She has a sister that is retired from the USAF and a brother that works as an engineer at Plant Vogtle.

Dr. Oliviere takes great care of her patients. She loves when her patients tell her they now have the ability to do something they haven’t been able to do prior to their adjustment because of their pain. So he went back to college and, after completing required perquisites, he was accepted at Life University in Marietta, GA in 1995. He has worked in the Atlanta area for the last several years and in 2019 he returned to practice at the Joint Chiropractic at our Washington Crossing and Mullins Crossing locations.     FIRST TIME PATIENT. They really took care of me. The staff was friendly, funny, helpful very knowledgeable. But the Dr. Snell was my hero. My appointment was late my son couldn't take me that day so I went in my old beat up fishing truck. Which needed a jump. The Dr. Stayed even after they were closed and jump my car and made sure I was safe. Who does that.     It’s rare that I make it to the Washington Road location, but happened to be over that way today. Having recently fallen a couple of times, I decided I could use an adjustment sooner rather than waiting until later in the week. This was my first time seeing Dr. Sherman, who was very professional and quite personable. He addressed the issues I was having and took more time than I expected making sure I was feeling better than I did when I arrived. I hope to have time to make it to Washington Crossing to see Dr. Sherman again soon! He is an asset to The Joint and its patients!

    First time I went as a new patient, my chiropractor was amazing. He took his time and explained everything to me. He gets 5 stars from me. Two months later I started having issues again so I returned for a single visit. This time I got a new chiropractor, older man, I don’t remember his name. He was rude, didn’t explain anything, and barely worked on the area of pain. I left still in pain. He told me to use ice and return in 2 days.     Went in at 1:35 as an established patient, was told that I’d have to fill out the paperwork again (which I’d expected bc it’s been a while, but it’s short paperwork,) so I said ok and then the girl at the desk said it was too close to 2, when they close for lunch (it was 25 minutes away,) so I’d have to come back. It would’ve taken me 5 minutes max to fill out the paperwork, as I’ve done it many times in the past, and the doc would’ve still been out of there for lunch by 2. I’m not impressed, that was incredibly unprofessional. Adjustments are always good when you can get them, but I’m incredibly annoyed.

    Deceptive business! The Joint Chiropractic -Washington Crossing. I recommend reading your contract details line for line and, at the end of each session, watching your charges. The front desk staff signed my mother-in-law up for ten paid sessions and clearly said no further charges thereafter. Yet the business continued with serial charges to my credit card after that with an iron-clad greed not to refund. It grieves me that someone who you trust to care for you will be using strategies to rob unsuspecting customers! What about frail elderly patients- those with visual and hearing issues and decreased mental alertness? Think about this for a moment! The nice responses to customer complaints have no merit - but serve as a PR stunt! Just be honest, why be deceptive? People come to a chiropractor for relief from pain and suffering - not to be robbed!

    Much cheaper in time and money than a traditional massage. The treatment was much more effective in comparison. I had/have pain in my upper back along the spine. The pain and ache are much less than I've been dealing with for the last 50 days.

    Do not recommend, refused to see me due to having arthritis, lupus and pain. Red flag they don't even have an x-ray machine. Beware I have been getting adjustments for years with no issues, this doctor just seems incompetent and scared to do a manual adjustment.

    I have come to this location a few times and all though the practitioners are good the availability is limited. However only limited to those come after 6. I have come here on two occasions where the office was completely closed during open hours. Additionally now I was turned away at 6:43, there was two patients, one was being seen and the other in the waiting room. The office was familiar with my current issues, the travel it takes me since I’m not local, along with my near future move. Yet I was told they were completely booked. I waited and timed the patient who’d been pulled back when I approached and it took 7 minutes in total. The last patient left at 6:55, sad to say it but that is bad business and I won’t be back. I currently debate my membership cancellation, I have had chiropractic services where minimal to no adjustments were carried out, other adjustments that left me hurting and now multiple office closures during open hours. You just never know who or what adjustment you may get!

    First, its very nice looking once you walk in. The people are extremely nice and talk you through it, the whole set up and once your doing your exam too. I went in for back n shoulder pain, came out a new person.

    Watch out for this place on Washington Avenue. Thought I was getting a good treatment plan but I drove an hour to get here left work early and have a buldging disc shooting pain through my back and down my arm and when I got here I was told that they weren't seeing anyone else and they have to leave early. Disregard the fact that I showed them I went to an Emergency care center last night and was given shots and medications to take. They're hours are till 7pm but at 630 I was turned away. I would give the other doctor a 5 star but this place and the doctor today if I could give a negative feedback star it would be a negative 5 because they really Don't care about the patient only selling a package of adjustments for two months.

    I was referred by a co worker because i was in tears. Pretty much walked in like the hunchback in pain, The check in process was quick and painless lol. I forgot her name but she explained what I was feeling ,why I was possibly feeling it and got me out of enough pain and discomfort to stand up straight and sit down to drive back to work without pain. Yeah I did this on my 1hr lunch break. Thank you and I'll be back

    Visited the Mullins Crossing location 1/10/22 for a specific upper back issue. I am giving 2 stars because I left with the issue unresolved and out $29 - the dr tried a few times then said “sorry” and that was that. I was just shocked. I have been regularly going to a chiropractor for years for routine adjustments and have never had any previous chiropractor be unable to relieve the pressure there. I got there at 5:30 - everything I’ve read says you need to be there an hr before close (7:00) to be taken care of. The front desk kind of hesitated for a second but overall were nice and cordial. I was told “please be patient, we work in new patients with our regulars.” Well, they don’t do appointments so why is anyone more important than anyone else? Overall very unimpressed and won’t be back. Also, I was not given a treatment plan but of course they did ask if I wanted to do some sort of membership.

    Walked in at 6:02 and was told that they stopped taking “new patients” at 6, after leaving work early and driving an hour in the rain due to being in pain for the last several days. They literally would have seen me if I’d been able to park my car and walk in 3 minutes sooner. Unbelievable!!!

    After driving my dad from Lincoln county 50 minutes away who suffers from back pain. We arrive at 5:27 pm and was turned away saying they stopped taking new people at 5 o'clock. This information was not posted anywhere. This was a high inconvenience and waste of time. I would recommend finding another place to do business.

    Absolutely love this office! I am 50 years old and had a previous L5S1 back fusion and lamenectomy at age 21. I was visiting the area when I came down with severe back pain. The office staff was so very kind, and they were able to get me into the office very quickly. The doctors there were nice, and everyone felt like family. It is nice to get a medical problem taken care of by people who feel like family. When I left this office, my pain was gone thanks to an adjustment and some interferential.     Asked the doc to crack my back, he didnt. There was likely a medical reason he was unable to do so. Cracked my neck, which wasnt my source of pain. After stretching my back for several days my pain did go away.

    I pulled in on Friday, October 16, 2020, just in time to see the Doctor and receptionist leaving at 6:50 pm. They advertise on their door and in their website that they are open M-F till 7:00pm.     TLDR- Rude front office staff, Dr Desiree is extremely rough and hurts me every time she adjusts me. Between me and my husband, we've been to dozens of chiros and I've never been hurt, but she's so rough every time, she hurts both of us every time. So we tried to call multiple times today to get the schedule that's supposed to be on their website but isn't. Staff didn't answer and didn't return calls. Drove the twenty minutes to the office and surprise, Dr Desiree is working. Asked the office staff how we could find out the schedule since it's not posted and no one picks up the phone or calls back. She was beyond rude and told us to take a picture of the schedule. Cancelling my membership today, that I pay way too much for since I don't use it because Dr Lane isn't there often enough.

    Worst experience I’ve had at a joint location. Stopped by here while on vacation, I go to my joint location about once a week in Florida. The chiropractor at my location usually do a quick exam to test your movement in your spine to see where you’re tight or lacking movement and seeing what they should adjust. The chiropractor here as soon as I laid down went right into the adjustment and just knocked it all out super quick without a care it seemed. I was the only person as I walked in at opening. If this was my Normal location and that’s the experience I got id cancel my membership.

    I went in for an adjustment because I'm having lower back pain. The doctor did not introduce himself so I have no idea who saw me. I wanted to try them out because the chiropractor I usually see couldn't get me in. I was less than impressed. I gave 2 stars because my back does feel better but the doctor seemed to lack the ability to introduce himself or speak loud enough for me to hear him from where he was standing. I was the only patient in the clinic. When I was finished with my adjustment the front staff tried to go over package prices. I was trying to get back to work as I was on my lunch break and wasnt interested in going over packages because of the time constraint I had and the fact that the experience was so impersonal. I don't plan on going back.

    Predatory practices. I have yet to hear back after complaining about this establishment charging my CC even after we tried to close the account. Haven't visited this place in more than 3 months and they won't close the account or stop charging me. It's ridiculous to be charged for something that's not even being used.

    I really enjoy being able to stop in when it's convenient for me without an appointment. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is that I do go every week on the same day and same time and I always have a different doctor. There is no continuity.

    Very friendly staff and the service is great. Had constant pain in my lower back and since I've been going to The Joint that pain has been relieved. I go weekly for my adjustment. I would recommend them.

    Very fast sign in process, friendly staff, dr King was great! The stiffness in my mid back was immediately better. Will be going back for my weekly adjustments!

    Everythıng ıs good except the rip you off. They told me when I cancel I will not have to pay again but it was not true. Don't sign any contracts with them.

    I have been to several different locations, as I travel a lot. I also always end up back at this location. Dr. Massa and the staff is so courteous and the atmosphere is extremely serene. I know travel an hour and a half at least 2 times per month or more just to have Dr. Massa as my Dr. I have never had a Dr. that was so passionate about his job. I will recommend him to anyone.
