I’ve been to several different The Joint Chiropractic locations in multiple states and various locations in Orlando, and I can confidently say that Dr. Bao Xiong has been one of the best chiropractors I’ve ever seen. Instead of rushing through a routine adjustment, she was incredibly thorough. She asked thoughtful, specific questions about my symptoms, what could possibly trigger them, and where I was feeling stiffness or discomfort. Because of that, she was able to identify problem areas that other chiropractors had never addressed. She also explained exercises and things I can do on my own to continue making progress between visits, which I really appreciated. The adjustments themselves were much more targeted to the specific areas where I was experiencing stiffness, and I noticed a major difference and felt so much lighter. My first couple visits were after work near the end of the day, but despite that, Dr. Bao never made me feel rushed. She genuinely took the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I’m receiving the best care possible. Her attention to detail, curiosity, and personalized approach really set her apart and even made me pinpoint and correlate other symptoms that I’ve just learned to tolerate so it didn’t originally cross my mind that it could be an issue or tension. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who truly listens and treats the root of your concerns rather than just performing a standard adjustment, I highly recommend Dr. Bao!

This is amazing, now I can get my back adjustment and not going broke in the process. At this office the staff and attention is fantastic. Dr Bae, Jonathan and even Selena the receptionist are super nice and attentive. Some complain about one of the service packages, well that person is a "Karen". I got the deluxe package and everything was explained clearly and in detail by Selena. Plus, there is no reason to get a refund, you are there to get your back or whatever back to working order. The best price I have ever seen for chiro services. The only thing I wish they had is a traction machine, they are so good. So people check them out, I tell you, you won't regret it.

Generally had good experiences here. However this time was honestly one of the worst chiropractor experiences I’ve had. I didn’t catch his name, but he spent basically the entire appointment talking instead of actually adjusting me. His hands were clammy the whole time which made the experience even more uncomfortable. He only cracked my back twice, and one of those wasn’t even near the area I came in for pain. I’m not paying $55 to sit there and have a conversation — I came to get adjusted. Left feeling exactly the same, just with less money in my wallet.

First time having work done at 29, the first doctor calmed my nerves about getting my back and neck cracked. Both have a lot of tension and stiffness. The services were decent enough to justify the price. Issues arose when I moved out of Orlando and attemtped to cancel my membership. The only way to do so, according to their office, is to go in person. I no longer live anywhere near this location, so that isn't going to happen! They continued to charge me monthly for over a year as I disputed this, and to this day continue trying to charge the (now expired) card on file. I will never return to a Joint location and urge anyone to think carefully before signing up. There are plenty of other practices out there with far less shady tactics.

I was recommended to come here by my coworkers, and quickly realized the benefits. I went on a few weeks ago for a stiff back that wasn’t related to an injury. My consultation was with Dr. Ramos. He identified the source of my pain, did an adjustment as well as explaining a treatment plan and stretches I can do. The following times I have went I have also seen Dr. Bao and Dr. Smalls, they were great also! I noticed some immediate benefits but as I continue going I get more improvements. My previous chiropractor, unfortunately, retired. I walked into the joint experiencing really sharp lower back pain due to a lifting injury and I remember my first session with Dr. Smalls I could barely sit up straight without feeling pain but after getting adjusted 2-3x a week by not only Dr. Smalls, Dr. Bao, and Dr. Ramos my pain has gone away completely and I am back to barbell squatting the weight I was before and am so happy and grateful. For a very long time I have dealt with neck, upper back, and shoulder discomfort. I knew I had to see a chiropractor but was apprehensive for some time not knowing what to expect. It was my first time ever seeing a chiropractor and I will most certainly say that the staff was very wonderful. My encounter with the front desk was very professional and was able to go over what to expect from my visit and my providers. She even walked me through some of the membership plans the clinic offered and helped me decide which best suited my needs. The providers are 5/5. Dr. Smalls was very friendly and personable and was very receptive about the issues that I’ve been having. Dr. Bao is also a pleasure to work with and was always happy to address any questions that I may have as well as provide additional tips/ advice to help with my progress. I have been coming to this location for about a month now and have felt significant improvement in my posture and reduction of pain. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor whether it’s their first time or not. Exceptional staff, exceptional doctors, and exceptional service.

I love the team! I woke up with intense coccyx pain in December, and debated about chiropractic care. I finally started services in May, and felt the results as I healed through the summer. Read the fine print for business before you sign anything with them!!! Stay away from this place! So I moved 2 months ago, and after calling and canceling my membership, I was told I would be all set. We'll the Joint Chiropractic decided to then go ahead and auto charge my card a full cycle after months of no service and me not even living in the area. I then called the office and was told " I'm sorry you have to come in and sign a paper to have us refund and cancel your membership" After I just explained this was NEVER told to me when I canceled originally. Then I get an email from the Director of Operations: (John Wash) basically saying they are going to keep my money after months of no service and to have a great weekend..This after being given false Information by there rep. and charged for months of no service! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I'm disputing this charge with my bank as fraud and contacting my attorney.

Dr Bao and Dr Smalls are amazing. I went in with a terrible pain from a pulled muscle in my lower back/hip area that was at least an 8/10.. as well as a pinched nerve in my neck preventing me from turning my head to the left 100%. Since a few short weeks of going to the joint, that pain went from a 8/10 to a 2/10 and I have full mobility in my neck and back with no pinch or tightness. I really didn't expect a fix to my issue given that it was all muscular. I have since had exceptional flexibility and little to no pain since my injury. I can finally get back into weightlifting, as that was put on a complete stop since the injury. I wish I would've signed up earlier! Thanks to the team, 100% recommendation.

I have been receiving services with the doctors at The Joint for a few months now. After one visit, I saw an immediate improvement of my pain and after these few months, almost no signs of discomfort. All of my questions are answered immediately, and all of the services that I received are explained thoroughly before hand. It’s nice to visit a doctor that knows your face and name on sight. Your appointment day and times are mostly up to you so those of us with all day meetings or busy schedules can walk in as needed. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my adjustments. I am very glad that I was able to find this establishment and intend on staying with this team for maintenance chiropractic after my issues with pain are completely gone.

This is much faster moving than chiropractors I’ve previously gone too. I would have assumed it would have been less personable and more of a general adjustment, but I have to say I felt seen, heard and well taken care of. Dr. Bao did my initial appointment and I was thoroughly impressed. I honestly feel like I am in good hands. She relieved a lot of stiffness and aches I have had over the last few weeks. She was very knowledgeable & gave me some instructions for at home relief for inflammation on my lower back. I got Dr.Small on my 2nd appointment and he too was very thorough and provided relief of any tension from the day in my lower back & neck. Prisms in the front desk is very professional and made the experience smooth. This is a great team of individuals and now that I have enrolled in the monthly plan (WAY MORE AFFORDABLE than a lot of chiropractors) I look forward to relief and a life with less discomfort very soon !

When I started going, I would get cluster migraines almost daily. Since I have started going, my migraines appear maybe once a week, and sometimes, I don't even get a migraine for a week. I know there are a lot of good and bad chiropractors out there so I wasn’t sure what to expect with The Joint. I’ve seen chiropractors fairly regularly for 20 years and I can honestly say I love each of the chiropractic doctors at the joint. They are extremely knowledgeable and caring and I don’t have to repeat my injury history to them, the read my information before they begin to adjust or assess. Great experience every time, and they have great recommendations for things to do at home if I need more care than an adjustment in office. I love that there is no appointments or contracts or anyone trying to push me into set appointments and paying ahead of time like some other chiropractic chains. Walk-in, pay for sessions by the month to use as needed and great hours including evenings and weekends. Highly recommend.

Staff is nice but they make it very hard to cancel a membership. When I initially signed up, I was in a lot of pain and was advised to pay the membership for a month to “try it out” Apparently you have to pay for at least two months before you can cancel. I understand there was a form signed but the staff should not be hiding this or confirming that I can pay for a month to save money and try it out. Once I paid the two months, I tried to cancel again. Now I have to drive to the office to “sign the correct forms” and not her explanation given. In 2024, I think forms can be sent and signed electronically. When you try to cancel, the staff will not take no for an answer and I had someone even tell me to just “not put money in my account” if I didn’t want the charge. They also try to talk you out of it (understandable) but it shouldn’t be 15 minutes of me begging to just cancel. Times are tough, thought I could afford it, but i can’t. Life gets in the way and they are not understanding of that. I work in the customer service industry and there is always something that can be done. They just care about your money $$$. Be careful

Dr. Bao and Dr. Morgan are outstanding! I am a "frequent flyer" due to the various activities I participate in and constantly have a new pinch, strain, muscle pain, or some injury to get worked on. Dr. Bao and Dr. Morgan have different and unique techniques, but both offer extreme attention to my needs and status and provide the exact adjustments I need so I always walk out feeling more relaxed and balanced. Additionally, their knowledge about anatomy and biomechanics is extensive and they share their knowledge on different behaviors and health practices I can do to improve my heath overall, but also be able to maintain good structural alignment. I have had everything from shin injuries, muscle strains, and rib displacement, and their precise adjustments and care and expertise has been essential for my recovery from and prevention of injuries, and most of all, just feeling good, strong, and healthy.

Just had my second adjustment with Dr. Yang and he’s truly great at what he does. Been going to this location a couple times a week for about half a year and have noticed a difference in my posture and overall back/neck. Let me start by saying that the receptionist was awesome. She can justify the one star that I am leaving. As for the “doc” he was probably the worst chiro I’ve seen. I’ve even been to Palmer chiropractic where students are better. I will be honest so you won’t waste your time or theirs. This “doc” clearly hated his job or is straight up unhappy in his personal life. Either way.. gross. I’ve been to the chiropractor for years. I have never in the 7 years been talked to the way that I was here today. I have never been told lifting isn’t “helpful”. I thought the whole point of going to a chiropractor is assessing your patients needs not deterring them from doing a sport that they are passionate about. Even though we were disagreeing in a healthy manner, the “doc” asked do you want to continue and I declined. This seemed like a commercial chiro that probably does the bare minimum and has tables lined in a row with other people around you with no privacy. Maybe I’ve been spoiled with good chiropractic care, but that’s how it should be when it comes to your body. You want a chiro who listens, gives you privacy, and doesn’t assume things. Furthermore, one who doesn’t try and tell you that the sport you’re in is causing your pain and assuming you’re going that heavy. Sir, I just started lifting again after finding a gym and moving to Orlando. I have not been going heavy, but you were so confrontational/argumentative without even asking me. Anyways, I won’t say not to come here because your needs may be different than mine, but I need a doc who listens & actually asks questions without assuming and being confrontational. I probably would’ve still been treated if he didn’t make me so uncomfortable. Maybe the difference is that the chiropractors I’ve seen were also athletes.

I really am happy I made the commitment to my back when I did. This place is great. Each person that has done an adjustment has offered great advice. I had an epidural almost two years ago and my back has never been the same. But coming here 1-2 times a week, definitely eases the tense muscles and aligns me right back up. I usually strike up great conversation with Dr. Smalls about our experiences in parenthood. But other than that, you can find great doctors like Dr. Gibbs. Give this place a chance if you’re looking to start getting chiropractic relief. Quick, easy and friendly place.

I was skeptical when I was first told about how The Joint works but I needed relief regularly and I needed it to not burn a hole in my wallet. Do not waste your money. Signed a 60 day contract. Went cancel and was advised that need a doctor's note to stop services when I didn't need a doctor's referral to start services. Tried to sell me on meds when I didnt want them. One chiropractor was really good. The rest of my experience was terrible .RUN

I had been calling weekly to see which chiropractor was working but haven't been in since my other 2 favorite chiropractors have not been here. Today, I was told Dr Yang is in. Oh how this place has changed, from the best to the worst customer service. Long wait exasperated by repeatedly having to complete the same forms over and over before even needing to renew. Front desk person on Saturday morning could not have been more rude . She has an “I don’t care” attitude and presents her self as being inconvenienced just to be there. I’m not giving up on the joint as a whole but definitely no intention on returning to this location. If their customers are such an inconvenience, they need to find something else to do.

I was a little leery of chiropractors but I was having a lot of trouble with my lower back. I heard about The Joint and decided to give it a try. I went in bent at the waist from the pain and walked out straight up. I initially thought I would go for two months then stop. After two months, I decided that I will never cancel. I feel the difference in going once a week. The doctors are fantastic as well as the front desk staff. I love that I don’t have to make an appointment and the hours are very convenient.

This is, hands down, the best experience I’ve had at a chiropractor’s office. My back and neck are notoriously difficult to move, and even when it’s a particularly bad day for my joints the doctors here always make sure I leave feeling better. I could not recommend The Joint, and specifically this location, more!

THEY HEARD YOU LIKE CATTLE - fam treated here for light back pain and general chiro care - felt immediate pain after treatment at office and couldn't even walk by the afternoon bec of pain after being treated here - he walked out with HERNIATIONS after the adjustment - had to have an emergency MRI bec of pain which reflected herniations and is still undergoing treatment at another facility

Went in for a quick adjustment.. the power was out due to the storm but no big deal the dr still saw me and the girl at the front desk had an awesome attitude so it was fun! The doctor spent about 2 minutes with me , thank goodness because my toddler won’t hang through a long appointment, and I walked out feeling great! This morning I did some yoga and for the first time in YEARS I had no tightness in my mid and lower back. I was able to move gracefully and without pain. I feel like a new woman! Thank you so much!!! I have been going to the same Chiropractor for many many years. He happens to be part of this practice now also part time. Love this chiropractor swear I would “Never” go to anyone else, however he has been moved to a joint office a little further away than the one just down the street from our new home. A few nights have been tough for me to get over to other place further away to get my adjustments done by my regular chiropractor. To be honest, he is with a Group of very well trained Chiropractors. I must say in the beginning I made it clear I was only going to see “My” Chiropractor. I now consider all these guys my Chiropractors. Thank you!! ???

Friendly, knowledgeable people. Don't take insurance and doesn't have "full service" like other Chiropractic offices (e.g. roller table, muscle stim, massage, etc.), but super cheap prices, plans, and good adjustments. Love that this is a chain and we can travel all over the country and drop in without appointments to get a routine maintenance adjustment.

I"ve been to plenty of chiropractor offices and done plans. It's not worth it unless your plan covers 80%+ of the work. Having the Joint and their simple packages makes things easier and more affordable, so glad this office opened and I hope one opens in Lake Nona soon!

A place that takes a no-nonsense, fast and friendly approach to Chiropractic care. I have enjoyed having a membership at The Joint Chiropractic. -I had mobility issues in my neck and legs. They straightened me out and I can enjoy an active lifestyle again. -The office has an open plan, and is a very calming atmosphere. Another great benefit and are open later than 5 and on Saturday! Can’t say the business itself was bad, but the Monday doctor, who’s name I’m glad I didn’t bother to remember, was...insufficient. Either that or he purposely failed to properly adjust my back for the purpose of recommending a follow up, or treatment plan or whatever they called it. More money is what it boils down to. I know it’s business and I’m cool with that, I don’t even mind spending more money to have it done, but I want it done right. Before the session, I specifically told the “chiropractor”, if he was one, which method worked for my pain with my normal chiropractor, but when he finished and had not done the only thing I told him worked, I asked him if he was was going to do the “leg pull”, and he said “not all chiropractors use the same methods” and that he feels he preformed a successful adjustment. He cracked my back, no doubt, but he refused to do the only thing that I specifically told him works, which of course results in... MY lower back pain, that is still not relieved. I wish his back felt like mine does every single day and he saw a doctor that purposely didn’t preform the only task asked of him just to get a return visit! If you’re looking for a place to go I wouldn’t go to this location on Mondays. Don’t know how the other doctors are on other days.

Unfortunately the majority of these reviews are in regards to Dr. Ian Scott and he is no longer there. Today I went to The Joint with minor low back pain and left with pretty significant neck pain. The chiropractor tried cracking my neck multiple times before it eventually popped, and it was not a good kind of pop. I left in almost tears and immediately drove to Dr. Scott’s new practice in Oviedo. Don’t be fooled by the reviews, The Joint was much different when Dr. Scott was there.

I was really happy with the results of the first few visits, however after I canceled my monthly subscription service with them I noticed that my sessions got shorter and shorter and my stiffness in my neck stopped loosening up after each session like they used to.

Seemed like great concept-walk in, no appt necessary. I drove 20mi from College Park and no one was in waiting room. Desk said we have someone with an appt coming in but you can fill out the paperwork and come back tomorrow if you want. They weren't interested in seeing me. Really?

I just experienced an amazing adjustment at this location! Very kind woman at front desk and the doctor was knowledgeable, friendly and a miracle worker! As soon as he was finished with my first adjustment, I notice a huge difference already. If you are having any spinal or joint related pain, you need to stop by this place! And if that doesn't grab your attention, they are affordable! Check them out, you will walk out surprised and relieved!

My husband and I went here when his back went out. He was in so much pain and walking inverted. He has been able to walk straight and get back to normal. This place is awesome. Super quick and efficient, and Dr. Scott is super fun and makes for a relaxing and friendly experience. I suffer from migraines (2-5 days out of the week!) and skeletal damage after an accident, so I'm often in a lot of pain. I walk out of The Joint feeling loose and good! The pain subsides immediately after my adjustment. It's insane.
