Meet The Doctors

Dr. Kenneth Mack, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Dr. Phillips

Dr. Kenneth Mack has been helping patients recover from back, neck and other skeletal conditions for over fifteen years. During his career in both solo and group practice settings, he has strived to treat his patients like family. His focus is on finding and correcting the source of his patient’s condition to alleviate their pain and restore them to health. Dr.Mack has worked with medical doctors, orthopedists, physical therapists, and massage therapists, taking a “WHOLE BODY” approach to patient care.

Dr. Mack is a native Floridian. He was born in Orlando and grew up in Vero Beach. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida. After graduation, he moved to Atlanta, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1999 from Life University.

Dr. Mack has treated thousands of patients in Atlanta at one of the country’s largest chiropractic group practices. In 2004, Dr. Mack returned to Orlando, and has been caring for patients ever since.

Dr. Mack is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Physician Association. His continuing education has focused on the latest methods of treating neck pain, back pain, headaches and other conditions of the spine and extremeties. He is certified in the Webster Technique, used in the treatment of pregnant women to help prevent difficult chilbirth (known as “dystocia”).

When he is not treating patients, Dr. Mack enjoys cycling and jogging. He loves spending time with his wife, Marla and his daughter, Meghan, and going to Orlando’s theme parks and nearby beaches.

Dr. Joan Terry, D.C. is a Chiropractor at Dr. Phillips

Dr. Joan Terry has been in practice in the Orlando area for over 20 years. She has treated thousands of individuals and families. She finds it rewarding to see patients that she started treating as children, grow up receiving the benefits of wellness chiropractic care in their lives, then as parents choose to bring their own children in for care. Chiropractic is truly a family affair that spans generations.

Dr. Terry completed her undergraduate studies graduating with Honors at the University of Illinois, before attending Parker College of Chiropractic, where she graduated as valedictorian. She was driven in her studies to understand how the body works so she could be the kind of doctor that looks for the causes behind the body’s dysfunction. Treating the cause rather than chasing symptoms makes all the difference in how well patients respond to treatment. It gives each person the best chance at having optimal health.

Dr. Terry is sensitive to each patient’s individual needs, and utilizes a variety of techniques to optimize results. Her goal is to use wellness chiropractic care as a means to allow each patient to enjoy life to the fullest extent possible.

Dr. Terry continues to be excited to learn more about health and how the body works and attends several seminars every year to enhance her knowledge base and skills. She is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and has several advanced technique certifications.

She enjoys receiving wellness chiropractic care personally as well, and became a chiropractor because of the profound effects it had on her health. When she is not with patients she enjoys an active lifestyle which includes outdoor sports, especially running, and spending time with family and friends. Her most treasured moments are those spent having fun with her two teenage daughters.
