Dr. Nguyen was raised in the City of Brotherly Love (Philadelphia, PA). As a graduate of Penn State University, Dr. Nguyen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She then moved on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College.
Dr. Nguyen states: “The first incredible thing about being in the chiropractic field is inspiring and empowering people to make smart choices for their health and well being.” “The second incredible thing about being in the chiropractic field is patients achieving the goal(s) of overall good health.”
Dr. Nguyen knew chiropractic was her calling when she went on an outreach program in El Salvador. She used her chiropractic skills to help children in an orphanage in Santo Tomas. The orphans were left behind because of their disabilities. To have had the chance to see them get well under chiropractic care just took Dr. Nguyen’s breath away.
In 2013, she attended a Tony Robbins seminar and did her “fire-walk”, the act of walking barefoot over a bed of hot embers or stones. It was so cool because she has a drop foot, so she had a good reason not to do the fire-walk, but she did it anyway! (Drop foot is “a general term for difficulty lifting the front part of the foot; the front of your foot might drag on the ground when you walk”). After accomplishing the “fire-walk”, she believes that there are no challenges that she can’t overcome.
Dr. Nguyen’s spare time activities include enjoying delicious foods, role-playing games on the Sony Playstation, and reading personal development books.
Dr. Sarah is a graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology and a specialization in Bioethics, Humanities, and Society. Dr. Sarah had her eyes set on a career in the healthcare field and knew that she wanted to take a hands-on, personal approach to helping patients find and/or maintain health and wellness. To further pursue that goal, Dr. Sarah attended Palmer College of Chiropractic. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.
Dr. Sarah enjoys working with patients of all ages, helping them experience the highest quality of life possible. She emphasizes chiropractic care as part of a healthy lifestyle, and enjoys helping her patients keep doing the things they love.
In her spare time, Dr. Sarah enjoys cooking, going to the beach or Disney, spending time with her fur children Mia & Maya, and reading personal development and health related books.
Dr. Jamison is a graduate of Brigham Young University – Idaho where he studied Biology and Chemistry with an emphasis in Biotechnology. Dr. Jamison sought to continue with a PhD in Molecular Biology when his mother got sick and almost died. She recovered but, the experience changed Dr. Jamison. Deciding there must be a way to increase the function of the body to avoid the common illnesses and ailments, he spoke to a chiropractor that told him about the philosophy of Vitalism. He connected with this theory which recognizes that all living things seek to maintain health and function but sometimes those processes are disrupted by external forces. Realizing that Chiropractic recognizes this innate process and seeks to restore balance and function through the adjustment Dr. Jamison switched tracks and attended Life Chiropractic College West where he graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Dr. Jamison has had extensive training in both pediatric and prenatal chiropractic. Dr. Jamison is a firm believer in the idea that its easier to keep a child healthy than to fix a broken adult, so he loves to take care of little ones, even before they are born. Dr. Jamison’s wife just recently gave birth to their first child and Dr. Jamison made sure to check his son’s spine as soon as he was born. It was a magical experience.
In his spare time, Dr. Jamison loves to watch movies, go swimming, travel, try new foods, and explore. Before moving to Florida, Dr. Jamison and his wife lived in Vermont where they got to explore New England. They look forward to exploring Florida with their new son.
