I’ve been a patient for over a year and will probably be one until the day I die. The doctor was great but I was 100% missed informed . I was told i would pay $79 to be used before a specific date and was NEVER told it was a minimum of 2 months on auto pay, and i was charged another $79 which placed my account in negative. I called the office and they told me i could sign to cancel but the second $79 charge won’t be reimbursed. I’d like to be reimbursed, I was not told verbally when i came to the office it was a 2 months minimum nor was told that a a second payment would be taken automatically. I’m a single mother and this has really affected me financially.

Dr. Bruce and Dr. Kim, who are new to the facility but have been practicing for years is a great addition to this clinic. The staff is very professional understanding caring couldn’t ask for anything more these people definitely need a raise. I’ve been coming here for over a year, never had a bad experience. This location and the staff were great. I normally visit the Plant City location but today I thought I would check them out since it was closer to where my kids go to school. They were very attentive and asked what my preferences were. My adjustments went great. I love The Joint Chiropractic, they have kept me in peak mobility. This place never disappoints. I cannot sing their praises enough. The Joint is hands down the most affordable and reliable chiropractic I have been to.

I was super afraid of getting looked at by any chiropractor, but The Joint helped me overcome that. Dayna was super friendly and helped calm me down and reassure me that it was not as bad as I was making it seem. Initially, I visited a location near me for information about sciatica pain after seeing heavy foot traffic in and out of the office, gathered information on the different programs, and signed up a week later. I go in for a weekly adjustment after noticing relief after my second adjustment. I would highly recommend you give them a try. There are multiple locations. I visit New Tampa and see Dr. Cole.

Disappointed, I went for one month and they charged me again two more times.. they say I signed a contract saying for two months.. then unless you stopped it, they will keep on charging you even though you stopped going two months ago. Very dishonest. They need to tell you in advance about it..

First visit at the joint today. It was a much needed visit due to pain in my neck and back with very little range of motion, plus headaches. After the adjustment I felt 10 times better and was able to move my neck. The doctor went through everything that he was doing and was very thorough. Definitely recommend. They have plans that are very good. My husband and I both are returning and we will tell all our friends and family.

If you are old enough to have Medicare this company is a total waste of time. It is clear they don't take insurance which I was fine with but after showing up for my appointment, they told me they can't see me even if I am willing to be a cash customer. Some B.S. about medicare rules. I have other providers I see that I pay cah for and do not use my medicare plan. Neither these guys or the government get to tell me how to spend my money. I found all this out when I showed up, not when I booked the appointment. If you are 65 or older, go see someone else. If a negative score was possible, I would have picked a negative score.

What a joke. I called and made an appointment, they asked me a few questions one being did I have Medicare and I answered yes. So they made the appointment and said I would need to fill out some paperwork, I drove over 20 minutes to the office in New Tampa, I got there early to take care of it. I was taken in the back and was asked if I had Medicare and when I answered the same as on the phone I was told I couldn't be treated. What a waste of my time and resources. I would never recommend this place to anyone. What a joke to me it seems like they are interested in all the useless they offer.

I didn't learn about my scoliosis until coming to The Joint. Many times I felt uneven and like an accordion. Weekly visits and I've never felt this good. I first started seeing a chiropractor 20 years ago because of pain in my neck and trouble lifting my arms or holding on to things. Over time my movement improved and pain decreased. I can now tell very quickly when something isn't quite right. I'm a busy retiree managing a 3 generation house-hold. Chasing five year old and taking care of the house requires bending and stretching most of the day, and my back tells me about it. Coming to the chiropractor relieves the aches and pains and gets me back on track. Coming to the Joint is convenient.

I love this place because you can come in without an appointment and they will treat you quickly. The price is very accessible and the care is great. I was hesitant to come in with the Covid-19 threat but they have everything very sanitized. They took my temperature and wiped all the surfaces down. Come and check them out!

My girlfriend went there and had a terrible time. Worst part was no privacy. All the patients went back together so she wasn't even able to tell the doctor everything she wanted to. I don't know how this doesn't violate HIPAA. Would not recommend.
