used to such treatment as a person of color in frequent encounters in most places I go. Well I went to the back and was adjusted by a very polite and professional gentleman who then recommended a plan for me and walked me back at the counter . When I was at the counter, I reunited with "Karen" who immediately rushed to ask me for a form of payment as I politely asked if they take insurance to which she exclaimed NO!!! we only take cash . Another gentleman next to her intervene nicely and said we take cards as well and proceeded to make small talk with me before "Karen" Immediately swiped my card without asking whether I was enrolling or better how my experience was. I stopped her from enrolling me and told her I would pay whenever I came and she Immediately became vicious and made a statement "Do you wanna know why the rich stay rich?" To which I said I am poor and thats ok because I am fine with the little I have - This woman was Racist and She is not a good face of a business.

I was skeptical at first, having never been to a chiropractor. After caving in to my wife's suggestion, I visited The Joint. My issue was on/off again sciatic nerve pain down the right side of my lower body. The pain relief I experienced was noticeable after the first visit. It has been 4 weeks now, 2x per visit and I can finally sit, drive, run without pain. Very professional, effective and friendly service.

Chiropractic care has always been a priority for me. I decided to try The Joint since it is so convenient and close to my house. I didn't expect too much, but I was absolutely blown away! I got one of the best adjustments of my life! And this is coming from someone who goes to the chiropractor all the time! I wish I had gotten the guy's name. I definitely want him doing all of my adjustments. I have been feeling so so much better this week since that adjustment!

First time in with the chiropractor Dustin. Horrible bedside manners. He could care less about me as a patient. He sounds so miserable. He quickly adjusted my neck and back. I asked him if he could please adjust my ankles. He stated he already had done it with the adjustment on my back. The other joint chiropractors have adjusted my ankles individually. I am a clinician as well. I would never discard a patient telling me to check/look at something else. I would at minimum attempt to see how I can help my patient with their verbalized concern.

10/19/21 Went in for an adjustment I'd been working on for the last 5 visits, The normal chiropractor (Ryan)I've been working with was not Is working that day So I went ahead and was seen anyways just because I had some issues. no sooner than I walked behind the wall the gentleman asked me what hurts what can I do for youI described to him what my issues were no sooner than I finished he told me to lay on my back gave me the most horrible adjustment not to mention he missed an area I described was bothering me so the session really didn't do much good for me obviously he didn't look at any notes on the screen from the chart of my previous visits. Im very disappointed with his unprofessionalism with my concerns. Have you ever heard the term "a dime a dozen" well I was part of that dozen I was I was in-and-out of there in less than 5 minutes from the time I walked in the door. I promise that won't happen a second time I will only have Ryan adjustment me until I finish up what's left of my prepaid adjustment visits and I will not be returning

Donw right exemplary. The treatment I received was life changing. After studying martial arts for 20 plus years my body was shot, Dr Chase was very incredibly informative and helpful to say the least. I would definitely reccomend this to anyone suffering from any joiny or body pain. Shout out to the front desk also. They're always super nice

I had spinal fusion surgery and have been going here awhile. It really helps. Doctors give a really good adjustment and the front desk people are very nice nice too.

The joint was nice at first. I had a really great doctor on the first few visits. Then one of the men made me feel super unwelcome and frankly a little uncomfortable. Rather than cause a scene i asked for a refund for visits i did not get to use but was denied my money back. I feel a little cheated by this place. Customer service and response to this situation just wasn’t there at all.

Love this place, I was dealing with a lot of soar back and leg issues and some neck problems but have steadily worked through all of the problems. Everyone here is super nice and great to work with. My wife is super picky about who she likes to go to and it was stress relieving to find people she was happy to work with. If there is any draw back at all, it's that it's always busy but with very good reason, good Doctors, fast turn around when you get in, and relaxed envo.

I've been seeing a chiropractor for over 20 years for carpal tunnel syndrome. I had surgery on one hand, but when a chiropractor suggested the carpal tunnel may be associated to my cervical spine pinching on a nerve, I had treatments and never had to have surgery on the other hand. Now I get adjusted more often or whenever I start getting numbness in my hands and the adjustment takes care of it.

I work long hours. Due to the standing, lifting, and twisting, my back left me at a place of immobility. I came to The Joint 3 months ago hurting with walking and bending tasks. I like the walk-in flexibility, and the monthly plan makes getting regular adjustments very affordable. As someone who works on their feet and does a bit of repetitive actions, regular adjustments are paramount. I've been very happy with The Joint and the staff there.

For me chiropractic care was something I didn't know I needed until I got it. I had mild back pain on and off. I started getting adjusted once a week and so many things have changed. There's a noticeable change in my posture and my sleep pattern. The doctors here are very knowledgeable and let me know what promotes spine health. Not to mention, the price is unbeatable, $69/month for 4 adjustments works perfectly for my routine. You can't beat the price, the adjustments, and the staff is very friendly which is a bonus.
