I went to the opelika location because it showed up on my news feed . After signing up for new patient care I saw where I had a local office since I’m in Phenix city closer to the Columbus location. Today was a complete let down the receptionist was very rude told me to sit down face first on one table bout the chiropractor had me lay down in another table he barely looked at my file and used a metal piece to adjust me instead of on hands and told me I need to follow up with my home location. I thought being in the same franchise that should jot matter. On top of I was given a few extra adjustments to get me where I need to be and I wasted one on this trip . I am highly upset of my treatment and this office needs a new change

Was not impressed, I brought my 16 year old very petite daughter in and Dr. Parrish who is a big guy adjusted her and was very rough. We have been to another joint chiropractor in our hometown who is excellent and very gentle with his adjustments. So was disappointed in this one. Would not go back to this location again.

I came in for an adjustment and asked Dr Parrish not to pop my neck. I explained to him I have neck issues and my Dr said to never have my necked popped because it could be dangerous. He basically said my Dr didn’t know what he was talking about. I told him I have been going to the Joint at Tiger Town and they adjusted me without any issues. This jerk said I could go back to Tiger Town. I do not recommend this arrogant Dr Parrish in Columbus ga!

I started coming to seek help with an old in jury that was affecting me regularly. I would have normal flair-ups that would have me unable to move. I am a chiropractic patient for many years. When I travel on long trips I need to receive chiropractic care along the road. I reached out to this office to see if they could see me. They said yes & invited me to come in after they closed for lunch. I waited for this clinic to reopen, filled out all of their forms, and waited in the waiting area for almost an hour. Dr. Parish called me back. He criticized my current & precious chiropractors because I’m still under treatment & said it was office policy not to see anyone with my history without current X-rays (off site). So, I was in pain & wasted this time to be untreated & turned away. It would have been nice to have been told when I called. I told the receptionist that I was a chiropractic patient (not theirs) on the road needing an adjustment. Now the chances of me being seen on a late Friday afternoon is slim to none. I’m just hoping to save someone from the same trouble I had. If the receptionist or an internet review would’ve informed me of this I could have saved myself a weekend of terrible pain.
