I have had many different doctors here at the Joint. Moving different cities, then states, and the turnover at the clinics I’ve gone to, I’ve had my fair share. I have been going to this location Since I moved to SWFL in July. I have to say that Dr. Sara is by far my favorite doctor I have seen here and at any location. I get an adjustment weekly, and each time I leave there feeling great. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and she asks the right questions each time I visit, knowing I go for a routine adjustment. I have waited up to 45 minutes for Dr. Sara on a Saturday and she is worth the wait. I’m crossing my fingers and hoping that Dr. Sara sticks around for a long time.

I could barely stretch my fingers or my toes comfortably because of the pain and tightness. After Dr. Margaret worked on me, I walked out feeling like I had just had an exorcism and all the nonsense had left my body! ? The difference was unbelievable. What I appreciated even more is that she didn’t just adjust me and send me on my way. Dr Sara is the best Chiropractor I’ve ever worked with. I have been going for about 2 months now and I am seeing real progress in many areas. I don’t leave reviews, but I will for Dr. Sara I have been going here for years and out of all the chiropractors she is hands down the best. The only reason my review isn’t 5 stars is do to the front desk employee named “ yoselynia” or however you spell her name, she was extremely rude. You don’t tell a paying customer who’s simply having a phone conversation in the lobby “take your conversation outside”. She needs an attitude adjustment asap, never had a problem with anyone at the front desk so this is a first. (Estero location)

Poor business practices. The “chiropractor” with the short white hair was useless. She “dropped the table” and hit my upper back with air and said all done. There was no adjustment what so ever. Specifically said my middle and lower back hurt, told her what was wrong and she did nothing to help. When I said I wasn’t adjusted and felt no relief she argued and showed me a diagram as if I was a child. Then come to find out a previous employee signed me up for a reoccurring fee without my approval even though I specifically told her “no. I do not want to do anything reoccurring”. I was told on Saturday that a manager would call me on Tuesday to discuss the concerns and that never happened either. EDIT: both the regional manager and medical director for the area have reached out and listened to my concerns. They have both handled this situation very professionally and are working on the solution.

If there was less than zero I would give that today. I am very upset. I drive an extra 30 minutes to be seen here. Thats another story that I deal with. This service today was intolerable. The “assistant” at the desk was rude. She was rude to a disabled woman and her elderly husband. Then she told them “ I told you three times it’s a text message”..they sat there longer.. another 10 minutes. I asked them if I could help with the text. Then I notice she was blind and disabled. I ask the husband and he had no phone and couldn’t help. I went to the young person and at the desk. I said the lady is disabled and the man can’t help. You need to print the papers or hep them with the text. She states, “ thank you for telling me how to do my job” then went on and on. Very poor service today. .

I had the most amazing experience at The Joint Chiropractic, and especially with Dr. Sara. When I first came in, my spine and hip were completely out of alignment. I had been in significant pain for about four months and was honestly scared I might need surgery. I had a severe limp and limited mobility for the last three months, which was affecting my daily life. After just four visits, I am now about 98% pain-free and walking without a limp. The improvement has been incredible. Dr. Sara is confident, compassionate, strong, and very encouraging. She took the time to understand what was going on and came up with a long-term plan to keep me feeling better. I’ll admit, I was unsure what kind of results I would get at first — but now I am a true believer. The care works. The visits are quick but extremely efficient, which makes it easy to fit into a busy schedule. The front desk staff is friendly, and you can tell patients are genuinely happy to be there. I also love that they have multiple locations across the country and an app where you can check in for appointments and find other offices when traveling. The doctors are friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, I’m giving only 4 stars because it’s quite frustrating to be asked to join their membership at every single visit. I often feel compelled to repeat myself, explaining that I’m not ready to commit right now. I suggest that Joint Chiropractic consider adding a note in their system for patients like me. I understand the membership offers savings in the long term, especially since my treatment requires multiple visits, but I want to maintain my flexibility—no means no. Additionally, the receptionist I encountered today around 3:30 PM could use some customer service training; she appeared a bit rude with me and other patients while twirling her hair and chewing gum - unprofessional behavior and demeanor overall.

I was told repeatedly when I purchased a package of ten visits that they had no expiration date, which was the only reason I agreed to it. Now I find out that all my remaining visits were removed from my account with no warning, so I'm out $250+. They didn't even tell me when I went in for an adjustment. I only find out later that my card was charged a "walk in" fee of $55. What a way to treat your customers.

I've been attending this local branch for the last 1+ year, and I gotta say it's been totally worth it. My once a week adjustments have done wonders for my overall health. Every staff member has always treated me well, and responds to my regular needs when I visit. I’ve had a membership with The Joint for over a year, and yesterday was my first visit to this location. I saw Dr. Weyer, and she was by far the worst chiropractor I have ever been to. She was unable to adjust my back at all, something every other chiropractor I have seen has been able to do. Instead, she used the activator at a setting that was far too high for my build, leaving my back completely covered in bruises.

I was bummed at my yesterday’s visit. I’ve been with Joint for a while on the east coast and always enjoyed and found value. Yesterday I went in with full intentions of renewing my membership and good thing I didn’t. I was on the chair for less than 3 minutes and the lady was like wow you’re fixed. Meanwhile 4 people are starring at me watching me be adjusted. Maybe the lady was overwhelmed and was just pushing through everyone but didn’t do anything for me. $55 and a waste of 35 minutes. Usually I would feel completely refreshed after a visit. Wouldn’t recommend this one; they over book and the chiropractor didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing; gave me a used car salesman vibe. Bummer enjoyed The Joint in the past

Made an appointment online for new patient special $29. Went in for my appointment and was told that I have to reschedule because their system is down. Also website clearly says walk-ins available so why they couldn't take me as a walk-in I don't understand. **Update** they were able to get me in today and I feel so much better after the appointment, the Doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and the front desk staff was patient and accommodating. Horrible place! Don't waste your time...a franchise meat market place only care about the easy buck. They refused me care because of my age and my pain level....Can you believe that! Can't help you because your pain is too high...that goes against every single thing a Dr office should be about. Their policy is "come on in if your not hurting too much" Absolutley trash franchise...do yourself a favor and find a real chiropractic office, one that cares about helping you with your pain rather than their bottom line. After years of visiting the Naples location my wife and I have switched locations to Estero. Very clean, bright and welcoming. I will only see Dr. Sara. I have been seeing her since January(24) and my back pain has decreased significantly. I went from a 9 out of 10 pain scale to a 0. She educates me on the specifics of my back and takes her time. I would rather not criticize with too many details, but not having an xray machine was definitely a minus. I sort of felt uncomfortable, like there was a slight lack in the professional warmth you expect in medical practice. I had an exceptional chiropractor in Indiana, and I've been looking around to try and find someone who can manage spinal manipulations to relieve my back and neck pain. I came in pain, and in the car I realized I was in worse pain, even thinking I might need to go see a doctor, or go to the ER. The next day, today, I went and found a new chiropractor who managed the spinal manipulations I needed and relieved my pain. I'm happily recovering now. I'm sorry to write a critical review. Always check your reviews and don't be afraid to bail on a potential membership if something feels off- which was the case for me this time. In the case of doctor Margaret, I respectfully and wholeheartedly recommend practicing a little more warmth with your patients, to show that you do have genuine concern for relieving pain. I felt slightly condescended, and I say this to warn new patients that this wasnt exactly a pleasant experience, since I'd gone to see her specifically based off of other reviews.

I really love the concept of this place—getting a weekly adjustment for under $100 a month is a great deal. However, my advice to others is to be very careful about what you sign. I did a 6-month program, and was told I could either switch to the monthly membership or walk in after the 6 months. After the 6 months, I noticed my credit card was being charged the monthly rate. I contacted the location, went back and forth, and they sent me the "paperwork." I pointed out that it wasn't my signature, as I had initially signed everything on their tablet. They ignored my request to cancel the membership, and I never got a call back to discuss the situation. However, they were quick to email me about a failed payment for March. While I can't speak negatively about the service they provide, I do want to warn others to carefully read everything they sign. As for this location, shame on you for ignoring emails and failing to address the fact that one of your staff members forged my signature for these charges.

So I think the chiropractors are great and I’ve been in chiropractic care for years. The people I have is the long wait times. The staffing is not enough for a walk in clinic. I drive 30 minutes to be told it’s an hour wait. I’ve come at different times thinking it was the time I chose …. I don’t have an hour of time to wait for services. While a walk in clinic there should be some way to gauge the wait times without having to call and sit on hold. There should be an electronic sign in system. I paid the $500 but have had to come back due to wait times which is a bourbon my car driving.

Easy to get in and get great help. They are setup to swiftly get through any paperwork and in seeing the doctor. The doctor was straight forward, did a great job of listening to my issues and explaining how best to address them. His explanation with thorough and let me ask any question I had. Dr Lauren is wonderful. She has good pressure and will address issues. Very kind and professional and makes the visit individualized. Dr Nick is good. Kind. Regimented, same adjustments each visit. Not individualized. There is another Dr who pushed and touched, but did not adjust a thing. Spent the entire visit trying to get me to work with his wife who is a nursing administrator for three physicians hospitals in Naples.Even if I just wanted a phone job, not it or hands in. It was not a good experience for me and It was a wasted visit and again, a $20 visit wasted as nothing was adjusted.

Dr Linda was the only reason going here. Getting adjusted by anyone else, and I leave feeling worse. Now I find out that she's no longer at this location and I have over $500 in prepaid visits..... EDIT- in response to your reply, I have 7 vists and my wife has 9 visits remaining. Also, Nick is the gentleman who i felt worse after i left. Top notch care at an affordable price. Getting 4 visits for 80$ is amazing. I still paid that with my insurance. I have fibromyalgia and scoliosis so this is necessary for me to be able to walk and work. They have been great to me. I always leave feeling better.

Seriously so happy we found this place! Took my daughter in for an issue she's had for years of scoliosis, and had, had needed therapy and use a braise that bothers her and never really used. She plays sports and always problems and pain on her back and she's only done 4 visits from her package, and shes already feeling a lot better. I don't know why I didnr do it any sooner. If it wasn't for Ciarah and all the help, very professionally, knew what she was talking about about and answer all of questions leaving us without any doubts, glad that we followed her advise and now my daughter is doing better. Thankfully now for her next season in Octobwr she's goung to play even better. Thanks to the Joint team, and the wonderful young lady in the front desk that was able ro help us. Christina....

I’ve been seeing Dr. Linda for about 5-6 yrs. I’m so thankful that she’s available in this building 2days in a week, I lived in Naples so its closer to me now, I used to drive to Fort Myers an hour away just to see her. I always run to her whenever I get stiff-neck and swollen back aches due to my work and everytime after seeing her by the next day all the aches is gone. She’s a miracle healer. She knows which muscle to touch when I’m in pain. I just wish I could drive to see her every 2-3 times a month but I’m not a fun of driving. So I wanna apologize if I only come when I’m in pain Dr. ?. I’ll make the time now to see you for alignment for 1-2 times a month. I’m so grateful for Dr. Linda. Update on previous review…. After posting the below review Dina gave me a call and apologized that my daughter did not have the same experience. She said her wait should not have been that long and she offered my daughter a free consultation visit. My daughter enjoyed her visit and they were very helpful. Thank you Dina for making this a great visit after all!! New patients will wait a long time before being seen!! I recommended this location to my daughter after a good experience at another location. My daughter made an appointment for an initial consultation for 10 o’clock this morning, on a Saturday. She showed up for her 10 o’clock appointment, filled out new patient paperwork, and as she was doing so three or four other patients went in before her, which is acceptable. Then she continue to wait for an additional 45 minutes!!!! At this point it was one hour after her appointment time. They continued to take more walk-ins before her. As she was waiting she kept texting me and said that she couldn’t believe that I would recommend a place that takes walk-ins before people that have made an appointment. She was extremely frustrated and left. First impressions are important. I guess this location doesn’t care to grow their number of patients. She said she would never go to another The Joint place again. It’s sad that the same experience I had could not be duplicated at this location. If you’re going to be a new patient, I would plan on waiting a long time for your initial appointment.

I was in excruciating pain from dislocating my SI Joint (previous injury) and my neighbor (health care aid) suggested a chiropractor. I Googled chiropractor near me and The Joint Chiropractor had great ratings so I thought I would give it a try. They evaluate my hip range of motion, actually talk and listened to me. We worked out a treatment plan which was reasonable both time wise and had package plan that was really affordable. I am feeling so much better, walk without the discomfort and I will go on my schedule because it is walk-in friendly.

I have truly enjoyed the Joint Chiropractic experience in multiple cities/states, but the chiropractor, who I will follow long-term is Dr. Jen Long. She is attentive, thorough and comprehensive.
