Ensuring a Safe Day at the Beach

Are you heading to the beach this summer? If so, lucky you! The beach is the perfect place to relax in the sand with a book, take a stroll on the boardwalk, or jump in the waves with your children. Make sure the clothing is either made from moisture-wicking material or includes SPF in the fabric for the highest level of protection. 

The Healthiest Drink

Skip the sodas and energy drinks and stick with water while enjoying your day at the beach. Staying adequately hydrated is vital for your overall health and wellness, especially during the heat of the summer, so make sure you pack enough for everyone! And if you have picky drinkers, just infuse each water bottle with citrus, berries, or cucumbers. Your loved ones won't even miss their favorite sodas because your flavored water will definitely hit the spot!
